Terribly dirty!!! There are no toys, all the furniture is broken. This is a place for children! This is not the first time we come and it’s such a horror. It's disgusting to be there. It looks like you need to complain about them to the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service.

For the second time after visiting this place, the child brings home “sores.” Three years ago we were in the summer, on a weekday, and watched a picture of how a would-be father brought a three-year-old baby with obvious inflammation in his eyes (red, watery), left him and left. As a result, the whole collective farm searched for dad for the next 3 hours, because... He stupidly didn’t answer calls, and the baby fell asleep without waiting for dad on the sofa. The next day my daughter had conjunctivitis. To the administration’s question: why did they let in a child, even a visually unhealthy one, the answer was “yes? But we didn’t notice...”. Last year, on December 30th, we attended a birthday party in the same establishment. Again, at the entrance, no one really looks at the children, the main thing is to give everyone a bracelet. The turnstile that was there before has been removed, meaning anyone can come in and out if they want. The wardrobe has joyful “self-service”, i.e. anyone can have full access to outerwear. Despite the fact that visually the play area and houses look new and quite clean, the next day my daughter fell ill with a temperature of 39 - she picked up a virus; neither washing her hands nor washing her face helped. In general, the place is not bad, but the attitude towards guests is not very good, the main thing is to sell more tickets, even if the children get sick after that.

A good place for friends, parents are comfortable, children have fun, nothing special, but cozy, we visited on weekdays, ate pizza and cake, there was a quest - the children are happy, the toilets are nice, there is a place to sit and relax, I liked it, the photographer is not bad, the service is friendly

Celebrated a child's birthday. The animators did their best. Thanks to them. And that is all. Next is the negative. The rooms are very stuffy inside. Ventilation only through the open door (room 3). A few days later I refused part of the menu, but it was still served and included in the bill. The cake decoration does not match the sample. Instead of a star with an inscription, there is a white nondescript stripe. The berries were cut into 10 pieces. The ball disco was held in the room that in front of us had just been cleared of the paper disco. There was no talk of any ventilation or cleaning. The room is very stuffy. At the end, 10 (!!!) additional portions were “erroneously” added to the bill. Check. It was very difficult to find the hall manager and waiter. There was a grand celebration in a large room nearby and our 18 people turned out to be uninteresting. The kids certainly had fun. But we don’t celebrate birthdays in Zamania anymore. Disappointed.

Poor service, half of the machines don't work. The animators are sitting in the corner. Tickets are for the whole day only. Even though the kids liked it, we won't come back here again.

Great place to spend the holidays! There are separate rooms, animators, and attractions. Prices are average.

We celebrated a family holiday and rented the largest room. 40 people entered. There are two TVs, smart phones, they watched slides, videos, you can make a projection from your phone, there are... Apple TV for convenience. And a pair of speakers that can also be connected via Bluetooth. I liked the whole organization, the food was delicious, the snacks were good. Corkage fee 500 rubles per bottle. The kids also really liked the face painting and laser tag. We were there on Sunday and, of course, there were a ton of people. Make holidays on weekdays and the entrance for children is half as large and there are much fewer people

We had a great time on our daughter's birthday! It’s convenient that you can come and not think about anything, without fuss, you ordered everything at once. The cuisine is delicious. The children were happy and did not want to leave. After renting a separate model room in a cafe) :)

A masterpiece children's park, you only need to pay 1,700 rubles per child, two adults can go with it for free. A wonderful pool with balls, where all couples and children fit, a wonderful sandbox, a bunch of trampolines, a lot of climbing frames. I recommend to everyone!

I looked at the price on the website: on weekends 1790 rubles, well, ok. They arrived 3250₽, but I already promised the child, and I can’t refuse him. For this money you can go to the theater. This amount includes an electronic photo, a master class for which you are called over the speakerphone, and a gift of some kind. That is, absolutely imposed services that neither I nor my child needs.

I really didn’t like the manager’s work; as a result, the holiday was spoiled. I was very disappointed.
