Al dente well cooked pasta. Flavors are close to Italian ones. Nevertheless the antipasti is really a point to improve. The ham slices were really thick, low quality, also too much burrata cheese... there are dozens of Salami, prosciutto, cheese types in Italy to serve the customers this poor “Colosseo” antipasti plate.

I took the Colosseo burger, which is an original concept made by the chef: a hamburger in a pizza like sandwich with local ingredients from the region such as the typical goat cheese..
