Really great place! A must visit when you come to Martinique. Very warm atmosphere. Tou can buy all types of local fruits and vegetables, but also spices, rhum, special beverages or souvenirs. The place is colorful and very entertaining.

Friendly local market. Much smaller and with less vendors then expected. I would say unless you're in the area nearby, it's not worth making a special trip to see it.

The perfect place to buy authentic things, but also fruits, vegetables and local products. Also, a big plus is the fact that the market is covered, so you can hide from the rain, shop and eat like a local.

Big market with a variety of products (souvenirs, beach accessories, local drinks, etc)

Lots of different stands selling fruits, vegetables, spices, liquor, and souvenirs. They also had restaurants in the back, but those weren't open when we were there. Fun to look around and it's covered which is nice if it happens to be raining.

A lovely port . We had a fabulous walk around the town. And we came across a little cafe area. The food was excellent and 1 of the best pints of beer 🍺.

One very curious market in the center of town. We spent about an hour just checking out all the goodies. Spice heaven for sure. You can pick up a great gift while in Martinique

Stopped off at the port of Martinique whilst on a P&O cruise of the Caribbean. Great for tourist souvineers, but if you venture into the town souvineers are much cheaper.

Regular fruit & vegetables market. If you are fan of exotic fruits, you can try some here.

Fun little market. It's not that big but definitely feels welcoming.

Nice, busy market, maybe a little bit overcrowded. There are artisans and fruit-stands. We bought a cacao pod by accident which turned into an amazing experience for us.

Mostly geared to tourists but you have to check the box. It is a good place to buy souvenirs and they were cheaper than in small tourist towns.

A good stop to make last minute gifts. Stands offer pretty much all the same spice mix and alcohols, however some have fresh fruit, cooked food or clothes and cheap jewellery.

It is relatively small but the spices are extensive and aromatic. There is also a couple of inexpensive local restaurants and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables for sale.

Disapointing . It is a real tourist attraction. Overpriced and nothing special

There is a bakers on the corn that sell good cakes and sandwiches and reasonably priced. The market itself is ok, really geared up for tourists.
