Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful . I really enjoyed their "pet ambassador " Trip. It fun to see him and be able to pet him. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Our group has stayed at this hotel for many years, for multiple days. This year things were far different than the past stays. First was no hot water for a shower on the first day, I had to go down and ask for them to look at it, the second day it was on. Not sure why I had to ask for hot water. After we returned in the first evening and stopped in the hotel bar for a drink with our group before going out for dinner I made the mistake of ordering a Tito's and tonic, that one shot drink was $12 dollars? WOW! Apparently the new management raised the drink prices dramatically also. We didn't hang out there long or stop by after our meal either as we had done in previous years. Second they used to offer a free continental breakfast, mostly we just liked having some coffee in the morning and then would order breakfast. Not a fan of the Kureg coffee that is in the rooms and according to the employees new manager at the helm did away with the free continental breakfast and the free coffee in the morning. That was a big surprise our first morning there. Apparently the prices on breakfast were increased dramatically also, so instead of having breakfast there, as we used to do, we ventured out to another place for a reasonably priced breakfast. We managed thru the remaining days, but will be considering other options next year for our trip. I could understand the prices if this hotel was on the Vegas strip or something but it's not.

This stay was disappointing. The rooms and interior generally are really showing some age and wear and tear. The beds were very soft. The staff was not rude, but was not polite at all. The indoor pool, which is advertised as heated (and we called in advance to double check), was barely acceptable such that swimming with my kids was not pleasant. The hot tub was kind of gross and needs to be cleaned or painted. We were charged a pet fee, which they did remove when I brought it to their attention, but it should not have been added. The breakfast is quite expensive and not worth it. This stay could have been worse, but we will be staying elsewhere next time.

This is a great hotel that I do recommend. It was clean and welcoming. You could walk to restaurants and pubs and to see this nice downtown area. I rated a 4 instead of 5 because the hot water wasn't working in our wing and there were no other rooms. I will say the employees were great and the manager was very responsive. I would definitely try staying here again and am certain it would be a 5 star stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and organized. It was easy to get to all of the nearby destinations by foot due to the great location. I did not purchase any food or drinks, so I am unable to provide comment on those amenities.

Nice hotel. Not far from all the dining choices. We had 2 issues from our stay at the end of Aug…Hot water was out on one side of hotel and the keys kept needing to be reset even when away from phone. Nice staff !!

Hotel indigo was the perfect stay for us. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. We loved that the rooms didn't have any carpet. Excellent stay and the hotel dog Tripp was the perfect touch. Made it feel like home.

The hotel is definitely better than most of the run of the mill hotels. Just needed a little more polish. Having one overnight staff on the weekend is a hotel standard but seems like a huge liability for a nicer place like this.

Spent my 21st birthday at the bar with John and had a blast talking about tennis and various sports! Can’t remember the name for the life of me but ask about the drink with hard truth coconut cream rum and chocolate syrup, it was awesome!!
