A resort placed very close to Pavana Lake and it has a little something for everyone The rooms are quite small and almost all rooms have a bunk bed so 5 ppl can fit into one room The room maintenance is average The pool is quite small but it meets the requirements for a weekend getaway They have a small entertainment area which had a pool table, carrom and table tennis but don't keep high expectations as they are not well maintained. The food quality is average and the chicken served for lunch and dinner was exactly the same so was quite disappointing. The positive of the place is the service as they ensure they are prompt and very courteous.

Very poor facility with very unsupportive staff. If you want to chill then this very very worst place for you. Food taste was very “Ghatiya”. They hide many things during booking. e.g. sound will be closed after 8:30 pm, Bathroom leakage in most of rooms, Breakfast time 9:15 am but they offer after 10:00 am. So called owner that “Takla man” was very badmiz and manner less, he doesn't know how to talk customers.

It’s a place for youngsters. If you are looking for a fancy place then look elsewhere. The view is good only from the rooms on the 1 st floor. Lots of steps to climb. Difficult for senior citizens. Food was good but 5 star prices ! 8 small/ medium prawns ( very delicious) for 620 rs . It should have been not more than 350 rs . Last 3 km of the road was bad due to the rain . Lake side is 5 minutes walking distance . But there is nothing else all around The bedrooms are not at all like the pictures shown on the website. Badly organised. You have to ask for soap toilet paper and glasses and mugs . Look for places on the other side of Pavana. Not worth the price we paid. It was like a dhaba with rooms .

Pros: 1. Good Location 2. Good Food 3. Good staff Cons: 1. Very costly compared to others 2. Anything extra will cost you hefty everything have to order in advance even if you don't know how much you will have 3. Limited barbeque no extra available if required 4. Rooms are not clean at least in extended property. 5. Have to pay everything before check-in even if you paid advance Valuable tip: Carry your own liquors and drinks. They charge you very high and negative is they don't take packed bottles return if we order extra and don't consume. Needs lof of improvement in extended property.

The experience was horrible at resort. We wasted our time and money.Staff was rude and doesn't know how to behave with customer. Manager also threatening repeatedly to customers. if you want to enjoy your time I suggest do not opt this place.🙏

Hi there! If you are in hurry and don't want to read the complete review, let me tell you in short, its NOT AT ALL WORTH THE PRICE ! The room was so mediocre, no wifi, TV and the property itself is not close to 3 star hotel which they claim. Its a funky place to chill with a group or friends but not with your partner. The only good thing about the place was service and kind attitude of the staff specially daren! The room (with private balcony) doesn't justify its rate! I won't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent, well equipped room!

Food was below average like taste and quality wise plus it was costly!! Rooms are Worst, stinky, and with full of bugs, lizards and mosquitoes!! Cleanliness and hygiene is not at all maintained!! (Provided pillow covers was pathetic) Best part is the Location, its is excellent the view of mountains and lake!! I really appreciate the owners behaviour till we reach the location, hospitality of Daren. Service was so quick as I guess we were the only guests. But I don't find my gate away peaceful and comfortable. I don't think it's expensive but it's not value for money!! Major issue is property, its ill maintained. Food needs lot of improvement. In the same cost we've stayed in many other resorts but this experience was not upto the mark!! I don't think so we'll visit again and won't recommend to anyone!!

It's good for the family and couples.. but if you are planning a bachelors night out then it's not the place for you.. so many restrictions. Also the food is quit average .. not bad but also not worth the money. They literally count the pieces of chicken before serving you and make you feel embarrassed .. fish fry was the only dish we enjoyed because fish was brought by us.. also don't expect much from service as we have got denied servings the tea on different table .. even the ordered dish is also not getting served on our table .. though the barbeque was good .. pool and rooms were also clean..

One of the best experience around Pawana lake. Place is well maintained & rooms are clean. Moreover, staff is friendly and truly stick to their mantra - "Come as a guest, leave as a frnd". They always try to go beyond expectations to serve guests.

The ground floor rooms are pretty big and with bunk beds. The staff is pretty friendly. Location wise the roads are bad but the view is decent of the lake. It's a pretty decent place to stay at and enjoy the pawna lake. The food is very good, mostly Marathi food but it's good.

