Great local market! Many unique items and in-house butchered meats and smoked products. I get my father a hand cut Ribeye steak every year for Father's Day and he says it's the best around. Hot food selection is always a good idea for a delicious and easy take home lunch or dinner. Owners are amazing are very involved in the community as well. Give them a try you wont be disappointed!

This is a favorite stop of mine because it reminds me of shopping at the small markets that I was so used to as a kid. I'm certainly no kid now, but I do appreciate the fine quality of the meats they sell here at Lampert's......I can always get my kishka here, and its fresh! All of the sausages are made on site, and I very much appreciate that. I feel like I get great value for my money spent here. I often recommend this place to friends and family.

Lampert's is good in my book again. After a snafu with my order last week, they fixed it an hour ago, and totally made it right. Thanks Rick and the staff for making this right. That says a lot about your business.

Was told this place is a great spot to grab a bite. Lamberts definitely didn't disappoint. Got a steak salad and they ask how I'd like my steak. That to me is amazing.

I often order a grilled chicken salad for lunch from here. Today we tried the club sandwich. It was really good! I would like to add lettuce and tomato next time. I will order again. Also, the homemade chips are a must try!

My first time at this location. I am so glad I made the trip from Pittsburgh. When I walked in the place It is …impressively clean.. no unpleasant odors from meat cuttings or cleaning supplies (odors make me suspicious food got contaminated).. . The counter glass was so clean, spotless.. I explained how I needed a specific cut of meat for a new recipe. The Butcher (owner?) was genuinely happy to accommodate me. Got a bone for my dog!! I don’t mind paying a little extra for the product, the knowledge they shared and the nice feeling of a family owned business ..it’s all well worth my time and Money... they made my day.

I live in S. Hills-Lampert’s is worth the drive. Best selections. Best meats! Everything I have ever bought has been excellent cuts. Great sausage-breakfast links, Italian links, or loose-all natural, no fillers. Best chicken salad as well. Great homey feel, small town butcher feel/shop. Just the absolute BEST! ❤️❤️❤️

My husband's mom, shes in her 60s, has been using Lamperts her whole life so my husband always went there too. Now we shop there for our family. Awesome quality, WONDERFUL people and their hot food is equally amazing! Id recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been going to Lampert’s for the last 3 years. All I can say is that their food is somewhat okay. Their workers are typically unwelcoming and rude if you aren’t a local. Whoever operates the phone for orders is usually dumbfounded and rude, it’s turned me off from me ordering from them altogether honestly. Hm… oh yeah apparently they don’t sell cold hoagies. Never heard of that one. That’s all.

Lampert’s is our go-to place to get burgers, steaks and any other fresh meat. Their burgers in the summer time can’t be beat. Not to mention their broccoli salad, potato salad and chicken salad. Oh, and if you haven’t had their ribs when they have dinners you’re missing out. They also have the best bbq Stu’s bbq sauce! Always friendly too!

I love Lampert's so much! I stopped and bought 2 lbs of chicken tenders, linguine salad, macaroni salad and zucchini bake. Came home and seasoned my chicken and breaded and fried it for chicken alfredo. My kids said it's the best chicken they've ever had. It just taste so fresh! I'll never buy from a grocery store again! And can we just talk about the staff! The nicest group of people ❤️ And the sides I purchased, delicious 😋

I've yet to have a sandwich I didn't love. I always find myself buying pickles or seasoning while it is made. I'm a huge fan.

I called in first thing in the morning for a cut of beef I did not place a pick up the guy behind the counter was professional and said I got you, he trimmed my cut perfectly . I am leaving this review out of respect if you want a good cut of meat lamperts all the way . I would call out my other butcher for the same thing but the guy that handled my order today earned my respect I wanted to tip him more but the wife said thats enough .

Went there last week the first time. The Hungarian sausage was really good. But I bought “fresh” chicken thighs (it did look fresh) - a lot. Put them in the freezer as soon as I came home. Yesterday I transferred it to the fridge and today I opened it… it smells like crazy. Never again will I buy chicken from them. Be careful with their chicken!

I live in FL now, but I frequently shopped at Lampert's Market before moving. The fresh meats are incomperable and the homemade ham salad is the best I've ever eaten. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Amazing meats! The meals are fantastic too. My daughter drives from Fayette County to get the hot capicola sandwich. They add so much to the flavor of the neighborhood. We've been shopping with them since they were on Grandview Avenue. Shop local. Support your community.

I have been going to Lampert's for the past 50 years. They have changed owners and locations, but never wavered on service and quality. Great place for the best products. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Their prepared foods are delicious. It is worth the trip.

Lampert's offers the most QUALITY of meats and the best selection! Must-haves are the andouille sausage and meatloaf mix. The only thing better than the quality is the customer service. Makes every customer feel special and you get 100% of their attention. Best in the biz.

Love this place awesome food no matter what I order taste like mom's cooking you can tell that they put love into the food and enjoy cooking like that we are part of the family that type of cooking you don't get that at any restaurant around here

Usually get a great lunch! This ham sandwich, yes that is real ham, which is baked, was very overdone. Looks like they tried to add juice to the meat. Fyi, burnt meat doesn't absorb liquids, but the bun sure did. Lol. I'm sure the next one will be much better.

I love Lamperts Market. Every time I go in all the employees happily greet you. Their meats are amazing. The potato salad is fabulous, too. I especially like that they support other small local businesses in their market!

This is the only place that sells Hungarian Bacon that works great for a bacon fry. My family has been buying it for years here and it never failed to yeild enough fat and flavor! I only will buy from here! No others compare

Went to Lampert's for the first time on 11/29/23, was passing & purchased a larger order of prepared food for a group of people I was visiting. The people behind the prepared food counter, we lovely and kind. However... the 2 girls at the register were the most surly, rude & the most unpleasant creatures I have come into contact with in years. I will never return to this establishment. Too bad, their food was good & I would have given them a great deal of business. I'm certain, I'm not the first person to report this information, and won't be the last. TERRIBLE!!!

Very disappointed in their breakfast sandwiches. I tried all three.( Ham, Bacon annd Sausage ) And they struck out. One was old, possibly from the day before. 🤷‍♂️ one was a giant piece of sausage. (Not breakfast sausage) the last one I got made fresh and they burnt my toast and served it to me anyhow. One star because zero is not an option.

Great for any meats you might want. They have the best Chilli I have ever had. Hot sausage sandwiches are great and spicy.

My gram loves this place and always buys me something delicious. When I’m near, I’ll always stop in. They have food cooked to order or frozen meals deli and meats desserts but you have to take it elsewhere to eat…
