    It's been a year since I started training again with PROUD, and I've noticed changes in my clothes size, and I no longer gain weight even when I eat too much! I only exercise 4 times a month, and I don't exercise at all other than at the gym, but I definitely think it's thanks to my training that I've maintained my current body shape, and I think it's because of my training that I get to play tag with my kids once in a while! Also, I think other personals tend to do 60 minutes of training, but 30 minutes of solid training + EMS suits me very well, so I think I can continue doing it. Also, the staff are all very kind and it's really fun to talk to them during EMS after training!

    I am working hard on my diet by taking 8 courses a month. I don't really like exercise and have never gone on a diet, but the trainers and nutritionist have been very supportive! I've just started, so I'll do my best to be able to wear skirts that I can no longer wear in a few months!

    I found this place when my shoulders were getting stiff due to the cold. I've been steadily improving my body, and I think it's gotten a lot better! I think it's going to get colder from now on, but thanks to you, I think we'll be able to get through it.

    I wanted to be able to walk no matter what age I was, so I started training. There are more and more people around me who are feeling unwell, have difficulty walking due to injuries, or are feeling older. Thank you to all the trainers for extending your healthy lifespan, which is a hot topic these days. They always welcome you in a cheerful atmosphere, so you can train in a good mood.

    健康診断に引っかかり、健康とダイエットのために入会しました。入会して3ヶ月ですが、毎週2回のパーソナルトレーニングと栄養指導で少しずつ変わってきました。トレーニングを続けていると数値だけではなく姿勢も一緒に変わってきて大満足です!良い結果が出し続けれるように頑張ります!

    Since I started going to PROUD, my physical condition has improved. During soccer matches, I often wobbled when kicking, and had trouble using my body properly in the second half of the match, but I have been improving through training. I'm looking forward to visiting because it's changing!

    This is my first personal gym. I was nervous because I couldn't imagine what the training would be like, but the trainer talked to me in a relaxed atmosphere, so I enjoyed it. I'll do my best to come twice a week!

    フォトウエディングを控えています。普段写真に写る自分の姿はかなり猫背で見栄えが悪く映ってしまうのが悩みでした。一生に一度のドレス姿を綺麗な姿で撮りたいので姿勢のトレーニングをしてもらっています。トレーニングを始めた時の姿勢の写真と今を見比べてみましたが少しずつ変わってきています。あともう少し!私生活でも教えてもらったことを意識して頑張ります!

    I'm getting ready for my wedding, so I'm doing diet and posture training. I have children at home so I can't really do what I want, so I'm doing my best here. The more I go, the more I see results and the more I enjoy exercising! There are only a few months left until the wedding, but I'm going to do my best with my personal trainers!

    I'm working hard to improve my upper body strength. I tried my best to train at home, but it didn't last long and I quit after a little over a month. After that, I didn't train and neglected my body, and before I knew it, all the hard work I had put in had turned into fat. I thought it was bad so I searched for a personal gym that would take a good look at my body. I found a gym in Konohanacho, which is close to the city, work, and home. Here you will learn about posture, which is important for building muscle strength. Just holding dumbbells and doing your best is not enough! I was reminded of this. I've been training since last year, and I'm happy to see that my strength has gradually increased and I'm getting firmer even when I'm wearing clothes! I am always grateful for your help!

    With personal training, you can receive training tailored to each individual, so even beginners can feel at ease. I used to get tired after just a few minutes of walking the dog, but I have gained strength and am now able to walk further distances. You can rest assured that the trainers will guide you with enthusiasm!

    I go twice a week. The facility is clean and the receptionist's response is very refreshing and leaves a good impression. The trainers are also helpful in responding to our detailed requests. I feel it is very effective. It is recommended for a wide variety of people, including those who want to train professionally through sports and those who simply want to lose weight.
