This was the worst experience of an urgent care I’ve ever had, the front desk attendant needs more training on how to interact with worried mothers and has a dismissive demeanor. She is inefficient with the requirements and just plain rude. Go somewhere else, it’s worth the drive. They made my baby and I wait 2 hours after our appointment time and wasted our entire day. The nursing staff was fine and nice, but we still waited 45 minutes inside the office. Horrible communication and experience from a patients stand point. Don’t go here.

Very thankful I chose to visit Minit Medical for my ear wax blockage. After my scuba dive I woke up two days later with irritation, a full feeling, and loss of hearing in my left ear; from experience I knew right away it was ear wax buildup. Signing up for an appointment via Solv was super easy and I got text message updates to ensure they could resolve the blockage. I was even able to fill out most of the paperwork before arriving for my appointment. My nurse (Katie) and doctor (Tina) were quick to diagnose the problem and we’re able to flush out the ear wax with ease. After the procedure they recommended a medication to help with the inflammation in my ear, and I was able to purchase it from them rather than having to go to a pharmacy. Linking my insurance plan and paying was quick and easy. I can finally hear out of my left ear again thanks to all the wonderful people at Minit Medical.

I was seen yesterday morning but was told to call back today if my condition worsened at all. This afternoon, I did call back and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. After somebody finally listened to my concerns, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I couldn’t be seen today. I offered a suggestion, the one provided by the nurse practitioner yesterday, and today’s provider flat out said no. Horrible customer service by the receptionist and today’s provider. All I needed was a simple antibiotic. They refused to help in any way. Will not return and do not recommend.

From the second we walked in everyone responded to us and our little emergency so beautifully. My son gashed his foot pretty badly on the reef and required lots of stitches. The staff, doctor Rachel and nurse- sorry her name is escaping me at the moment were so kind and attentive. Really an amazing experience considering. Mahalo to everyone that helped us on 5-8-23. You guys are the best!

Amazing experience at this urgent care clinic with professionals who are so kind and have literally seen it all! They took amazing care of my son while also actively engaging with another patient who was being irate. I’m amazed by how much they handle and their calmness in the face of extreme scenarios. I highly recommend this clinic for urgent care scenarios. Please also remember to be kind to this staff!

The staff was very helpful and informative. They answered all my questions (there were a lot), very thorough. I would definitely recommend them if you have a need to be seen for any injuries or anything else.

Going to urgent care while on vacation is never a bucket list thing to do. However, when our son had a terrible ear ache from 2 weeks of swimming and diving, we knew we had to get him evaluated prior to getting on the plane. We were 2 days out prior to our flight so time was of the essence. We were able to easily make an appointment online and were seen quickly. All staff were kind, courteous, and caring. The Nurse Practitioner, Rachel, was awesome and very knowledgeable. We got the correct ear drop prescription for my son’s particular situation. We were able to get a recheck the day prior to travel to ensure his ear improved enough for flying. Overall it was a great experience!

The staff here was incredible, got us in really quick on a Sunday, we were in and out in less than an hour. We were mid vacation visiting Maui and I had a reaction rash that needed some medical intervention. Dr Dean was knowledgeable and provided all the insight we needed. Super grateful - great experience and would recommend to anyone. And we left with the medication in hand instead of having to go to a pharmacy.

I cut my leg deeply. Rachel and Athena took excellent care of me, especially suturing the wound. I had two follow up visits and the care continues to be excellent. Final visit. Rachel removed stitches and referred me to a wound care specialist. I am so thankful for the compassionate and professional care that I received.

I walked in and was told the wait would be 1 hour. I only waited 30 minutes. The nurse and nurse practitioner were great at putting me at ease and patiently listened to all my symptoms. Nurse practitioner was excellent at explaining the prescribed medications, what they were for, what I could expect of side effects. I would recommend to a friend.

Dr. Dean and his staff is awesome. Friendly and fast service and very easy going. Can talk story with them and they made us feel very welcome

Was able to get a same day appt. for an ear infection. Also did all the paperwork ahead of time as well. Office ran efficiently with my appt just 10 minutes later than scheduled. Dr was knowledgeable and helpful and able to provide meds right there at the office so no trip to the pharmacy. Best part was they accepted and utilized my Kaiser insurance.

As a tourist, I was unsure of what to expect when going to an Urgent Care in Maui. However, I had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Rachel, FNP, was excellent, took her time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I made an appointment before coming in and I had to wait about 10 minutes, which is nothing compared to other Urgent Care visits. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care for anyone who needs medical attention while on vacation.

Went in with severe head, chest and sinus congestion. Got right in after filling out the paperwork. The receptionist was friendly, efficient and helpful in expediting the visit. Athena and Rachel took me in, reviewed the situation quickly, and I walked out with a Plan of Treatment and Prescriptions to regain my health. Great experience, from Start to Finish. Gave me hope that a resolution was in motion. Thanks to all three members of a great Staff. All were great Ambassadors of Confidence and Competence for the business and brand.

Shockingly slow. Not on time whatsoever. It took me over an hour for a $300 “get water out of ear” appointment! Time definitely needs to be managed better, most of this time was a wait for the doc to sign paperwork??? The nurses/staff were nice though.

Turned down emergency service without upfront payment. Couldn’t bill my business insurance. Had to either bill me up front or bill personal insurance. Complete joke. Definitely not a real insta-care clinic. Forced me to drive to the hospital 45 minutes away while profusely bleeding from my foot. Don’t waste your time stopping here; drive straight to the hospital for anything urgent. These people would rather let you die if you don’t have a way to immediately conform to their requirements.

Quick and easy process with this urgent care. John PA was pleasant to work with while he provided me stitches. Clinic was really friendly and fast. Highly recommend coming here for any fast urgencies!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I got a deep cut boogie boarding on a beach that had a lot of coral reef rocks in the wading area of the beach (Oneloa Beach). I couldn’t clean out the sand so did a walk-in. The wait wasn’t too long and the doc and nurses were super nice about numbing my foot to clean it, esp because needles freak me out. It still hurt but it was unavoidable and they tried to make it as quick as possible. Anyway, would highly recommend their service. I hope you don’t need to go (avoid beaches with coral reef rocks!), but if you do, they do take Kaiser insurance and they provide stellar service!

I can’t seem to go on vacation without seeing a doctor for something. This time it was food poisoning and a couple other things. They saw me quickly and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Dean has great bedside manner and a good sense of humor. The rest of the staff was very patient and kind even though I was a bit grouchy from feeling so ill. Thank you for excellent care!

My total experience was great . Everyone who works there is concerned for your welfare. I would not hesitate to go there again. I was treated very well ad everything that was done in my case was explained to me fully. I only wish we had this device on the mainland as.
