The personnel if something goes wrong are real witches! I was really unhappy about my hair and when we complained it became so bad that my husband got scratched by the manager, well she was trying to grab my phone and he stood on the way. I got a small bruise and scar from another lady who grabbed my bag and hid it. All because they ruined my hair and they wanted to overcharge me.

I did a tanino straightening for 2200 dhs the result is catastrophic, my hair is dry and brittle! I come back after washing my hair to ask for a make-up and I am told that it is the amber done more than 6 months previously which has compromised the result Isn't tanino supposed to deeply nourish the hair after it has been damaged? They made me a kerastase mask and an equalization of the ends for which I was paid, what nerve, no sense of customer service! Don't go for treatment, the prices are exorbitant and the results are non-existent.

I gave one star just because I have to, they are outright scammers far from being professionals. After consulting them on their page I was told that the service was 800 I made my appointment I moved from another city to get a quote of 2250!!! Too arrogant and no respect for customers. Their pages display videos and never photos to hide their failure!!

Pleasant setting, the hairdresser who took care of me was professional and warm, however I would have liked more transparency in relation to the final price that I paid compared to what I had calculated from the price list displayed at the entrance.

There is a big gap between the owners and the work of certain technicians which is excellent. Extremely materialistic managers who did not accept card payment (the card machine was apparently broken lol). No expertise on their part and no class. Ayoub who works there is an excellent hairdresser, that's the only reason I would go back there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The first time I decided to have a makeover and the results were atrocious. I trusted the photos posted on Instagram which have nothing to do with reality. I did a balayage at their place for 1900 dhs, my hair was damaged during the process, the technician could barely run the brush over my hair, it was in a terrible state and I could see it falling out. Shocked, I am told that it is normal and it will not happen again. Today I wash my hair, it's a disaster: damaged, stiff and very dry hair. And the worst thing is that you can barely see the scan, no difference. (She tried to convince me by telling me that it looks natural) whereas if I wanted natural I could keep my hair healthy natural. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, BE CAREFUL.
