Early this afternoon I got a flat tire entering the parking lot. It was my fault I hit the curb. While changing my tire in blazing heat a very nice young lady from Subway came out and gave me a glass of ice water. I just wanted to thank her for her kindness. I tried to call the manager to tell them what a great employee they have but could not get through. I hope she sees this. I was having a very bad day and a small act of kindness just made my day.

The hired associates were amazingly awesome! I showed them a discount coupon, and they directed me immediately to the menu board, which was appropriate for what was being offered. I didn't have to waste any time looking at the rest of the menus to decide what I was going to eat. Thanx guys! Anyway, I just wanted to comment on the ingredients. I've been to other Subways, but the one in Downtown McKeesport, by far, had the creamiest tasting tuna fish, while the others were drier tasting. This is a challenge to all Subways, make your tuna fish creamier!

Went there for lunch today and dinner last night the beautiful young lady working the counter today is awesome and the you g man James worked last night and did a great job

I went 4 times …one black and white men both are treated very bad and I don’t know their names ..they must be fired. I was on the line and skipped me and they take another customer. He kept me wait and for other he got fresh lentils when it comes to me ..he used old one only …may be they don’t like other country people….black person very rude ..please fire both employees…look at today’s cameras ..then u can know it ..please fire them and they must know that job value …I don’t recommend this place to go ….very bad service too …

Clean and fresh there is no other way and fast service

Never have any sandwiches from dis one it's a guy n there who made my sandwich and it good as hell, everytime I go if he ain't there I ain't eating period

Ordered doordash. Footlong veggie delite and it was not cut in half. Order a salad with oil and vinegar and they did not put any oil and vinegar on the salad. Well earned 1 out of 5 stars!

The only person working was the manager Lori. She was friendly up until she realized who I was (former employee) she proceeded to tell other customers that her employees do not want to work for their family's and said they just want their food stamps. After we finished our meal my fiance tried to purchase chips and she kept walking away from us and helped another customer then walked to the back of the store like we weren't standing there. I said screw it and left. Halfway home I began throwing up. And I never puke when eating Subway.. .but anyway just a little about my experience today

Is a nice place but there's a employee that don't really cares treat people with an attitude and blames it on the customers if you can't handle the fast food business you should look for another job,don't make other people feel miserable like he is.

My coworkers and i ordered lunch at this subway today. 4 to go orders were placed. They were not even started when we arrived at the store. I requested 3 of the subs to be double toasted in which none of them were even toasted once. They didn't put spinach on the one sandwhich and put the wrong dressing & the other sandwhich had no cheese and not toasted as well. I understand being under stress and the poor young boy there always seems to be alone but customer service definitely is lacking. All that needs done is more attention to detail as i watched him read each order and still make them incorrect!

Food is always fresh except lettuce. But that's usually the case at most food places. The store manager seems overworked and may need a break she's always anxious and uptight. But never rude. I was called racist words one day by a customer there but overall it's a decent place. They won't let you use the bathroom unless you make a purchase.

Dude was very rude and not happy to have a job there. Dropped a piece of bread and slammed the door to the bread storage wont be going back at all

I always enjoyed thier food
