Okay,
negatives
first:
Way
too
pricey
for
what
you
receive.
You
hear
EVERYTHING
all
the
time,
the
walls
are
paper
thin
and
there
is
no
one
to
contact
or
discuss
it
with.
Their
housekeeping
staff
only
work
early
morning
so
if
you
need
anything
after,
it’s
pretty
much
useless.
They
don’t
offer
a
late
check
out
option
at
all
because
of
this
as
well,
they’re
knocking
on
the
door
at
10pm
and
expect
you
out.
The
internet
drops
out
all
the
time
and
barely
works.
The
kettle
was
rusty
and
the
balcony…
well,
I’m
not
sure
how
you
can
legally
call
them
balconies.
All
the
amenities
are
old
and
or
broken.
Sticky
tape
on
things
to
hold
it
together
(even
the
fire
alarms)
and
the
drawers
and
cupboards
have
broken
handles.
The
lights
are
all
power
saving
lights
that
need
to
warm
up
before
they
get
very
bright.
Positives:
the
bed
was
comfy,
large
waterfall
shower
head
was
great
and
reception
really
would
rather
not
have
anything
to
do
with
you,
so
if
you
want
to
be
left
alone
it’s
pretty
decent
for
that.
Communal
toaster
and
microwave
in
the
shared
area
actually
came
in
handy,
but
feels
like
a
hostel.
Definitely
a
stretch
to
call
it
a
hotel.
Free
parking
is
a
plus
as
is
are
laundry
facilities
if
you
need
to
use
them.
However
there
were
guests
fighting
over
the
washer
and
drier
every
day,
they
only
keep
that
open
til
9pm
each
night
so
they
were
all
fighting
for
access.
Total
shambles.
It
is
close
to
the
light
rail
though
so
there’s
easy
public
transport
to
the
city
and
it’s
a
short
walk
to
Marketplace
Leichhardt
shopping
centre
and
the
convenience
of
a
7eleven
next
door
which
is
open
24hours
if
you
need
anything.
