WOW! Amazing hotel! From the minute to walk in valet service was fantastic! The door man has the most amazing customer service goes above an beyond. We celebrated our anniversary the hotel upgraded us to the top floor in an amazing room with bridge views and breakfast included. They brought us complementary wine. Breakfast has a huge selection and the food was fantastic! The room was spacious gorgeous bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Great amenities pool, spa and sauna. This hotel is a must on any stay in the city HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The room was just so amazing also with great service. We needed a cot for our baby. Within 10 minuets they had one sent to the room and all set up ready to go. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Had all your favorites there and the location is right in the middle of the city. Perfect for resturaunt or a great walk to the rocks.

The management and Security were very poor specially management had no service whatsoever & had no idea communicating with guests or deliveries workers or staff she has too much pride doesn’t know how to talk like a human being Your hotel could be made from gold and in a excellent position but if you don’t have These 3 simple things to success service reliability honesty Your hotel WORTH 0 and your female manager that was on duty that day had none of the above !!! I think she paid to get her position

Stayed for one night. Very old hotel that should have been renovated years ago. The hotel level I would rate as 3-star (nowhere close to 5-star) overall. The facilities are not state of the art at all. Their quality is not upscale any longer. Bathroom was in a very bad shape. Bedroom was basic and quite dated. I am shocked it has 4.5/5 customer satisfaction for the 5-star hotel, the main reason I booked it. Well, the service was excellent.

Highly recommended! We stayed for 3 nights to get over our jet lag and to do some sightseeing. Location was great for us. We managed to get an early check in at 9:30am for an extra $30 which we really appreciated after a 22 hour flight. Check out was 12:00. Our room was comfortable and clean. I used the gym which was quite busy at 6am. It had a good range of machines and a punchbag but needs heavier dumbbells (only went up to 20kg) so might be an issue for heavy lifters. Otherwise, It was great. Next time I’d try the swimming pool and the steam room/ sauna room as it was busy with children. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Thanks for having us Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney, we’ll be back for sure!

Really excellent hotel. Great facilities (esp indoor warm pool and spa) and friendly staff. Rooms nice and large. Excellent location. Buffet breakfast is good quality and large for Australia. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when in Sydney

A very nice hotel, situated at the business end of town in close proximity to Circular Quay, trains, buses and the shopping district. Its location guarantees you will have a quiet nights sleep. Nice bar and The Bentley restaurant located near the foyer is excellent. Spacious and well appointed rooms. All at reasonable prices considering where it is situated. The hotel is situated in the old bank building (Bank of NSW?). Both take your money, at least you get something in return from a hotel...

Terrible communication can't speak English most of them. Calling by phone to speak with guest was cut off twice. Unbelievable. We travelled to Sydney and stayed one night. For the cost breakfast should be included. Way over priced! Full of foreigners with fat wallets. Never again.

Poor service. We didn’t get the breakfast that was included in our room booking and they wouldn’t give us a refund for it. At $450 a night you would think you would get a nicer coffee than an Aurora instant sachet in the room. Went to have a bath, but it hadn’t been cleaned since the last booking and still had the black soap scum mark round the tub. This hotel is a travel lodge with marble. My advice to fellow travellers is stay at the Fullerton.

Stayed as a family of 6. What an incredible stay! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest concierge who helped us with our pram, took our bags and directed us to the reception. We arrived around 9:30am with the intention of dropping our bag but our room was ready so they let us check in. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The buffet breakfast was very nice and had a huge selection. I'd recommend booking in. The only downside is they only allow half an hour slots. After our stay we had a high tea in the Fairfax room. The concierge looked after our bags for the day. For a large family of 6 we had to book 2 interlining rooms which made our stay quite expensive. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Stayed here for one night. Great location, nice staff, room was a little dated but still lovely and clean. High ceilings in room which was nice. I like that the washroom has both a shower and separate tub. We checked out early so it was nice of them to pack us a breakfast take out box.

From the minute we arrived we were treated like VIPS, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were marble and very nice. The pool and spa were great to kill time between outings. The buffet breakfast is a must- they had absouelty everything. Thank you for 5 star service with a smile.

