I have been sitting on this review for almost a week now. First, let me say that the only reason I even considered this place was because I missed my scheduled nail appointment with my regular nail tech due to a funeral. She is incredible at her craft and is in very high demand, so I have been unable to get back in rotation. After a little research, I decided to visit Nail Bliss. I should have listened to that inner voice saying, “Don’t do it! Walk away!” I ignored it, and so I have taken a huge “L.” They asked me what I wanted, and I told them a full set (acrylics). Of course, they start the whole SNS is better hoopla. They asked about gel nail polish. I said, “No, I want peach powder.” I then told the nail tech that I would show her a picture of what I had before, just to give her an idea of the quality of work I am accustomed to. Then they start passing my phone around and speaking their language. One who is stronger in English says, “If you want these nails, it will be $75!” I ask why and explain that the nails pictured were $45. The lady says, “Well, it’s more because the ombré SNS takes more work. These are not square nails, so they are $10 extra. Plus, you have designs.” So I say, “Oh, no ma’am! You will not nickel and dime me to death. Plus, I told you these are acrylic, not SNS. I also told you I just wanted the peach powder and no designs!” I think everything is understood, and here they come talking about this gel polish. To make an incredibly long story short, I ended up paying $38 for these old whack, teeth-looking nails!

I was a consistent customer up until my recent two visits. 1) I booked an in person appointment for the following day- showed the tech my desired results- simple acrylic pink coffin/ballerina shape. They agreed to the work. The day of service- I was assigned a dif nail tech. No worries I showed the tech my photos. He agreed to the work. However he did not even come close to my desired look so I asked if he could file a bit more to reshape and coat it a few more time (warning - they use minimum products) he agree yet couldn’t get the look right. I go to pay. Customer in front of me has her hands and toes service in sns - they charged her $60 . I go to the counter to pay- $60 dollars... I questioned why 60 if I have short coffin basic acrylic. The owner tells me it’s the length $5, and design $10... that still doesn’t add up. Yet I paid cash and walked out with efforts to not cry. I hated my hands - they were terrible!! - peep attached photos I went home disappointed, drove back to speak with the Owner- Ivy . Ivy agreed to fix next day. Next day: Ivy took off the set then explained she can’t do the look because it’s photoshopped... photoshopped where???? These were a basic set. I requested a refund - the owner offered $45. I refuse and demanded my full $60 back. While waiting for refund, a customer walks in requesting SNS long set - they quoted her $35. Y’all I hate to say this but I felt discriminated. Each customer other than me is of another nationality yet I kept receiving higher priced quotes. I will never return nor recommend Bliss Nails. They were once a reasonable spot but not anymore

I have been coming to this location for two or more years now. I’ve never had a problem until recently. The past three or four visits I’ve had a new person each time. The customer service is no longer friendly. Everyone seems as if they don’t want to be at work. The quality of my SNS has also decreased each time. Today’s visit, the lady only did two coats (which was weird because they normally do at least four) but I didn’t question it. After she finished I noticed that because the dips were so thin, my nails were extremely lumpy. I will be looking for a new nail location.

I'm torn! They're really nice and I like my nails. However after 2 days, I had 2 cracked nails towards the nail bed. I went back and the same nail tech fixed it, free of charge. Sadly though, later on during the same day, the 2 cracks came back. 2 days later, a 3rd one has set in. I'm willing to try here again, just probably with a different nail tech.

Had a pedicure, the gentleman was very rushed , cut corners , trying to hurry up and finish, my toes had polish on them along with my nails! Put lotion on my legs and wiped it right off, was not a enjoyable experience and I will not patronize them again!

I got a manicure with Ivy today and she did an amazing job. We did a red to black SNS ombré and she made my nails look just like the picture I showed her. She took her time and made sure my nails were beautiful. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back to see Ivy again in the future.

Nice local nail salon that is clean and not overly priced for services. I've been coming to Nail Bliss for about 2 months now and I always enjoy my time. I've had manicures, pedicures and SNS done here. I typically go on their least busiest days Mon-Wed in the morning and I'm seen right away without an appointment. When I do make an appointment there is rarely an issue with me starting on time.

Omggg Ivy did so well on my nails i’m IN LOVE !! It was this nail inspiration I saw on Pinterest and it’s like she copy and pasted it on to my nail. Thank you so much ivy, I will be back.
