    Be careful with subscriptions that are ready-made scams. I bought an annual subscription for 30 thousand rubles. I have to leave in 7 months. I called and they said they would come and refund the money. I agreed. The conversation came such that returning 5 thousand rubles is not enough. I say what to do, let's do it. An hour later the call. No, we don't owe you anything. More precisely, don’t laugh 3 rubles. I'm shocked! The fact that there are a lot of people. The hammam stinks of urine. And from time to time the Finnish one does not work. These are free bonuses in relation to the client. I don’t recommend it to you either.

    I've been doing it with pleasure for 2 years now. Close, convenient work time, for me at 5-6 in the morning, it’s already possible. A large swimming pool where I learned to swim as a child. True, there are often a lot of people in the pool. There are simulators, group classes, etc. There are barbecue grills.

    And once again I bought a card for the club. And once again I fall for their year-round promotion and buy a card for a year. But not about that. I go to the gym in the first half of the day from 12 to 14 approximately. There are surprisingly many people at the pool. Almost always 3 people on the track, or even more. The hall is free - from 3 to 8 people. The beauty salon is overpriced (which is to be expected). In the cardio zone, one track works (1.5 meters and all that) and two more do not work. But in my time there will be at least one free simulator. Despite the club providing free shoe covers and a free dressing room, many girls ignore such handouts and wander around in dirty shoes and clothes. It’s not very pleasant when you’re standing there wearing what your mother gave birth to, and a lady comes in wearing a down jacket and dirty shoes. Since the last time I bought a card, the lockers in the locker room have been changed (the essence remains the same); they did something in the shower, now if someone looks through the door from the pool, they won’t see anything; The sun loungers by the pool were removed, much to my chagrin. It is recommended that there be no more than 2 people in saunas at a time, but since the virus is afraid of high temperatures, no one will follow this recommendation (in all three saunas). I haven’t gone to group training yet. And about the children's pool 0+ mother + baby. You don’t need a club card for it; you need to buy a separate subscription. Compared to children's pools, where individual training is carried out, the price is just fire, but for me personally, that’s all the advantages. I was not given a specific answer on how often the water is changed. The water is very smelly. In the pool, especially 0+, this is not permissible. There are 2,3,4 people per session + each with a baby and a trainer. The coach first approaches everyone, gives some recommendations, and then goes to the child who already knows how to do everything and works with him. In any case, this was the case for me and it happened that year.

There have been no shoe covers for a long time, so in this weather there is all the slush in the locker room, the cleaners do not have the physical ability to wipe them all the time. We have run out of cards for towels, they issue them like this, towels are without bags, they put outerwear on them, the hammam bath has not been working for a week, today it is infrared, and, like the icing on the cake, the staff is extremely unfriendly: at the reception, at the checkout, as always there is no one and wardrobe. There is usually a very polite employee there, today there was a girl. Question: what do you take money for? Yes, the subscription is at a great price. They deceive, they never say enough! They just sell it! The money was never returned! The paid services were not provided! I'm contacting Rospotrebnadzor! I also have to write about the club’s lack of customer focus, literally AT ALL! We have been visiting this club as a family for more than two years. Even a 4-year-old child has a club card! Although she has nothing to do with this card, the children's room was closed for a long time due to quarantine, children's classes, even by appointment, are very often canceled and not held! Once again, on an open day, assuring me that there are now very attractive discounts on personal training, they persuaded me to purchase a block of individual swimming training for a child. Since we already knew the coach and really wanted to study with her. Of course, I paid for block 4 of training -3860 (and the price has not changed in the next few years! All these days the stories about discounts are just a scam). I was not informed of any expiration dates. Then the problem arose that our trainer’s workload was colossal and it was simply impossible to make an appointment with her, and when she did have a window, the child was sure to be sick (the child is 4 years old, kindergarten, etc., constant sick leave), having explained this situation at the reception, she received an answer : “No problem, there is a map and the training will be saved on it.” And how I was besieged, on the day when we finally came to training, that your training BURNED!!! Burned?! How?! No one even mentioned any time frame when the unit was purchased! This is their main policy, just sell! But the fact is that the trainer is extremely busy, and apparently there is no need to communicate the fact that there are any deadlines!? Knowing this, I certainly would not have bought the unit, but would have been guided by the fact that they came and paid ! That day, in order to get to class, I purchased another block. Next, I was asked to write an application for a refund, also assuring me that usually the money is returned to the deposit with some percentage being withheld (which is also impudence). After writing the application, I went for a couple more months and timidly asked at the reception if the money had arrived?! To which they told me that they should. As a result, they reported that the money would not be returned due to the expiration of the statute of limitations! They reported after their endless messages on social networks. And this was not a written refusal from the club’s management, but a call from the administrator from the Reception, who accepted my application! And I didn’t ask them to be returned to me! I asked for a service that I paid for! I am a regular customer and I think that I have the right to a loyal attitude from the club management! But apparently not in this club! There is always a feeling that you owe something to someone (((( I'm joining To all the reviews written above about “cleanliness”, crowds of people, air conditioning, and the inability to attend group training, this is also true!!!

