I didn't deal with any staff, so I can't comment there. The rooms were clean and tidy, but unfortunately only provided one towel each for the night, and enough coffee, tea etc for 1 cup of each for the 2 of us (we're not tea drinkers). Street noise was literally non existent (side room). Parking is beyond locked gates that you need a code to enter and exit.

I stayed at this hotel last night, and had the worst experience. We checked in at 2PM (the time the told us to arrive, as they had to clean the room.) Yet they left dirty water in the bathroom sink, had mold in the shower, and a extremely crusty and dirty showerhead. Mold on the roof, aswell as a dirty mirror. Not only this, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like literal cardboard. My partner & I left early, as we couldn't stay in a room such as this. Extremely disappointed and quite angry in all honesty. We were in room 229

Not a bad place but paid for a room with a spa and the spa too 40 mins to fill to just above the jets. The water pressure was really bad. Water had gone cold by the time it was filled. The shower head was old and water sprayed all over the place. Room needed a good deep clean. The bathroom door looked to have been forced open and patched up badly. Wood was peeling off the bottom of the door. There was no face washers, shower cap or tooth cleaning kit. There was no glasses or water bottles or even a jug to put water in the fridge. It's the little things that make a stay better. The safe wasn't bolted down. There was a hole in the top bed sheet and the bed was on wheels and rolled around. The light came it straight above the curtains making it hard to sleep. With all this we had a baby in the room next door that cried every half an hour during the night. Not the hotels fault but was just the straw that broke the camels back.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. It was just a bit noisy from other rooms, but overall, it was close to where I was going the next day and convenient to pubs and cafes for meals, drinks or both.

I wouldn't stay here, it's filthy, there's cobwebs everywhere. To top it all off have a great time listening to every conversation in the place. And to complain about it after 11 it will cost you $25 for the staff to do there jobs and keep it quiet after 10. But no you have to pay for the convenience of go sleeping before 11. I paid $1000 for 5 days 4 nights for absolutely the worst accommodation in Sydney this side of stratified

It is good for one night, the big room we were in is not having a couch to sit only 2 flimsy chairs and flimsy table. Everything was clean and tidy. After all it is good for this price.

Lovely Hotel!!! The bedrooms are big, and very clean! Jacuzzi included and balcony! The bed was very comfortable. Just a little bit expensive but same than everywhere in Sydney. Good location! Thank you!

This place is amazing value. Fell asleep to the relaxing fish fountain next to my room on the cosiest of beds. The staff were helpful and happy, it was clean and private, the place just had good feng shui all round

Very clean rooms. Rooms and hotel need to be refreshed, but for the price in the city of Sydney it is great! High opinion is influenced by the very helpful hotel staff and the nice cleaning personel 😊

Great queen sized spa room. Really nice open room to eat meals and enjoy a nice calming atmosphere with water fountains and pretty sea life.

Definitely great location and within a stone throw away from Light Rail transport as well as 900 metres to the closest train station. The room I was placed in was a corner room. Avoid theses rooms as it's closely associated to other rooms with thin walls. Noise a plenty unless you have quiet patrons/guests. Lots of parking space which is a bonus for those who drive to Sydney.

It’s got stairs and room is pretty noisy at night with the traffic, but well for the price is pretty decent

The hotel was very disappointing. We booked a room for three people for four days. The first thing we noticed was how dark the room is. The only window is the one into the hall. There is a curtain to cover it. If you want more light, everyone will be able to see into your room. So we just turned on the light, which flickered a lot even more when an airplane flew over and that happens a lot. They fly very low, pretty noisy. But what annoyed me the most was the bathroom. The toilet seat was yellow and didn't look clean at all. I didn't really want to use it. There is also mold behind the bathroom door. Last but not least the cockroach, not in the room, but in the hallways....Have a look at the pictures. Wouldn't recommend.

The room was nice, location is pretty convenient to the center and overall it is good value. The common area is good for working and having your own meals. The service is really to be improved. We requested one cleaning over 5 days and it didn’t happen. On the day we left, we got pushed out by the cleaner at 9h50 am and then there was no one at reception to help us store our luggage, just a sign saying back in 10 min. 15 minutes later still no one so I go explore and try to find someone. When I ask one of the ladies doing house keeping she said she was in charge and will be coming shortly and then resumes cleaning. I tell her we’ve already been waiting for a while and she just seems super annoyed, and finishes throwing a bunch of bags from the 1rst floor (about 40 cm away from my kid’s head as well). Then comes down without a smile or an apology If you want to kick out people bang on on checkout time, please make sure there is someone at reception.

Although the motel is located on Parramatta Road, it was really pretty quiet inside the room. The motel is close to a light rail station, which made getting into the city very easy. The lady receptionist is always nice & helpful.

