Nice and clean hotel with orange blossom scented beauty products. Room cleaning every day. Large swimming pool, many rooms for the rest and business seminars. Beautiful decor in oriental style. I noted it as 4 stars because of the breakfast (not very varied, not well adapted to a Europeans and also the service in the restaurant. We had to wait a very long time for coffee). If the hotel will fix these remarks, it will be amazing place.

Marrakech is such a beautiful place full of life and activities. Hotel experience at the Jaal Riad resort [ ] Horrible experience. 2hrs waiting time at check-in. Despite having paid and confirmed my reservation online and n advance, I was compelled to pay again once at the hotel. [ ] The front desk clerk was unprofessional and raised his voice at me due to their administrative error. [ ] Between the misinformation and horrible communication we were flabbergasted by the treatment received from this hotel (straight attitude and discomfort). Even with a diplomatic passport from North America I was speechless by the disrespect. [ ] We wanted to book someone at the spa but was told she was unavailable and was forced to use someone else so we canceled and went to external spa (Majarah spa was fantastic) . [ ] Extra City taxes at the end of your check out (pictures included) [ ] We generously tip throughout our stay including cleaning services, servers, and bellmen they still found a way to charge us for water. [ ] options for food is limited -one restaurant for dinner & one for breakfast (we eat outside the hotel most of the time) [ ] No tour of the hotel was given to us so we browse at our leisure. Rooms: [ ] No hot water ( first two days) [ ] No toilette paper (had to ask cleaning service) [ ] No iron in the room ( had to use external dry cleaning services) [ ] No laundry service ( had to use external laundry service) [ ] No internet service ( often down) [ ] No snacks available (had to buy externally) [ ] No toiletry [ ] No mini bar in the room [ ] Face clothe [ ] Didn't use the pool (too cold) [ ] No room service available [ ] The phones in the rooms were non-functional/not working. [ ] AC cannot be controlled in the room it stayed cold [ ] optionsfor food is limited ( one restaurant for dinner & one for breakfast) Disparities treatment/ services given to Afro descendent vs European is horrible. The Inferieurity complexe against racialize client is flagrant and uncomfortable. The experience was disgraceful, but such a beautiful establishment / hotel. With the right people in place specialy at the front desk this could make the experience / stay more accommodating and enjoyable.

Overall it is a beautiful hotel to stay, but there are some aspects that would need some improvement. The rooms and nice and big, also the bed is comfortable, but if a room is for two persons, then there should be two cutlery sets and two mugs for tea/coffee. Also the breakfast should include more vegetarian&vegan options. A plus is the pool area, which is really nice and relaxing.

Absolutely loved our stay. We were there for 1 week and everything went perfectly well. The hotel is super clean, beautifully decorated and the food is fantastic. The service was excellent and all the staff were very attentive and took care of us very well. They organize activities as well upon request and the hotel is very big with many different areas where you can chill. It is located just 10 mins by car from the city center and there are clubs just next to it as well which you can visit by walk. They also have a modern gym, indoor pool, and spa.

A nice structure with a good swimming pool and a beautiful setting in the garden. A wide selection for breakfast, but e.g. coffiee sometimes good, but sometimes bad. Slow inefficient or no service. Noise from air traffic, directly over the hotel as well as noise from nearby entertainment venues, into the room. Very difficult to know where to call, to get different room services. Just sad that this is called a 5 star hotel.

Not really a 5 stars more likely a 3 stars. Service is not professional and they don't speak proper English so impossible to communicate and get served. Food is basic and dinner is always with the same options. The walls are so thin that you hear everything from the outside and other rooms so not really quiet place. The Spa is awful, old and smelly plus sith extra charge everywhere. The room service is also not existing with no water in the room and no towels changed. Please go somewhere else, it will take long time before it meets 5 stars standards. Consider that it was opened 6 months ago. However the infrastructure is really beautiful and big wonderful spaces , shame the service is not at that standard!!

Absolutely paradise, peaceful, beautiful and very stylish resort. Outstanding staff, wonderful rooms, especially the ground floor with their own terrace/patio. Excellent food when the resort has more guests, it was especially quiet this year and there was no special Christmas dinners or entertainment. However the resort is so attractive we never left the grounds.

