At the same time, the reception was carried out for both men and women together. While I was talking about my problems with the prostate, two steps away from me a girl with her mother complained of pain during intercourse, etc. In general, they have not heard about privacy at the Sechenov Clinic. 3) The doctor tried in every possible way to refer me to procedures in the field of cardiology, because... I mentioned the increased heart rate. When I said that, apparently, I would still need to go to a cardiologist, he told me that he himself was involved in cardiology, and would be able to determine from the ECG results whether I needed any other procedures. 4) To undergo an ultrasound of the kidneys, etc. I was asked to pay 3000 rubles. to the doctor in cash, as it will be cheaper than through the cash register. 5) Apparently, this is local slang at the Sechenov Clinic. When talking about me in the third person, they called me “boy” everywhere (and I’m already well over 30). At the reception desk they said “the boy came for a consultation.” When the doctor called the ultrasound specialist, he also said, “I’ll send the boy to you now.” 6) And lastly. When I left the building after the consultation, the doctor came out at the same time as me to smoke at the entrance. In general, while I was walking around this establishment, I kept meeting doctors on a smoke break at various entrances and exits. I understand that there is nothing criminal in this. But still, there is something unethical and unprofessional here when doctors smoke here and there at the entrance to the clinic. In general, an extremely unprofessional establishment in which there is no trust. For 20 minutes of consultation and 6 points described above, I paid 2000 rubles.

Homely atmosphere, quiet, calm, comfortable, good food, excellent room. A magnificent old building. Got rid of a health problem in the most comfortable conditions :)

I was surprised by the bad reviews on the site. They didn't demand any money from me. She was here for surgical treatment in December 2019 at the 1st Urology Department for a kidney stone. Good conditions: 3-bed room, in the corridor of the box there is a refrigerator and a closet for things, a toilet and shower for 2 rooms. The department is quiet and calm. The attending physician, Ali Stanislav Huseinovich, is a wonderful doctor, a professional, attentive and caring, he performed an excellent operation to remove the stone (mini PCNL), and kept all the treatment under control. After the operation, the very next day I got up and walked along the corridor. Thanks to urologist Andrei Olegovich Morozov, resident doctor Yulechka Vladimirovna Papinok, who came running to examine and listen to us many times a day and patiently answered all our endless questions. The nurses are young, active and caring, attentive, and treat every patient with respect. I was pleased with the delicious food, especially the homemade buns. Having gone through all the examinations very quickly, I was sent for surgery on Monday 13th, the operation was performed by a wonderful surgeon, to whom I was referred by my doctor. I would like to note that I had no idea that it was possible to enjoy a hospital! Surgeons, doctors, all staff are at the highest level! The operation was quite serious - they removed a kidney that had tormented me for many years. There are no questions about the stay in the hospital itself. But why is there no post-operative support??? My father (72 years old) was discharged 32 days ago, without discharge (how is this even possible?) They told me to take an antibiotic and come to Innoyatov in 20 days. After 20 days, it turned out that there was inflammation and I needed to take another stronger antibiotic again, but they didn’t give me a discharge or histology! (there is a fee for the consultation). 32 days passed, they took a stronger antibiotic, came again, took a test, it was bad again, Mr. Innoyatov was busy, there was a line to see him, we didn’t receive a consultation, we didn’t receive an extract, we were able to make an appointment only a week later. Those. Do you have to wait a week with a bad analysis without doing anything? Your communication through Innoyatov is not working!!! Post-operative patients also come to him for hospitalization, a terrible crowd, it is impossible to get a consultation. What is this anyway? Prescribe a separate procedure for post-operative support, select a specialist for this. Result, 42 days on antibiotics, the inflammation has not gone away, stool and immunity are in ruins, there is no discharge, no histology, without them you cannot go to other specialists. Why, according to your procedure, after surgery the patient must come back only 20 days later? And why not to Innoyatov, who does not give detailed consultations, why not to the attending physician? According to your instructions, which you gave upon discharge, you need to contact earlier than 20 days only in case of blood, there are no markers that determine inflammation. So, is it normal to ignore it and run it? It is obvious that the memo is outdated and poorly developed, and not providing an extract is generally nonsense.

I can say for now that it’s just a scam to get a paid operation (and the doctor said that we definitely won’t do it here for free), they dumped a lot of money for an ultrasound, a urologist, a therapist, tests, which here cost 2.5 times more than in a regular paid center, I understand with horror how much more money needs to be prepared for the operation, if you have already paid so much. I wouldn't be left without pants!!! This is a simple diagnosis, it would seem. People, don't get sick! In our country, only the rich can get sick, and ordinary state employees with an insurance policy in this center, unfortunately, have nothing to do!!!
