Don’t go by seeing the good review. Worst hotel I’ve ever come across till now. We reached at morning after our long journey ,saw all the rooms were untidy and messy.No one was available at the desk. Owner was somewhere out and not at all responsive. Interior, washroom, taps all were broken and really very untidy, beds were untidy too. We found hairs on the bed. I request you all not to go at this place else you’ll regret.

Giving here five star just to get highlighted for bad experience of this hotel. First of all it is too far from lonavala, if you are coming to stay at lonavala to enjoy your holiday, would suggest please don't stay at this hotel as it takes alot of your time and money. We had stayed for 2 days it was the worst stay as we didn't get to enjoy our holidays. Since we were guided wrongly by the owner. Everyday we had to spend 400 per auto fare. Since it is on the highway you won't find any shop or restaurant.

The facilities were so poor and so pathetic. The service was so bad and even the interiors are filthy and broken. The place is so dirty and not at all safe. They did not even provide us with warm water and most importantly did not even give us the hill. We had to force them to give us one. Very poor. Would never recommend.

It's not Family or either for anyone. The rooms are very badly maintained. It's kinda bar. It's not professional or family who are traveling to Pune. Not recommended

Too bad waiters behaviour, specially takla waiter, he abuse us, handle very badly, i suggest thousands of people don't go there... Suggestion to the owner replace him,.. Because your all things are very best including food taste but that waiter is too bad

Had great experience...Staff is well groomed and polite in service...tasty food....maintained cleaning.

Super place to make a event's open garden and banquet hall are nice good food quality also my family all are enjoyed lot

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Smoke smell in my room. Not at all good service. Bathrooms n it's coks were leaked. Wc wasn't cleaned.Even breakfast was not good idli was cold and hard. Just rooms were little fine. Keys were misplaced. N even due to adv booking we waited for 1/2 hr to get our rooms coz of which we were late for our function. No extra beds available.

Hotel property is best but room not clean and nit hot water not available service delay otherwise staff cooperative and just little bit need improvement hotel Manager good 👍
