I like this Cinema a lot & one of my go to Cinemas in Kandy too however they do have a lot of cons like if you decide to get balcony or OTC then the seats are much uncomfortable to sit through a whole movie as they are made of wood. The prices are damn high in the canteen though so do not forget to get your snacks from outside before going in. The washrooms are somewhat clean. The prices for the tickets always keeps fluctuating and not fixed at all. If you go there without change in cash its most likely you will not get the balance back (experienced it several times). Ample parking space is there however they charge for that as well despite being it for the customers. The customer treatment should be way much more improved than frowning at the customers all the time. The DTS system is a good one with a big screen.

Best place to watch a movie in Central Province. Sound Quality of the theatre has been improved. Awesome atmosphere inside the theatre.

Audio is considerably good. Screen is also really good.. Picture quality is fine.. The only problem is comfort. Unless you pay rs.450 and go for super balcony your comfort will be at stake. If you choose balcony and otc your situation will be bad. Cause you'll get broken seats which make noise in the middle of movie.. Screech!!!! And all the people will look at your fave which will defenetly make you embarrased.. And it is not even your fault. But, movie experience is good.

Not upgraded since the theatre was first built,chairs are all wooden and uncomfortable. sound is too loud. The hall was flooded with mosquitoes and they simply wont stop biting,big barrier to enjoy the movie. Picture quality is good.

Lack of sound quality, video also need to be improved, seat and the comfort part is almost low, not even a single improvement for more 10 years, and the most profitable business there is their canteen, where they sell 3x prices than the actuall price in the other shops, anyways this is Good profitable canteen not a theator 👍

Very big screen able to watch balcony is good

When cinema was started.some one smoking there.it’s uncomfortable..security is loose.some time we pick with our family.in the time.

This place has got a clear wide screen and a good projector system. But a lot of improvements are needed to become an acceptable theater. Things to expect here: 1. Uncomfortable wooden seats. Some of them are homes for bugs. 2. Noisy and uncomfortable sounds. Unnecessarily loud, specially when commercials are played. 3. Mosquitoes are everywhere 4. Parking space is not organized properly This place could really use a face-lift.

Good, still the ODC needs good seats, the balcony of course in good position.

There is lot of room for improvement of the place. The sounds are not the best. The snacks and drinks are quite high priced in comparison to the quality of the products. Seating is quite ok with the new renovations undertaken. Picture quality too does have a room for improvement. Parking slots are available but is a mess.

Uncomfortable seats well manageable I think they display movies on 2K quality and a bit dark too but not bad either kinda okay and sounds are in a moderate level of quality
