I wasn’t about to write my bad experience here, but just left a 1 star and let it go but they responded that it was because I didn’t get any discount, even more pathetic response than their service. Well here is my honest review why I gave 1 star - It was disappointing the moment I entered the clinic. I was treated in a very casual way from the start and as if it was just for my money, for a less than 15 minute procedure. Well the process started after a long wait, the laser setting/frequency was not discussed with me and entire time I was in pain. I literally had to stop her and asked the lady to wait but I could feel she was in a hurry all the time. I have been to other centers, and they have always discussed the laser settings/frequency before performing it. I felt the person who treated me was also very rude and lacked skill. I’ll be visiting other centers and I advise the person reading this - you should too…

Appalling is the term to describe this laser clinic's service. I went there for a tear trough treatment before lock down happened. I had been told by their RN Laurissa Dannoun that it will require two sittings and will cost around $1500. Never ever she discussed at that time that I might need more sittings (trick no. 1). I agreed for the same and went ahead. She was not gentle at all with the procedure. I don’t know how much did she insert in my skin, I couldn’t see any visible difference and they asked me to come after a month as it takes some time. Absolutely no difference even after a month. I went to see them and had meeting with Nicki and Laurissa, both of them talked over me and told me that they never said that it will only require two sittings although I have the proof of the quote with me. They didn’t let me talk and repeatedly said that there is a clinical difference in before and after shots. Strangely, none of my family or friends could see any difference, only they could. Not only this, they blatantly told me to go somewhere else as this is the best they can do. I can strongly say that they are only hair removalists nothing more than that. There is no point in going there for sophisticated procedures. It is a waste of money. I feel duped, can’t even think of going for second session. Waste of 1000 dollars, this will hurt me forever more than the needles that she used ruthlessly on my face.

Don't bother with this clinic and their service the Manager here Rachel is dumbest person I have come across who can't help a client but straight out refuse service bec if you have an allergy they expect you to get letter from doctor or dermatologist who after contacting refuse starightway as you can't blame a doctor for the treatment done by them! When asked for referral from their recommendation doctor , she says they don't have and they are running a laser clinic! I had filled in all the details and didn't get a single call from this centre and I had to reach out to make sure they have read my details, apparently the online registration and payment taken wasnt received yet!! Where as I got the confirmation of my booking. The negligence and excuses is shocking and you would have treated me without even looking at my profile details which was submitted. She blamed backhand department for it. Good luck getting treatment here and if anything goes wrong they will blame the doctor who recommended you for this service!

I’ve been a client of LCA for over 7 years now and until Feb of last year, was also an employee for 4 years. I write this review in hope that it can serve as constructive feedback, not to say this is how I used to do it as a therapist and the way I was treated at Castle Hill LCA was wrong! I booked in for B/U LHR and when I was taken to the room, the therapist went through the usual questions to check for any contraindications. However, after this, she didn’t leave the room? As far as I’m aware, LCA hasn’t changed its policy in bringing a client through to the treatment room and allowing the client a few short minutes to undress and make themselves comfortable on the bed, particularly for LHR of intimate areas… I was a bit confused but just undressed quickly and jumped on the bed because maybe Castle Hill does things differently or this particular therapist was new. She was friendly but it is definitely more comfortable for the client to be able to undress and place their personal items down in private, before they bare all for their treatment!

My partner went in to do their advertised cool sculpting service. They downplayed the severity if the pain and aftereffects tremendously. Saying that there will be no downtime, that the only discomfort is during and immediately after the procedure. Well its day 5 and my wife has not been able to sleep from the excruciating pain that this procedure has caused her. She has not been able to take care of our 8 month old and has just been overall miserable. Look online and you'll find plenty of people experiencing the same thing. I understand this is a business, but how ethically bankrupt do you have to be to not fully disclose the full potential risks of this procedure. Even when there is a 0.1% of something going wrong do you have to disclose, let alone (if you read online experiences) some 15 to 20% of people. I had to take time off work to look after our child. The gall of the clinician to try and upsell "You'll have better results doing this twice". Just an FYI to others out there - this procedure carries SIGNIFICANT risk of incapacitating you with pain and sleepless nights.

I’ve been coming to laser clinics castle hill for years - I met Lashanti today and had the best laser experience yet. She’s very thorough, listens to you to provide the best care possible most suited to you & is so pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to seeing more of her!!

I had an appointment to the Laser clinic’s Australia at Castle Hill. I booked to get skin needling done, which I have had done before at a different clinic. I had to fill out the obligatory forms etc and was taken into the treatment room. The staff member had a quick chat and then asked what “prep” I had done for today’s treatment. I didn’t realise there was that much prep for skin needling. I said I wasn’t sure… then she said well you’ve been using the serum? I asked Umm what do mean by using the serum? So apparently you have to be using a particular serum for 2 weeks - day and night before you can have this treatment. She said it’s something to do with pigmentation. I have never heard of this before ever. I don’t have pigmentation or sun spot issues plus I don’t go out on the sun so I don’t see how this was an issue. Anyway I was told she could not do the treatment and then didn’t even offer me another treatment. I was told I could purchase the serum and reschedule my appointment. I can tell you now I did not buy their expensive serum and I will not be back. What a waste of time.

