Paradise lonely place away from the busy resorts. Ideal for kiting and long snorkeling. The level of service for unassuming tourists. But, the unusually soulful atmosphere created by the hotel staff. And of course the unique underwater world of the Red Sea, ready to amaze you endlessly, again and again ... Leaving this place you leave a piece of heart here ...

service stuff are friendly and helpful. rooms good clean and AC working fine quit. but service are not met the expectations of 4 star rating hotels. the food was okay but drinks very poor quality. the facility were okay.

Hotel look nice in general. But don’t ever expected much about device or cleaning. Restaurant is no air conditioning but indoor, you are eating in the steamroom with ppl smell, of course, they have very limited food and choices, I would rather to pay a little bit more to get better food. The worst thing is I got very bad bug bites, about 50 bits in one night, when we asked to changing the room, we waited about 1.5 hours, no body came to help with our heavy luggages, also they said not their faults about bed bugs, they only wanted to give me some extra fruit and a dinner for this... I only asked one night free( we stay 4 nights total) they don’t agree and made a big deal about this one night free as compensation... It’s been 7 days, I am still suffering with this terrible itchy, and ugly scars! I couldn’t enjoy many activities with sun and ocean when I was there, and one night I couldn’t even sleep with so much itching. They said it’s the first time someone got bug bits.... I don’t know if I am the only one who got this problem or not... be careful if you stay here!

Basic hotel but cheap accommodation. Food is very bad so I wouldn't want to stay a whole week. One night is enough. Room was OK but air conditioning did not work and TV was dodgy. The attitude of the bar staff and receptionist was quite rude and did make me feel at all welcome in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for a holiday but it's OK for an overnight stay.

We spent a two week holiday at Moon Resort Marsa Alam. The animators are very funny and friendly, The beach is clean, the rooms are clean as well but we had some guests every night, they were some lovely geckos that annoy us at night. They give you the same food everyday, there's not much to choose from.There's not much activities for kids. All of the staff are really friendly.

A great night out, good food, friendly staff at the Axe restaurant.

First off, the room i received wasn't clean, had flies, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, refrigerator wasn't working, safe was locked, T.V needs a few good smacks to get the sound working and when i went to complain. Told them either a new room or someone come clean the room and get rid of the flies at the least they just replied how is that possible, took me 3 times to complain for them to finally come and just clean up no more... Secondly the Pool had so much chlorine that my private area got burned had to stay away from the water the last day... WTH?! Thirdly food barely mediocre. Finally no internet service and the wi fi barely working. Just overall one of the worst experiences I ever had in a supposed to be 4 Star Hotel. Just to save anyone the trouble stay away from this place.

It's a good place for weekend and the prices isn't expensive I recommend it for the families
