Let me start by saying that I can only speak highly of Incoming Russia. I have made three trips with this Agency. If I say: Cruise on the Volga (the real one), Trans-Siberian Railway and Cruise on Lake Baikal, I have already said a lot. I was assisted excellently. The system of organization allowed me to travel alone, that is, alone: ​​my wife and I. This means that the holiday is more authentic. Unfortunately, as we know, this year the virus has blocked everything. And so I had to give up the trip. I was already ready with everything I needed (minus the visa). I already had the plane tickets and paid the deposit. Now the Incoming Agency is refunding me, not only the deposit but because the airline provides me with valid vouchers for three years with a lower amount, the tourist agency takes care of returning the difference to me. I am grateful, but it would not be fair. I am already in difficulty with the tourist season and with the resulting damage and all the work done not at all. I feel sorry for the people who work there, especially the one I had contact with. A very good and kind person who I consider family. There is now a bond with Incoming Russia. Unfortunately I have a short future, given age. But as long as I can I will continue to use them.
