Many experienced doctors, but disgusting service. The processes are built... not at all. Queues, rudeness, that's all. Scoop. It's a shame to receive such service at your own expense. - Time recording does not work. You arrive at the appointed time, and there is a line. A third of those waiting on time, two thirds without time - due to referrals from other doctors, from other clinics, from somewhere else. As a result, you have to wait a long time. My record is an hour and a half of waiting in the corridor (counting from the appointed time), they accepted it when I got angry and started making a fuss. Among the record holders is the ultrasound room. - Registration. Older women work like this: they simultaneously service the live queue and telephone calls. You call, they pick up and say “wait.” You can wait 5, even 10 minutes. Sometimes they hang up. You go up to the window and they are talking on the phone. You can wait... Well, you understand :) At the same time, other women will be running around, drinking tea and solving crossword puzzles. But they won't even think of coming and helping you. This clinic is NOT READY to provide paid services and compete with commercial clinics. The commercial doctors are not very good, but everything is good with client focus. It would be good for management to decide: by appointment or live queue?

If you go on voluntary medical insurance, it’s not bad, although you’ll have to wait. But those who are not under VHI can sit for a long time. The doctors are friendly. The situation too. Overall a pleasant experience. I had to go see specialists and liked the clinic even more

Exemplary Soviet clinic. It is quite suitable for service within the framework of compulsory medical insurance for a certain contingent determined by the name of the hospital. I am served there as part of voluntary health insurance. The doctors are mostly good, but no punctuality. Today was no exception. Made an appointment with a gastroenterologist at 18.00. I’m still waiting...((((Somehow I don’t want to come here anymore... Queues again. Conflicts with older people who are treated under compulsory medical insurance. It’s somehow inconvenient.

The doctors are rude, the lines are endless. It is impossible to make an appointment with a doctor without visiting a therapist, even if it is a repeat appointment or you need to find out test results. I have to sit at the therapist's door for hours. If you make an appointment at 2, you won’t be able to come in before 5-6 pm.

An attempt to call and make an appointment for a child with a dentist resulted in 40 minutes of hanging on the phone while listening to music. I never got through to the receptionist. And this is according to VHI.

I completely agree with Tatyana Nikiforova’s review. I was observed for a fee, but the atmosphere that has developed in recent years in this clinic is truly terrifying, complete confusion and vacillation. The last time I removed the upper tooth for an implant from the head of the dental department, Egorova A.A., the doctor did not take into account the connection between the roots of the tooth and the nasal sinus, as a result of which I developed purulent sinusitis, which, I must say, did not bother the doctor at all. Otolaryngologists Arshanova I.Z., and then Veselova I.V. (they sent me to a second doctor because Arshanova fell ill) they began to stuff me with antibiotics. When the effect of the antibiotics ended and the sinusitis worsened again, I spat and went to another medical institution (already a hospital). The otolaryngologist there was very surprised by the “treatment methods” of his colleagues from Clinic No. 4. Never set foot in this clinic again.

Many doctors are good, the quality of service is a bit like a district clinic

If you call this clinic, you can hear the minus “Hey, Bogdan, I’m here!” Excellent dentistry, including surgery. Friendliness level of specialists 10/10

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the team of doctors from the endoscopy department who examined me on June 30, 2021, namely: endoscopist Natalia Viktorovna Filatova, anesthesiologist Natalia Borisovna Kuzina, nurses Landysh Fizatovna Zamaltdinova and Elena Sergeevna Klimova for their kindness, sensitivity and professionalism! Thanks to their well-coordinated work, the unpleasant procedure was quick and painless. I have been attached to this clinic for about 30 years and more than once I had to be examined in the endoscopy room. I would like to express special gratitude to N.V. Filatova for her support, attentiveness and competent recommendations. I wish you continued success in your noble profession. Health to you and your families! Best regards, Elena P.

I have been seeing this clinic for twenty years. This used to be a wonderful clinic. Now, at least for state employees, everything has changed dramatically. You can't get to see most doctors for three weeks. You can't make an appointment for an ultrasound. Doctors are indifferent or tortured by the system, and they don’t care about anyone. Just bitter tears, what happened. Complete disappointment. We no longer have free medicine; I am increasingly FORCED to go to paid clinics.

There is an appointment with specialists, but it is not followed at all. Many patients sit in line and infect other patients who came for examination. The results after the ECG had to be arrived the next day, since decoding turns out to be a very labor-intensive process, and the working day is over. And it is useful for the patient to come from Yuzhny again to sit in line. Such an attitude is the same as the review.

Endless queues. Doctors, some of them love their work, others hate them, and it’s all about the clients.. The couches in some offices are generally located opposite the entrance, let everyone look in and look at you. Maybe it’s set up this way, but most of the necessary doctors don’t work the first shift, so you have to spend the whole day here. I give it 2 stars, + 1 because they work. Oh, and when they took it, they took blood from my vein. They told me “now a butterfly will fly in, suck the blood and fly away” I think that about the butterfly was unnecessary, since it can form a fear of butterflies at an early age. (I'm 14, and I didn't really care before this.)

I am very pleased with both the adult and children's clinic. I almost always got to see all the specialists by appointment without any queues; once I had to wait for the surgeon because she had been dealing with the previous patient for a long time. I can call the receptionist without any problems; a couple of times I had to hang on the phone for several minutes while the operator recorded someone else. It’s strange to read negative reviews; neither I, nor my husband, nor my two children encountered anything bad.

Horror and not a clinic, if you have strong nerves, then go there. They'll fix it quickly. It takes months to sign up with specialists, there are no places, and there are no specialists around. You will always be healthy, even if an ambulance comes to you and you are suffering from seizures.