This place is just what we needed. Beautifully appointed rooms. Extremely comfortable bed and in a very Central location for Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, botanic gardens and pubs and restaurants. Central City location means no harbour views but that means nothing compared to the rest of the package. Would highly recommend to anyone

I’m staying here at the moment and the service is impeccable! Everyone is so helpful. There was no kettle in the room, so they sourced one and delivered it to my room really quickly. The rooms themselves are very comfortable. My one isn’t particularly spacious, but I’ve come to expect that in cities. They are a teeny bit dated in places, but not a big deal. I didn’t think there was bottled water in the room, but I’ve been informed that the bottles in the mini-bar are free, which is great. As I said, the location is fab! Very walkable to the big landmarks, which is what you want if you’re on holiday. My only complaint is the the wifi is awful… Constantly drops out and isn’t particularly strong. I tried to video call home and it was terrible. So if you’re coming here on business, bear that in mind. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay. (Edit: One of the issues with things being dated means hanging a sign on your room to get it made-up doesn’t always work. I hung one on my door when I went out in the morning and came back in the evening to find housekeeping hadn’t been. I called them and asked if someone could do it while I went out for dinner. I was told yes, but came back to it still not done. I’ve had to ask again, but it’s not exactly what I’d expect from a 5* hotel.)

The staff are incredible, and helped make my stay wonderful. This hotel is in a great location, is well serviced, and the facilities are exception. I especially enjoyed the bath tub, swimming pool and the breakfast buffet. Will stay here again!

Rooms looked great. Service was easy, fast, efficient. Shower door wasn't able to close, loads of water on bathroom room floor. Shower had really good pressure Spa bath was nice, but we had to ask for bath salts sent to room as they forgot to stock in the bathroom. Generally a nice stay. Mattress there has a weird memory foam. Not the best sleep.

Good experience overall. The check in was brilliant and we managed to get access to our room early without any hassle. The package we had gave us a range of benefits which were good - buffet breakfast, access to business lounge, evening canapés etc. The room was very spacious with good quality bedding and pillows. The service was great throughout our stay with quick turnover when requesting extra towels. The biggest let down was the breakfast experience at the business lounge where I ate bread with mould growing on it (see attached pictures). This was absolutely shambolic for any hotel and raised serious questions in my mind about food quality control and hygiene. Hopefully better methods of quality control are employed and staff are adequately trained to check these things daily in future.

The staff were beyond friendly and helped us with our luggage the second we got to the door. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, buffet breakfast was great, the location is perfect, in the middle of everything you could ever want in Sydney CBD

Perfect location, i was able to walk to a lot of the local attractions, circular quay (where you can catch ferries) Sydney harbour bridge, botanic gardens, Sydney opera House, and many more places that were easily accessible by foot. I used public transport a lot and again there were bus stops a few mins away. Restaurants, cafes, gyms, parks were all local. Apart from that, hotel staff were amazing and friendly, my room was cleaned daily. I used the spa and had one of the best massages ever. There was a nice buffet for breakfast and dinner was really good too.

The best value high end accommodation at the quay end of the CBD. The staff are always amazing and the rooms not like small 32m2 boxes. The stand out is the buffet breakfast. I usually avoid a buffet but the Lady Fairfax room has a great range of fresh high quality food options.

Stayed for 4 nights last week. Amazing service and beautiful room. The people were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Location was great less than 5 minutes walk to anywhere important. Only slight negative is a queen size bed. Really would have liked a king size as the room would have easily accommodated it.

Had an awesome stay at the Raddison Blu hotel. Their service is what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The room is huge and spacious and the room service was also spot on. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight as there were so many options to choose from. The hotel is also within walking distance to all of the shops and popular landmarks. Definitely would stay again!

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and we were happy with it. The location is really good, close to circular Quay but also in the centre with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars around. The room was quite big and nice. The staff was helpful. Would recommend!

Amazing service and lovely rooms. I told them it was mine and my partners anniversary when I checked in and half an hour later I had room service at the door gifting us with a bottle of wine and a personalised card. It was so special and unforgettable how they went the extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable.

Awesome overnight stay @ Sydney CBD. We checked in late at 8:30PM. Hotel manager granted us late checkout the next day. Buffet breakfast was good. Pool facility is good as well. Hotel staff are courteous and pleasant. Great service and experience overall.