I usually find staff at this clinic to be very kind and attentive but my experience today left me quite stunned. I was very apologetic about the fact that I ended up being late to my appointment (It was unprecedented and I called in advance to let them know) but staff were quite curt and cold. I’m pretty sure the name of the lady who ran my appointment was Belinda. When I asked her if she wouldn’t mind standing outside the room while I undressed she very shortly said “we don’t allow stepping out of the room, i have to set up as well or we’ll run late” (fair if it’s a company policy but she could’ve at least been polite about it). I then asked if it would be ok if she turned around instead and she said “yeah I am.” She then rushed through my entire treatment, going very fast and without consideration for how much pain I was in. I was fine with the setting when she started but when she went that fast I had to ask her to turn the setting down. She also completely missed the middle section of my underarms which were completely shaved (she didn’t do half my face because she said I apparently hadn’t shaved properly). She then very sloppily applied laser aid to my face and left the rest for me to put on myself (?? I’m not sure if this happens at other laser clinics but I’ve never had to put it on myself at my usual branch). At the end of my appointment, she quoted a price $50 more expensive than my actual treatment and when I pulled her up on it she spoke over the top of me with the correct price. All this to say, each individual thing she did wasn’t that bad but the rude way she went about it and when viewed all together it made me really uncomfortable. I’m also fairly sure the condensation from the laser gun made my shirt wet because I never put it down and kept it on my chest for the whole appointment, but I was somehow blamed for it. The service was not worth what I paid and I wouldn’t go back.

I have pre paid appointments over the last 2 years! Lately over the last few months, it’s been a very unpleasant experience at Castle Hill! They would surprise you with last minute cancellations for the appointment booked months in advance! You are bound because u have pre paid appointments and can’t go anywhere

The staff were really kind and did a great job with my laser treatment. Also was very kind to fit me in last minute for an appointment.

Was not in details enough and not spending enough time to the treatment compared with the same treatment that I had in the same clinic in North Rocks. However, the manager followed up and offered another treatment to complete it properly.

Have been coming here for 4 years now and was served today by LeShanti, she was amazing and provided incredible service. Talks you through everything, is gentle and professional, does not rush through the procedure and ensured that I was comfortable! They are truly a superstar!!

I have been coming here for laser treatment since last one year and have had a good and satisfactory results so far. the team is quite attentive and provide support where possible. Very helpful staff!

I have been to this clinic on a few occasions and always walk out super impressed, no matter who attends to my treatments. From the moment I enter the clinic to the time I spend in the treatment room and walk out, the ladies at Laser Clinics Castle Hill are always welcoming. During my experiences, they run on time and always greet you with a genuine smile. I went to castle hill laser clinic for hair removal service. I got delayed by 10 min and I accepted about delay and asked if there is further any slot available but the lady on counter absolutely denied. When I asked for another time on some other day then she suggested for One day after but mentioned only one slot for 12.10 pm. But when I checked online there were so many slots including after 5 pm but she did not mention. When I showed online booking then she agreed to change it. However I was doing some shopping and needed only five minutes service so I thought to check in 30min again and this time some other lady was sitting and she said we have another slot available in 45 min. I really feel that her behaviour was very inappropriate and not hospitable.

I had a very good service provided to Me the treatment was so good and very refreshing. That’s why i keep coming back to laser clinic the staff are very nice and very professional. Boost my confidence. Thanks to all the staff.

My 16yr old daughter has had 12 laser hair removal treatments over the last year, following the clinics recommended schedule. We were advised that as her hair was dark she was a very good candidate for laser hair removal, however the treatment was unsuccessful in all 3 body areas treated.

I went for a micro neeedling consultation just recently at LC Castle Hill, and I was very happy with what I've learnt about it and with the kind of service provided by LC. The lady I spoke with was very professional and gave lots of information about how micro needling would be suitable for my needs, and I'm very eager to purchase a package to begin my sessions soon at LC Castle Hill.

My friend and I came in here a few weeks ago for her treatment and was treated very poorly, had to wait ages for her treatment and also was rushed. While she was waiting we just heard the staff being very inappropriate and talking about other people very nastily and it was extremely distasteful, either could’ve been friends coworkers or even other clients. Very disgusting and sad to see, we feel bad for them

My 15 year old daughter attended her second appointment this afternoon ten minutes early. When she went into the room the lady asked if she had used fake tan. She said she hasn’t. She was questioned about this 4 times and replied each time that she hasnt ever used fake tan. The lady said she couldn’t do the treatment today because she didn’t believe her and because she has a bit of mud on her legs!! My daughter left in tears saying she doesn’t want to return.