Noisy, cockroaches and they threw away some teddy's I left there accidentally while I was rushing to the airport. I even called them like 2 hours after to check and no one intervened with cleaners. I called when I got to London and the receptionist said it would take days to find out if they were recovered! They didn't even know if there was a lost property box. So I called again, for the 3rd time, 3days after and they said oh the cleaners would've thrown them away. Anything left gets thrown away apparently, even toys. Feel sorry for anyone who forgets their passport!

Super nice rooms, very comfortable and clean. It has a really cozy indoor space with some kitchen facilities. Secure and easy undercover carpark.

Friendly reception staff, cute motel, free parking, room had everything we needed. Great value for money and really close for us to head out to Newtown for dinner and drinks. We will definitely return 🙂

Simple accommodation but clean and convenient location for our visit to family nearby in Lilyfield, especially when need a triple room. Have had last 2 stays only provide 2 towels instead of 3 for triple room, so hopefully that can be fixed moving forward.

Room stuffy and hot when we arrived because they left the heater blasting. The spa is literally in the bedroom and windows don’t lock securely.

Booked 4 nights, a robber climbed into the balcony and broke in first night at 2am, nightmare!!! Reported to the police and moved out. Never imagine it could happen on me.

Terrible. Hotel very old and dusty and very noisy. Knocking on your door at 10am. Their voices talking Chinese non stop so loudly echoes through the entire hotel from early mourning.

It's an ok joint however they apparantly do not have washing detergent. They ask you to go next door to buy it, to 711 which is fine except they do not have degergent either.

Comfortable bed but room faced Parramatta rd so didn't get a lot of sleep. Rooms need renovating.

I would never go back. People next to us did not stop talking until 5.30, when I knocked on their door. The walls are paper thin. Couldn't ring reception, because the phone is not connected. The milk had expired by a year, and we got a knock on our door, as a reminder that check out was at 10am, while we were trying to get changed. It may sound petty, but also the fountain was on all night, and it was not a soothing trickling sound that is relaxing, more like a flooding river during a storm. So disappointed. would never go back, or recommend.

The location is good where you can easily walk to the train station and there is a convenience store right next door. The staff (front desk) was super friendly. Place has a nice common lobby where you can stay if you come early or want to hang out after you check out (which we did). Common areas have a toaster and a microwave. A good place to stay if you want to be close to city but not really in the city centre. And we were surprised to see a functioning jacuzzi in the room after a long-tired day and a flight :) Obviously, the building is old and the rooms are old. But we found it reflects with the money we paid so it is not a complain.

Enjoyed my stay for one night. Picture of Deluxe Double with Spa Bath was very close to reality. Bed was comfortable. Spa bath worked as expected. Only downside was the walls weren't as soundproof as I had expected as per the description of the initial ad. Highly recommended for budget accommodation of indulgence. I didn't have any hassles with the staff.

Okay, negatives first: Way too pricey for what you receive. You hear EVERYTHING all the time, the walls are paper thin and there is no one to contact or discuss it with. Their housekeeping staff only work early morning so if you need anything after, it’s pretty much useless. They don’t offer a late check out option at all because of this as well, they’re knocking on the door at 10pm and expect you out. The internet drops out all the time and barely works. The kettle was rusty and the balcony… well, I’m not sure how you can legally call them balconies. All the amenities are old and or broken. Sticky tape on things to hold it together (even the fire alarms) and the drawers and cupboards have broken handles. The lights are all power saving lights that need to warm up before they get very bright. Positives: the bed was comfy, large waterfall shower head was great and reception really would rather not have anything to do with you, so if you want to be left alone it’s pretty decent for that. Communal toaster and microwave in the shared area actually came in handy, but feels like a hostel. Definitely a stretch to call it a hotel. Free parking is a plus as is are laundry facilities if you need to use them. However there were guests fighting over the washer and drier every day, they only keep that open til 9pm each night so they were all fighting for access. Total shambles. It is close to the light rail though so there’s easy public transport to the city and it’s a short walk to Marketplace Leichhardt shopping centre and the convenience of a 7eleven next door which is open 24hours if you need anything.

The front office and building looks a bit old , however the room is clean and neatly decorated . Facilities in the room look new , you also have a small balcony to get some fresh air . Good value for money ! Building is located right next to 711 so you can buy anything you need .

I lost my AirPods at this hotel and could clearly see that they were there through the ‘find my’ app. I called and tried to explain that the AirPods were still in the hotel but was not listened to. When I next looked on the ‘find my’ app, they were no longer connected. The customer service was very disappointing. The staff member was dismissive.

Walls aren't soundproof, it's *on* Parramatta road and there are signs everywhere telling you you're on camera. Three star hotel in every sense of the word.

Yeah 3 start hotel. What do you expect. You have to do so much labor work as they dont offer a room service i guess. They dont provide many things in the room like i had to go and asked them give me soap and shampoo for bathroom