Staffs are very professional and cooperative. We checked in late and they let us to stay back and check out late. Very beautiful view and nice place to get out of all stress. Good to plan with friends and family too to spend OUR TIME peacefully.

Great place to stay close to Tikona fort and Pawana lake... Amazing and flawless service from whole staff... especially @Amir Khan... Amir runs around throughout day to ensure customer satisfaction is top priority... Such a flexible staff... Amazing stay experience... Food is also good here...

Extremely bad service. Little bit arrogent Lots of restrictions on timings. People are going to outing for refreshing the mind but this resort is restricting for timings and activities. I don't prefer this resort. Lots of options are available which is having tremendous awesome service.

A good getaway from Mumbai. The service was top notch especially by Darren. He was a great host , very humble must say. Rooms were okay okay , clean though. Food (chicken dishes)wasn’t upto the mark. The local rice 🍚 called Indrani rice was a delight. Prawns were absolutely delish. Overall it was a good experience

The stay was amazing, rooms were clean and food is good. The prawns dishes and the locally grown Indrani rice is a must try. I picked up 5kgs of rice for my personal consumption. You'll spot 2 friendly Rottweilers in the property as well. For drivers: The last 5kms leading to the property is horrible. Low Sedans will take a few hits. SUVs won't feel the pain. Full credit goes to Darren who hosted us and ensured our stay was a comfortable one.

Overall experience was good !! Road is bit tricky in rainy season! Nice place ! Food is not upto the standard of their pricing! Food is tasty, i mean to say pricing is too much.. You can get nice italian cuisine at that price! Otherwise clean rooms nice premises helping staff! They upgraded my room on the spot at fair pricing!! Overall very good experience! 4/5

Location is good. Toiletries could have been of good quality. We booked a 12bed room but there was only 1 washroom and that to it was compact so they need to be mindful about it. Would recommend only 1 day stay.

We recently went there with one kid and one infant and the services are good I don't like the room as it's very congested and lots of mosquitoes were there They gave me the liquid but was not effective at all. The clock was not working and there was no place to keep our stuff also. In front of the room they put a garbage truck. In the bathroom there were many insects so I was not happy with the room and due to mosquitos I am suffering from high fever now... Location is good but the reaching track is worst 👎 car ka thik karne ka cost badh jayega.. About the staff :- they were good n polite n food was also good Will suggest take another place to stay...

We went for 24hrs stay at this place and the entire experience was wonderful. It is a very serene place to cutoff from the city noise. Rooms and entire were very clean hygienic. Swimming pool was clean. Food was amazing with a very good spread. All the stuffs including Abhijeet and Amir were very polite and courteous. Mr Vikram, the owner is also very polite and clear with his communications. We would love to the visit the place again. Thank you.

Not worth😬 Only if you prefer food (Only Limited count-taken money for unlimited Buffet) with OK taste then only visit for eat not for stay!! Its not at all close to Pawana Lake. Again after all visitors paid for facilities all staff restrict as don't use this swimming tank, retro Music 2songs only 5mins only etc etc etc Rooms its like Railway berth. Some service staff OK specifically Daren. Overall not recommendable for Family or Group of People's also for stay.

This place is very beautiful with comfortable rooms and great service. We stayed for couple of nights during weekdays and our agenda was to relax and enjoy time with family, we did not get bored here, they have a game room and swimming pool to keep kids busy, they also have fruit trees like mangoes, jackfruit, jamun etc. and fortunately we visited during mango season and kids spent good amount of time collecting mangoes. The mountain view is breath taking and sunset looks beautiful. We loved the service and the food. Especially Amir made our stay unforgettable with his good nature and attention. We recommend this place

Hidden amidst the wonderful greenery, lake and hills. This is a great place to hangout during the monsoon season. Staff is cool and takes care of their guests really well.

I stayed with family on night of 4th and 5th nov'22. Resort is very good but I will give only 4 points because swimming pool was very very dirty. Also following improvements are suggested 1. There was only chicken in non veg in all the 2 lunches and 2 dinners I had. May include other items also. 2. Pet dog of resort was confined in only 4 feet size, 3 feet height box type of enclosure. He may be tied in some open space.
