I was in here 3-12-22, I ordered 4 chilitos, 2 cheese coneys, and 2 regular coneys. I saw them putting my order together but I didn't see sour cream, so I asked about it. Literally I got nothing but Attitude. All I did was ask a question. When the tall gentleman brought my food over, he handed it to me and said nothing. I have been coming here for years but not anymore, you're Restaurant is being ran by children, plus it was so cold in your store, when it is freezing in a restaurant, it will not be a good experience. Do better Western Row Skyline!!!

Skyline 42 & Western Row road. Water anyone ( cutting corners at the cost of quality ) ? Tea was all water, must not have put tea in before brewing new batch - bad see pic. 4-way was all water even though requested drain spaghetti-- so the chili must be loaded with additional water, tasted that way too. This is what killed Empress chili, diminishing quality. Drained all this water from a 4- way (wow how to streach the chili & destroy the taste - see pictures) They spent so much redecorating and still have the quality issues. Need to find out who & retrain them not to cut corners. Avoid this skyline.

It's been awhile since I've been back to Cincinnati so obviously the first place me and my family wanted to eat was Skyline and this was the first place on our way up from South Carolina. The restaurant environment along with great service was still the same(which I love) but it seems that Skyline flavor that I used to Love is not the same anymore I don't know if it was just that restaurant in particular or this is a franchise thing. It wasn't bad and it wasn't good It was just edible.

Me and my work bestie get a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap a couple times a week from here. The drive-thru staff is always fast and friendly with our order! Thanks, guys and gals!

Friendly staff, good service. Greek salad is a great value and a favorite of mine. If you've never tried the Greek salad at Skyline, you need to. No fast food chain can match this salad. Plus, pictured you will find the best ways, Chili Cheese sandwiches and conies in the USA. Skyline Chili also has fresh brewed unsweetened tea.

Took a bite of chilito and pulled out a mouthful of hair. Opened up the chilito, it looked liked they dropped it on the floor and added some extra dirt and hair for flavor. I filled out the survey from the receipt and asked someone to contact me about my experience and no calls or emails from them. Looks like they don’t care just like most other places these days.

Always drive thru, service is always great and polite, I LOVE the food but the food quantity, appearance, soupiness & accuracy is only correct/consistent every third order. Fast is great, but correct is better. So, 3 stars for this location.

This Skyline is a solid one. Great place for a family dinner and is very kid friendly. They always appreciate the crackers. You know what you’re getting when you go to Skyline. 3 ways and cheese coneys we’re good as usual. The kids meals were a big hit since they come with a dessert! I always recommend Skyline.

One of the best locations in Ohio/Kentucky area. We ordered take out this time. It was very busy considering it was the day after Thanksgiving. Love that they now have Skyline Dip also. Only two sizes. The smaller is perfect for my preteen niece while the large is perfect for 2 or even 3 people with their meal. The gentleman who took our order was kind, bent over backwards to help and also prompt. The old location in Milford used to be my favorite but this is close to family and so much better than the other Mason area location.

My sister-in-law and I ate at this location on April 13th 2023 and we both got either some type of stomach virus or food poisoning either from employees having to work while sick or mishandling of food or just contaminated food.

Food was good, service was good, but place needed to be cleaned up a lot of tables. Staffing is probably the issue, but still there were 3 or 4 staff and it was after 2pm on a Saturday with only 3 or 4 tables.

Green Way Day! The whole staff was happy and helpful. Lots of smiles and great food, as usual. Good fries, limited time cheesecake, and greek spaghetti is back!. Party of 6 tonight. Western Row store is consistently high quality.

wish I'd heard of this years ago but then I would have eaten to the point of corpulence. their seasoning is uniquely piquant, truly secret however nutmeg is my guess. those who say don't know and the other way around

Came ALL the way from Africa in my comvee to eat here & ew. The spaghetti noodles look like E.T. when he was dying in the river. Onions & buns were stale. I’d rather risk my life for food in the safari than to touch my tongue to another coney from this location.

Went through the drive thru to get our food. Staff were friendly, courteous, hard-working. They had our full order correct. Highly recommend this Skyline!

The food was really great. It was my first time at the skyline and I dined in. I had this really nice waiter named Jake. It was refreshing to see a young man be so friendly and nice. I am looking forward to going back.

I go to this skyline at least 2 to 3 times a week because I'm skyline obsessed. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and fast service my order is always correct and there's little to no wait in the Drive-Thru. Will be back.. I'll always be back. Skyline my true love

Went through drive thru. Lady was very nice. Food was good has always.
