Very pleased with our experience. Booking is fast through HotDoc and Dr. Kim is nothing short of amazing. She’s friendly and takes the time to explain — I felt I was being cared for like a family.

Efficient and effective, the highly skilled medical practitioners are suppported by a first class admin team that ensures effective patient-scheduling and practice management. The phlebotomists are highly skilled with excellent clinical skils. The entire patient-experience is commendable.

Not the best doctor surgery.. I used to go when Rosemary was a doctor and she was amazing. The receptioniss were too busy having a full blown conversation with each other about holiday houses and you have to wait for them to stop talking before they acknowledge you.

I visited the clinic for my first Pfizer injection. All staff are very professional. I was called in at my allocates time. Michelle administered my injection, in fact she was so quick and gentle, I didn’t even feel the needle at all. I waited the 15 mins needed and went to the desk and was given my next appointment for 3 weeks. Very quick and easy. Thank you O’Connell st Clinic.

I saw Andrew Bull for a podiatry consultation. Andrew was very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. He fixed my foot problem without any pain. Definitely recommend Andrew.

A wonderful practice! Reception staff are helpful and friendly, and Dr Kua is an exceptional GP. She's very knowledgeable, is a great listener, and has time to discuss any concerns you have, and offer solutions without rushing you out the door so she can get to her next appointment. I had my 1st Pfizer there today & they where absolutely unbelievable. So quick & effient & there customer service was second to none. I recommend them to everyone. My experience was one of the best appointments I’ve had EVER.. Since then I’ve had my second vac & again they where absolutely wonderful, can’t tell you how long it’s been since there’s not a single thing that I can fault. Good on I Oconnell st clinic. First time visit for a Skin Check at the O'Connell St Clinic. Every aspect of front desk service was extremely efficient. Dr Green was very personable, thorough with his examination and an excellent communicator. I will be back next year!

The staff was very efficient and friendly. I spent about 16 minutes at the practise, 15 minutes of this visit was part of the standard wait process after a Covid vaccine. I won't hesitate to visit again when I need to see my GP.

I went to the clinic to see Dr Green for a biopsy on a mole on my scalp. Can I just say, his assuring, friendly and empathetic persona truly helps soothe my anxiety towards the procedure. Before he performed the biopsy, he walked me through the process, gladly answered all my questions, and reassured me that I won’t feel a thing (and I didn’t!). My tip for those who are nervous is to bring your headphones with you so you can watch videos/listen to music during the procedure. In all, I would highly recommend everyone to Dr Green for your skin check/biopsy, he’s truly a remarkable doctor! Bravo!!

Dr. Alan Skapinker won't see patients who have returned form overseas in the last two weeks. You'd think everyone from outside australia has covid. So much for the hippocratic oath. Double vaccinated and three negative covid tests in the last 7 days. You should be ashamed Alan.

Alan SKAPINKER could not diagnose my Hip joint tear and instead he insisted to send me to the Neurologist specialist. So I had to go to another dr for more imaging and there you go I have the tear and it was misdiagnosed.

Dr Green was the best! Very detailed and thorough when performing a full check on skin cancer. Also spends the time explaining what he's looking for. Excellent service and I would highly recommend Dr Green

Dr. James Chesworth is our family GP since 2001! Not only is very knowledgeable but is just the best in explaining, why and how certain things happen with your Body. He has looked after my Wife and me and always gives us the best referrals if needed. My Overseas Family with Children had some issues when visiting and he took care of them.The Nurses are as well very efficient and knowledgeable.I would recommend the O'Connell Street Clinic to anyone.

We arrived at my appointment 40 minutes early and they had no issues taking us in early. The staff and doctors were very nice. Easy location to get to also.
