Date
of
visit:
21st
July
2019,
Sunday.
My
daughter
found
this
establishment
through
TripAdvisor
at
the
stage
of
planning
a
trip
to
Moscow.
There
were
three
adults
and
three
children
in
our
company,
half
were
for
and
half
against.
Therefore,
initially,
going
to
the
quest
room
did
not
cause
much
optimism.
We
kept
it
as
a
plan
B,
although
we
had
reserved
seats
in
advance.
Looking
ahead,
I
will
say
that
following
the
visit,
the
general
opinion
changed
dramatically
in
a
positive
direction.
About
the
site:
Quite
advanced.
It
is
possible
to
get
acquainted
with
all
types
of
services
provided,
read
reviews,
book
a
convenient
time,
and
contact
the
organizers.
About
the
location:
About
7
minutes
walk
from
Tushinskaya
metro
station.
Located
in
the
business
center
building.
But
more
signage
outside
the
building
wouldn't
hurt.
About
the
staff:
Reply
to
emails
quickly.
I
was
in
Moscow
with
a
travel
SIM
card
and
asked
to
keep
in
touch
with
me
via
WhatsApp.
My
request
was
fulfilled.
The
administrator
(or
instructor?)
who
worked
with
us
was
very
polite
and
patient.
Everything
was
explained
correctly.
When
we
shut
up,
he
immediately
came
to
the
rescue,
but
gave
out
tips
in
doses,
giving
us
an
additional
chance.
Adviсe:
Having
carefully
read
both
the
advertising
on
the
website
and
the
reviews
on
the
internet,
we
booked
laser
tag
for
warm-up
and
two
quests:
“Tonal
Filter”
and
“Five
Lives”.
We
divided
into
girls
and
boys
and
started
with
a
15-minute
shootout.
The
laser
tag
equipment
is
of
good
quality
and
behaved
flawlessly
during
the
game.
The
room
is
quite
large
and
accommodates
well-made
decorations,
generously
flavored
with
luminescent
paints.
This
adds
a
special
highlight
in
dim
lighting.
By
the
end,
everyone
was
reasonably
invigorated
and
wisely
gave
up
the
extra
15
minutes.
Next
in
line
was
"Filter".
We
went
through
the
instructions,
put
on
helmets,
gloves
and
knee
pads
(take
this
seriously
and
don’t
neglect
it!)
and
jumped
into
the
black
hole.
Before
Joyment,
I
had
already
visited
four
different
quest
rooms.
And
they
emphasized
the
puzzle
part.
In
"Filter"
you
will
also
need
physical
training.
At
the
end
of
the
quest
we
were
overwhelmed
with
a
lot
of
positive
emotions,
but
physically
we
were
squeezed
like
lemons.
For
this
reason,
they
were
forced
to
abandon
the
second
quest.
So,
advice
from
experienced
people:
if
you
decide
to
complete
both
quests
at
once,
start
with
“Five
Lives”.
Result:
The
main
thing
is
to
start.
In
the
process
of
overcoming
obstacles,
we
really
came
together,
united
by
a
common
goal.
All
skepticism
disappeared
as
if
by
hand.
And
although
we
were
physically
depressed
at
the
end,
mentally
we
were
ready
to
move
mountains.
