club
was
purely
nominal,

admin
at

reception,

They
deceive,

say
enough!
They
just
sell
it!
The
money
was
never
returned!
The
paid
services
were
not
provided!
I'm

Rospotrebnadzor!
I
also
have
to
write
about
the
club’s
lack
of
customer
focus,
literally
AT
ALL!
We
have
been
visiting
this
club
as
a
family
for
more
than
two
years.
Even
a
4-year-old
child
has
a
club
card!
Although
she
has
nothing
to
do
with
this
card,
the
children's
room
was
closed
for
a
long
time
due
to
quarantine,
children's
classes,
even
by
appointment,
are
very
often
canceled
and
not
held!
Once
again,
on
an
open
day,
assuring
me
that
there
are
now
very
attractive
discounts
on
personal
training,
they
persuaded
me
to
purchase
a
block
of
individual
swimming
training
for
a
child.
Since
we
already
knew
the
coach
and
really
wanted
to
study
with
her.
Of
course,
I
paid
for
block
4
of
training
-3860
(and
the
price
has
not
changed
in
the
next
few
years!
All
these
days
the
stories
about
discounts
are
just
a
scam).
I
was
not
informed
of
any
expiration
dates.
Then
the
problem
arose
that
our
trainer’s
workload
was
colossal
and
it
was
simply
impossible
to
make
an
appointment
with
her,
and
when
she
did
have
a
window,
the
child
was
sure
to
be
sick
(the
child
is
4
years
old,
kindergarten,
etc.,
constant
sick
leave),
having
explained
this
situation
at
the
reception,
she
received
an
answer
:
“No
problem,
there
is
a
map
and
the
training
will
be
saved
on
it.”
And
how
I
was
besieged,
on
the
day
when
we
finally
came
to
training,
that
your
training
BURNED!!!
Burned?!
How?!
No
one
even
mentioned
any
time
frame
when
the
unit
was
purchased!
This
is
their
main
policy,
just
sell!
But
the
fact
is
that
the
trainer
is
extremely
busy,
and
apparently
there
is
no
need
to
communicate
the
fact
that
there
are
any
deadlines!?
Knowing
this,
I
certainly
would
not
have
bought
the
unit,
but
would
have
been
guided
by
the
fact
that
they
came
and
paid
!
That
day,
in
order
to
get
to
class,
I
purchased
another
block.
Next,
I
was
asked
to
write
an
application
for
a
refund,
also
assuring
me
that
usually
the
money
is
returned
to
the
deposit
with
some
percentage
being
withheld
(which
is
also
impudence).
After
writing
the
application,
I
went
for
a
couple
more
months
and
timidly
asked
at
the
reception
if
the
money
had
arrived?!
To
which
they
told
me
that
they
should.
As
a
result,
they
reported
that
the
money
would
not
be
returned
due
to
the
expiration
of
the
statute
of
limitations!
They
reported
after
their
endless
messages
on
social
networks.
And
this
was
not
a
written
refusal
from
the
club’s
management,
but
a
call
from
the
administrator
from
the
Reception,
who
accepted
my
application!
And
I
didn’t
ask
them
to
be
returned
to
me!
I
asked
for
a
service
that
I
paid
for!
I
am
a
regular
customer
and
I
think
that
I
have
the
right
to
a
loyal
attitude
from
the
club
management!
But
apparently
not
in
this
club!
There
is
always
a
feeling
that
you
owe
something
to
someone
((((
I'm

To
all
the
reviews
written
above
about
“cleanliness”,
crowds
of
people,
air
conditioning,
and
the
inability
to
attend
group
training,
this
is
also
true!!!