    It started so-so. We paid online, the manager said that you can get the cards at the reception and it won’t take more than 2 minutes. As a result, we spent half an hour searching and signing a hundred papers and the child was almost late for training. We took the class schedule, it said “Yoga 8-30” I brought my wife, it turned out that this is the old schedule and yoga is at 9-00. Well, as it were... In the club itself, everything seems to be worthy, but for such a “meeting” I give it a C for now. We’ll see what happens next.

    A swimming pool with incredibly warm water, after training you need to douse yourself in an ice-cold shower. People swarm there like sprat in a tomato plant. Show at least a little respect for visitors and regular members of the club. Six adults on one track is a big deal! Dear administration, find time for children to play sports at lunchtime. Decide on the club’s policy, I understand that you can’t please everyone, but this can really be resolved at the administrative level. Two guest visits were enough for me to never return here again.

    We go to individual lessons in the pool (with Victor), we like everything. The trainer is wonderful: from the first day he established contact with the child, from the first lesson I see results. The children's locker rooms are clean, warm and tidy. There is everything you need, everything is in working order. The pool is clean, does not smell of chlorine, and the child does not have any irritation on his skin or eyes after training. The reception staff is friendly. Yes, during peak hours the club is especially crowded with people, it can shock the unprepared :) but this is not a premium class club, where you are alone and the price for training starts from 3000, and the annual subscription starts from 55 per adult and from 35 per child. This is a fitness center of comfort class, cleanliness and accessibility are its main advantages. The price-quality ratio is very good. We are completely satisfied with the work of the club and our coach.

    I went to this club for the pool. In fact, during peak hours after work, when there are large crowds of people, two lanes are closed for personal training. Two can be used for aqua aerobics and there are 2 lanes left with 5-6-7 people each, the record was 10. Swimming is impossible. Moreover, they conduct personal training with children. Because of one child, the entire path is blocked. There is also a swimming pool for children under 14 years old. It stands empty. It is unclear why small children work out in a large pool with a trainer. What does this have to do with it even at 9 pm. Next point. Why does personal training involve closing the track to others? This is not renting a track, but personal training with a trainer. The exercise equipment in the gym is not closed for personal training. Some train on their own, others with a trainer. They explained to me today that in general the main people in the pool are the coaches and they can even block 4 lanes if they want. Fine? The clients are not the main people of the club, but the coaches!!! The logic is simple. The subscription is frankly inexpensive. The club makes money from coaches and personal training. If the trainer doesn't take care of your problems. Be content with little. Your “I’m not free either” is of no interest to anyone. They are not afraid of losing you. For 27,000 a year new ones will come. The rudeness is also amazing. I'm a grown woman. Today, in order to drive me off the track, the coach threatened me with violence with the words “Hello, that’s not clear!” “I’ll get you out of the pool now,” “We didn’t deal with people like that,” “go download your license in your kitchen,” and stuff like that. This is normal in this club. Before that, while they were getting coffee at the bar, the cleaning lady came up and said, “Get up and leave here, I’m cleaning.” The most customer oriented club. If you want rudeness, queues for exercise equipment and 6 people on a track, then this is the place for you. They will be polite to you only at the moment of concluding the contract; after that, no one needs you.
