We celebrated our get-together by delivering from this place. The food received on time and it was hot. Domino's delivered the food with the tamper proof seal & sanitizer sachet to follow proper guidelines. We had Peppy paneer, Indie-tandoori pizza & deluxe veggie pizza. Everything went great and we enjoyed the flavor with Domino's Pizza. 🍕The Peppy paneer pizza had significant amount of paneer pieces along with the capsicums. 🍕Indie Tandoori pizza had amazing taste, it had great flavour of tandoori based green coloured sauce. It had paneer pieces and soft base with cheese. 🍕The deluxe veggie pizza had a number of toppings including capsicum, corn, mushrooms, jalapenos and olives.

Worst experience ever after being a regular customer of this branch mathura highway plaza Domino's.....after being said to them about the damaged stairs it was not fixed and i had to be the victim and got my right hand fractured...there was no store manager available..after being asked about him to the normal employees.... pathetic service...

Horrible service horrible pizaa cold food. No toppings. Rubish staff mentions behaviour. No manners and ethical standards. Shameless. No place to sit. No ac nothing.

The outlook is awesome but i inside chees is missing . Its quit strange and i hardly believe this happened with Domino's . But thanks to Manager , although he comes late but acted genuinely and resolved the issue. Hope to see you soon Domino's.

This Domino's Pizza outlet people frauds, I have Order pizza from online My order no-178 ,August 18 10:29pm I Have Placed orde via Zomato ,this people not delivered the pizza and not responded to the calls And without delivering the pizza this people marked as delivered I recommend especially from this Domino's Pizza outlets don't order online I have Never seen this type of staffes in other Domino's store Domino's Pizza has to take action against them Then only they got to know about their mistakes.

Worst Domino's I've been to so far no hygiene maintained, AC does not work and the main part pizaa is worst of type here

I ordered pizza from here I think total I hv spended 870 bucks and they hv provided me some thin crust paneer pizza paratha for free with that, I requested them to change that free item . But the boy talking there was very rude, I will not take his name, but he should learn how to speak with customer.

Domino's pozzas are best when you crave pizza. But this place doesn't hold the reputation of the brand. Washrooms were so dirty that you can vomit. The sitting management was bad. Table were there but chairs were missing. I haven't seen anything like that in domino's outlets. We were hungry and ordered, so we had the meal but I don't think we will go again.

Entrance is like crossing a waterfall. The taste wasn't good. Interiors can be improved.

Food was 5/5. Sitting area was decent as well and staff greeted us well. The only problem was with cleanliness and availability of soap and water in washroom.

People are rude there specially if u visit during night. We were refused to dine in and when asked for delievery, we were replied that it would take at least an hour. Dominoz says if pizza is not delivered in half an hour its free but workers do not believe in that too. Workers behaviour was pathetic, its a tourist place but not good at all.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the presentation, cleanliness and management. Nothing good about it. Dominos is a well known international brand and should be really careful in handing over its name to very inefficient group of people. Toilets are extremely dirty, no hand soap, no hand sanitizer, no tissues. Tables are dirty too, no electricity backup. Never recommend anyone to waste their time and money there.

Very bad experience..... Service is really bad , I ordered Pepsi worth ₹60 and even paid for it but they didn't give one .... Also there was a scheme but they didn't let me avail it 😡😡😡😡 I request Domino's team to take legal actions against Domino's highway plaza mathura

This place is on the verge of closure, the charm of the Highway Plaza is gone and this place too. I didn't like the service of this place because its staff is rude and not good at providing information.

If you like dominos pizzas you can visit this place and have hot pizzas. Don't expect anything unique, and the staff is not that friendly and sometimes rude. Domino's here is better than pizza hut... not a classy place but good as per mathura...service quality is ok ok not up to the mark... Well its food gives value for ur money. Location wise perfect on NH2 highway so it can be visited while going from Delhi to Agra. The sitting arrangements here is ok ok... we usually get the ordered pizza within 20 minutes.

This review is totally based on my total 3 to 3 visits and behavior and service provided by sales person. What type of counter sales person is there....one word...arrogant. He was not listening at all. When I talked about the offer which was flashing on big screens behind the counter and him, he said these offers are available online...I can not offer on counter sale. Let me know one thing if a person is able to order online than why he or she will come to visit your place...just to see what offers are available online? More over when I ordered offline without any offer that was takeaway...that person did not gave a single carry bag to took the two pizzas and four stuffed garlic breads...more over he did not provided napkins and sufficient chilly flakes...only 8 sachets were provided at that time. When I asked to give some more he gave 2 sachets on my demand what the rubbish...Chilly flakes bech rahe ho yaa pizza.... That was very bad experience.... I will never want to visit again at Mathura Domino's. I have seen Domino's owner's replies over here that is copy paste only...for each and every bad review they do the same but still problems are not resolved because the earning is not affected due to lots of visits by pilgrims. Serves of the worst serve ever. The staff was too rude and even the food was worst...The staff was ingnoring continuosly and even what I ordered wasn't given to me something else was given...and the staff did it purposely ...and then when I complained to them...they gave me mine order that what I ordered previously pasta was not cooked properly...and even they didn't gave me mine change...!!

This outlet is also same as other. Domino's has to maintain their standards like timing is good, taste is same, staff behaviour is same. But I want to mention one thing which was worse, Toilet. When we visit any food outlets sometimes we need to use loo or handwash sink. In this out they have hand wash facility which was not working, toilet was just yakk. So they need to improve it.

Look for spiced paneer And the options for veg pizzas are low try to make more pizza and combo offers for dine and just take a look at pizza hut anand,gujarat I gone there for taste what i get at our place but sorry i didn't got the taste and make your service better thankyou

The day we went was rather unfortunate cuz the AC had some problems but they had portable AC so they gave us a table just in front of it. The stuff we ordered was good. Some mishaps happened yet it was good experience.