Just back from 4 nights stay. Nice hotel, in good condition and well looked after. The staff were all very welcoming. It was very quiet, ie not many guests, less than the number of Google reviews it seems to attract! Food was fine, happily ate there every day. We used it as a base for a golf holiday, so were out of the hotel a good proportion of the day, I think it'd be a little dull if you were looking to spend a week in the hotel. My only real criticism would be the room we had overlooked a main road which was quite noisy, in fact one night there seemed to be locals racing cars and bikes at 2am, and the staff could be a little slow to notice you might like a drink at breakfast and lunch. Overall though it was pretty good. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a calm atmosphere . well-maintained rooms and a dazzling view and above all the cleanliness of the premises and the very good cuisine. The large swimming pool open 24 hours a day is very large and perfectly maintained, ideal for cooling off during the day or for enjoying a midnight swim in the evening.

Throughout all my experiences I have never really stayed at such fascinating place with all the decorations and the Moroccan cultural design all around despite the great room service and food, it's undoubtedly the most remarkable place I've visited so far and I'm really grateful!

We felt welcome from the first second. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us the best recommendations to get to know the real Marrakech - so also the secret places. We had a nice room overlooking the pool. The breakfast was varied and the buffet was prepared by chefs in front of the guests. The whole hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The Moroccan restaurant in the resort is beautifully decorated and promises a wonderful evening. We would like to come again.

My recent visit to Jaal Riad Resort in Marrakech, Morocco, was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient for exploring Marrakech's attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. While not a luxury resort, it provided a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Marrakech.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. The waitstaff lacked respect and responsiveness. I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money here. To the hotel manager, please don't dismiss this as an isolated incident, as many reviews echo these concerns, and they've yet to be addressed over the years.

Pro’s: Nice place with a very beautiful interior design and garden. Large rooms and big TV. Wifi was working very well. Most of the employees are friendly. Food is mostly good, especially at the Italian restaurant (very, very friendly staff there). It’s for Adults only and was not very occupied at May 2023 which was relaxing. Con‘s: English skills of most of the staff is not the best so there were frustrating misunderstandings all the time. The staff seemed to be less informed and not well instructed. There was a lot of stuff and not many guests but the staff shows no initiative (with expections). They forget your order or demand, they bring wrong orders, they tell you different things (e.g. about opening times, whats included in All inclusive, why things are not available …) etc. … When you have All inclusive you just want to relax but the service and lack of communication was kind of stress. It‘s a main problem in Jaal Riad that has to be changed. Maybe a flyer in the room with all information and FAQ would be helpful for the guests and the staff needs to be trained urgently. The food at the buffet restaurant was usually lukewarm and cuttlery/ ladle have been missing all the time. The cleanliness in the rooms could be improved and we missed some items (hairdryer, mugs, slippers …). It‘s a little bit loud outside the Resort (airplanes, kids, party and disco) what was ok for us. The water in the pool unfortunately was too cold for me (and most of the other guests) to go inside. It was 20 degrees.

As a seasoned traveler, I understand the importance of finding the perfect hotel to elevate your trip. After careful consideration and personal experience, I highly recommend it. This luxurious hotel offers unparalleled comfort and exceptional service. From the moment you enter, you will be greeted with a warm welcome and treated with the utmost respect and attention throughout your stay. The rooms are exquisitely designed and immaculately clean, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The food offered at their exquisite restaurant is a culinary delight, with a wide range of dishes to satisfy even the most discerning palate. Further, the hotel's location is ideal for those looking to explore the beautiful city of marrakech with easy access to major attractions .. It is an exceptional choice for your stay in Marrakech Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Really beautiful hotel, with huge, grand, common areas, bars, lounges etc. Large pool, well kept facilities, really good hotel gym, tennis courts etc. Everything you'd expect It's only missing the 5* because of the service. All of the staff are friendly, let me start there. However, not 5* in terms of responsiveness, restaurant service etc. Also, the food is OK, but I'd rather have used the money to eat out. I would recommend staying here. Just manage expectations in terns of 5* I was about to post this as 4 stars, but just got charged for room service... In an all inclusive. Silly

Beautiful hotel & staff!!!! It’s such a peaceful environment as soon as you enter the hotel, we were greeted by the ever so friendly staff & their service was 10/10 throughout my entire stay (4 days). The breakfast was lovely and advise to include in your stay, lovely choice of restaurants and also the bar manager Salim was lovely to speak to! I cannot fault the service and will definitely be staying here again for my next visit to Marrakesh!

