Marrakech

such
a
beautiful
place
full
of
life
and
activities.
Hotel
experience
at
the
Jaal
Riad
resort

experience.
2hrs
waiting
time
at
check-in.
Despite
having
paid
and
confirmed
my
reservation
online
and
n
advance,
I
was
compelled
to
pay
again
once
at
the
hotel.

The
front
desk
clerk
was
unprofessional
and
raised
his
voice
at
me
due
to
their
administrative
error.

Between
the
misinformation
and
horrible
communication
we
were
flabbergasted
by
the
treatment
received
from
this
hotel
(straight
attitude
and
discomfort).
Even
with
a
diplomatic
passport
from
North
America
I
was
speechless
by
the
disrespect.

We
wanted
to
book
someone
at
the
spa
but
was
told
she
was
unavailable
and
was
forced
to
use
someone
else
so
we
canceled
and
went
to
external
spa
(Majarah
spa
was
fantastic)
.

our
stay
including
cleaning

servers,
and
bellmen
they
still
found
a
way
to
charge
us

experience
was
disgraceful,
but
such
a
beautiful
establishment
/
hotel.
With
the
right
people
in
place
specialy
at
the
front
desk
this
could
make
the
experience
/
stay
more
accommodating
and
enjoyable.
