Limited shopping before 1pm, but efficient. Rental car return not so we'll marked. WiFi available and Duffy shop with the usual items

Absolutely disgusting airport!!! How is it not possible to keep a minimum level of cleanliness at the toilets in the departure hall where passengers who are about to board depend on the facilities??? On top, there is hardly any place to buy food. The only snack bar kicked us out at 8.30 pm. The employee was super unfriendly, with no customer orientation at all, not even mentioning the lack of communication in any other language than French. How can this "international airport" even be located within the European Union? I have been to many airports, but the standard at FDF is definitely the lowest. They don't even try.

There are so many negative comments regarding their experience in this airport. Most of them seem to be on a weekend when it's clearly busier. We got to the airport more than 3 hours before. There were 2 checkin desks opened. We printed our boarding passes and baggage tags at the machine before going to the queue. That meant it took us 15 minutes to go through this entire process. Passport check took less than 5 minutes, there were 3 desks opened for it. Security check took also around 5-10 minutes, but that was because it was empty at that time. We spent more time in the souvenir shop just before the passport checks. Unbelievably but this shop had the same prices as the shops around the island

Small airport but works good. Luggage takes a bit long for the short distance

EXTREMELY SLOW, UNPROFESSIONAL, & INDIFFERENT STAFFS 3 hours for passport & security lines ONLY, Plan to arrive at the airport 4 to 5 hours before your departure especially if you travel with kids/ elderly.

The employees there have zero communication, social and English skills.. they just finger point like a monkey to you and become rude if you tell them them you don’t understand FRENCH.. it’s such a pity because the island is nice..

Nice clean airport. Simple to get through security. The passenger drop off a little confusing. It's not clear where to go. You think you are heading to a parking lot by taking a ticket.

First experience in Martinique went well. When landing, it was pleasant to see some coconut trees in the airport (comparing to all the concret buildings with no trees in most airports). The airport is not very big thus it took us a while to get the luggages which was understandable as we came in the school holiday season in France thus many tourists. It is not a mordent airport but all facilities are ok and the staff were super nice. Would definitely come back to visit the island. The return trip was more chaotic - when we arrived 3 hours before, there was already a huge queue for all flights (mainly going back to France). Luckily the security let us cut the line in the end since we had a small kid.

Horror show for the flights to Paris in February - make sure you come early. Getting past metal detectors can take more than an hour

Incredibly slow. What's the point of online checkin and kiosks for bag tags when you still have to queue to check-in for ages? And when you finally get up to the counter they print new bag tags and new boarding pass.... You anyway have to present your passport and boarding pass - again - when entering security. It seems this place has not caught up with the digital age.

What a great flight! Getting through luggage was a snap, and convenience stores were readily available in the onsite mall. I needed super glue, which only took a few minutes to find and buy. The concierge station was so very helpful!

The airport gave me a nightmare, instead of a pleasant vacation finish. No AC, the lady in the cafeteria at the "international airport" doesn't speak any word of English. Plus, they can't even give up-to-date info about flights. Mine should start at 17.15, and at 17.35, we didn't even start boarding. No information, no one cares

Long waiting time for security and pass control. It took us 1h 40 min to get through. Be ready there on time.

Nice airport ,easy, two restaurant -bar outside of it and an ice cream shop inside. Shops are not so expensive. Easy to find the rent car stations where you take a shuttle to go and pick up your car. Also big parking outside for a stop. Take the second road for parking, cause the first inside the airport charges you more for the same time.

Martinique airport cafe is lousy, cause US dollars is not excepted. An international airport don't have a banking system that passenger's could access.

Overall good experience in the airport! Checking desks are pretty available, the only queuing is because of passengers not the staff. Staff were patient and careful. The security check was were I took longer time because from airport to airport the check will be different. This one was painful but fortunately I was with really patient representatives!

Inhumanly long queues everywhere: at the check-in counter, at the passport check, at the security, at boarding... When I say inhumanly long queues, I mean that nowhere else have I seen such a disorganised and such long waiting times in a hot and closed space. If you have heart trouble, make sure you're not alone, but with someone who can keep your place in the queue...

The worst airport ever. I have been to many many airports but the waiting here is insane. Expect to wait for at least two houres in a mile long line before you pass security.

Nice little airport, nothing special about it

The worst airport experience ever. We were rejected at the controls when showing a digital boarding pass and not the boarding pass in paper. Please educate the stuff, very unpleasant to argue about it.

Worst airport ever been, way too small for the amount of passengers. Upon arrival was impossible to grab the baggage as it was overcrowded, not even able to descend the stairs to the room. When leaving it took 2h30min from check in to the security check. Only few check-in desks available and only one entrance for customs and security check for thousands of passengers at the same time. You better arrive 3h in advance of your flight departure time, otherwise you’ll miss it.