Fabulous and clean hotel on the outskirts of the Medina, with a cool and relaxing vibe. Staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly - especially Frank! We would definitely recommend staying here! Limited restaurants off season but the hotel is a short taxi ride to Medina and there are other restaurants nearby which are walkable, - worth noting if you are booking to eat onsite/for an all inclusive.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was good. One minor complaint is the limited choice for dinner for all-inclusive packages. Otherwise I had a really pleasant stay.

Just spent 5 days here in November 2022 it's our first time to Morocco and we have loved our stay at Jaal Riad. The hotel is exceptional, very modern but with tons of moroccon architecture everywhere, the little details and impressive pieces of art positioned around the complex is very impressive. Our room was amazing, overlooking the pool area, huge comfy bed, very spacious As you would expect, all the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The food is excellent, the lunch buffet is a joy, the Indian food expertly cooked by Youseff was our go to meal, excellent traditional Indian cooking. Chicken and vegetarian dishes a big thumbs up to him. 👍 There is a choice of 2 restaurants to enjoy in the evening, our favourite was Cat restaurant, excellent food and wine. The pool area is gorgeous, lots of huge exotic trees and palms as high as the hotel roof. There are plenty of modern lounge furniture and daybeds to accommodate guests, the pool was just too cold for us to use this time of the year when temperatures are much cooler. The beauty treatment rooms and spa opened for the first time during our visit and my wife received the first massage which she rated very highly. The new spa /beauty area does look amazing. A great adults only hotel and we definitely reccommend. Thank you Jaal Riad 👍 arcovescatteredeverywhere was

2nd visit in a month and we both still love it. Great and friendly staff made us very welcome. The food is delicious and fresh. We did notice this time that the menu didn't change as often as last time but we love the choices so this wasn't a concern. We did expect something extra special for Christmas but the only thing was that everyone was guided into the main dining room for the evening meal on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which felt a bit like a cost-saving exercise, to be honest. They have very few staff who worked all three restaurants every day so they work hard. They are very friendly and competent and never make guests feel neglected. I need to mention that this holiday is in no way all-inclusive. Only soft drinks and local beer and wines are included, premium spirits are billed separately. Also, there are three meals per day if you choose but no snacks or even a little shop on sight. The Spa is open but is a separate business, so you get a free half-hour massage, but all the other facilities are charged separately. You get full use of the sun beds, cabanas and the beautiful outdoor pool. However, the water temperature is freezing and only the most brave used it very briefly! This resort is absolutely beautiful, calm and relaxing and it suits us perfectly as all we want to do here is chill, eat delicious food and gather vitamin D. It is close to Marrakech by taxi and there is a taxi rank just across the road and the concierge will summon one immediately for you. We never left the complex as for us, the resort is the destination and it has beautiful architecture and gardens. It is very photogenic and we love the variety of people who also love this hotel. We will return many times for winter sun breaks and relaxation.

Stayed For 5 Nights.. Rooms Are Beautifully Put Together With Nice Finishes.. Service Was Wonderful As Well.. You’ll Have To Carry Your Luggage Up A Little Staircase Or Have The Doorman Bring It To Your Room If You’re Staying In The Left Wing Facing The Pool.. Also 555 Is Literally Walking Distance If You’re Young Spirited..

It was certainly a lovely experience, one of the best. I loved my stay at the hotel. From the reception which was full of kind smiles and readiness to meet my needs, to the duration of my stay, which was in turn, very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The amenities left nothing to be desired. All in all, it was excellent and certainly deserves another visit.

The hotel I recently had the chance to visit is undoubtedly one of the best I've stayed in. Everything, from the warm welcome to the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment, to the quality amenities and spacious rooms, was designed to provide an unforgettable experience for guests. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with smiles and kindness from the reception staff. They were very helpful and answered all my questions about the hotel and the surroundings. I was also impressed by the spotless cleanliness of the hotel, whether in the rooms or the common areas. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the plush bed and soft pillows that allowed me to have a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also impeccably clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, such as a spa, an indoor pool, a well-equipped gym, and a gourmet restaurant. I had the opportunity to enjoy these facilities and was very pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional travel experience. The quality of service, top-notch amenities, and impeccable cleanliness of the hotel are evidence of the establishment's commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. I look forward to returning and once again enjoying everything this hotel has to offer