First week back after covid, first kitchen opening, first time welcoming back regular guests. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Patrick, Liam and their team in the Lady Fairfax restaurant delivered exceptional service and somehow pulled off a seamless sitting despite what I imagine what must have been chaos behind the scenes! Stephanie and her team at the desk went out of their way to cater to every need and were particularly helpful. Geoff in Valet was so friendly and attentive. We felt like VIPP guests at every point of our stay. Well done Raddison!

Just ok. The rooms are ok. Too expensive for the price vs other hotels. Concierge fantastic went above and beyond for us. Main annoyance was I spent an hour calling every button on the phone one morning and no one picked up.

I recently had the pleasure of spending my 2 week quarantine period at this great property in the heart of Sydney From the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out the entire team went over and above to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The food service was awesome and they took into account my dietary needs every day. The regular updates from the GM were a great way of coping with a difficult situation for the guests and no doubt the hotel staff as well. Every time I called reception, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, even taking time to ask how I was doing. The nurse that called every day did the same thing too, after the obligatory any COVID signs questions, they seemed to really care. As did the Police and Defence force teams that checked me in from the airport and at the hotel I can only imagine how different having quarantine guests as opposed to paying guests should be, but you would never know the difference Thanks to everyone for making a very difficult process, very enjoyable Steve

Excellent customer service, everyone we met was so helpful and friendly. Having the concierge team help with bags and valet the car was great when we had two small children in tow. The food was very nice, a great selection for the buffet breakfast also. Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Very easy to sit back and relax in the bar with a drink and some food.

Exceptional customer service, beautiful hotel, great location and facilities. We stayed in a group, the manager made sure we were all on the same level as requested, the pool /spa/steam room just amazing, lovely breakfast. Oh, and we were able to use our NSW Gov vouchers. Loved it, we’re very grateful, thank you. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here twice in the last month and each time has been a really pleasant experience. You can't beat the location for convenience with Vivid activities. Bentley is amazing. Rooms are comfy, quiet and thoughtfully appointed. Staff all really professional and helpful. The breaky buffet was great and again genuinely kind and helpful staff. Def looking forward to another stay here.

Enjoyed our stay with the family (3 adults, 3 kids). Rooms were perfect. Service was great, location was convienient. Pool we used a lot (indoor so no sunburn or poor weather, not too cold). Highly recommend and I would use again

Definitely will come back again. Check in was smooth, the staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we encountered a slight problem during check out (due to our travel agents problem) but the service were spectacular. The front desk and concierge officers were super friendly to mitigate our requirement. If you stay in this hotel, they have multiple type of pillows, you can ask and call to change your pillows as your comfy preferences. The amenities are complete, the shower water pressure is perfect. Super happy to comeback and stay longer in this hotel.

The room we got was smaller than expected for a 5 star hotel. The indoor pool is also smaller than I expected based on photos. The customer service is excellent. The buffet breakfast is smaller compared to others but it has better variety of food choices both for kids and adults.

Amazing room, location, lovely service and lovely amenities in the room too. Comfortable bed also! Was very delighted to stay here! We also had a nice swim in their pool which was great temp, the only negative was that the sauna was SO hot I felt like it was burning my skin and I literally couldn’t sit there. Apart from that, thanks for being great Radisson, would definitely stay again!

Loved the hotel… and location. Our room was spacious, clean and lovely. Breakfast was really great, very very busy so make sure you book for breakfast. I would of given the hotel 5 stars, but I have yet to be emailed some info the front receptionist said she would email ‘immediately’ regarding my membership.

A wonderfully historic hotel backed by very courteous staff. We had 2 kids with us and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Pool and amenities were great. Rooms were tidy as well. Will come back in the near future.

Accommodation was fine but don't go to the breakfast buffet, was ordinary and the message in the letter upon arrival said that hot a la carte meals could be ordered with the full breakfast. No such offer was made when we went to breakfast and the buffet offering was 3 Star at best. Shame. I tried to explain at checkout and staff didn't seem to understand. I based it on a letter to their guests that clearly stated what the offer included and they did not meet expectations. Simple as that.

I can only talk about the pool, spa and steam room which I had a chance to use. The pool was great - large enough and heated. The spa was smaller but a good level of heat. Pity about the steam room though which had a strong urine stench so could not be used. Change rooms are well equipped.
