The
pool
is
super
dirty,
and
busy,
The
shower
door
are
super
old,
and
not
very
clean,
but
the
most
difficult
part
is
how
hard
is
to
cancel
a
membership.
They
are
not
happy
that
you
offer
to
pay
the
high
cancelation
fee
($295),
they
also
want
a
cooling
off
period
to
30
days
for
you
to
cancel
(keep
this
in
mind,
when
you
are
cancelling
your
membership).
So
the
cancellation
fee
is
actually
295
+
30
extra
days
(4-5
weeks).
The
hardest
part,
is
that
they
are
not
"allowed"
to
cancel
the
membership
(even
though
the
website
is
saying
to
call
to
cancel),
because
a
"manager"
is
not
present
in
the
gym.
Why
is
that
not
a
clause
in
the
contract
that
for
cancelation
you
need
to
be
"luck"
enough
to
have
a
manager
in
site?
Why
is
this
not
available
at
the
website?
This
is
awful,
the
customer
service
is
pretty
bad
(always
keep
you
on
hold
for
over
20
minutes,
if
not
hung
up
while
you
are
on
hold),
and
to
make
it
worse,
they
didn't
even
gave
me
a
membership
card
after
2
months
of
membership.
(as
the
machine
was
broken).
What
do
they
do
with
that
money?
I
just
wish
there
were
better
gyms
in
Rockdale
with
a
swimming
pool
available,
so
we
didn't
have
to
deal
with
this
poor
customer
service
from
Fitness
First
"stealing
your
money"
with
their
pretty
unfair
contracts.
Lesson
of
the
day:
Never
signup
for
a
gym
membership,
if
they
don't
have
a
membership
outside
a
contract,
just
don't
do
it.
More
or
less,
use
the
water
centre
nearby
instead
of
a
gym,
You
pay
per
visit
(much
cheaper),
the
pool
are
not
just
bigger,
bur
also
cleaner,
the
showers
are
better,
and
the
customer
service
is
always
great.
