Beautiful hotel with large rooms and delicious, expansive buffet. Great service and smiling staff. Beware though that just like most every other hotel in Morocco, you'll need to turn up the heat or wear layers to bed if you visit in the winter since they don't keep things heated very much.

We were booked in overnight due to a delayed flight last Sunday. The worst hotel to stay in, sadly i and others of black origin encountered rude and disrespectful behaviour, on a African continent. When we initially arrived and I went to collect water while waiting to check in, this was snatched out of my hand although others who were white could come in and out with it. There was also another incident where they put their hands in a black woman’s food, ate it then laughed. We were also not allowed to take food/ fruit out to eat but our white counterparts could. The final straw was attempting to attend breakfast and a worker approaches us and advises we can not leave our luggage outside the dining hall although there was already lighted there. When we questioned this a short older male then approaches us and begins shouting- again he did not have the gall to shout at our white counter parts. Morrocco is a beautiful country and we met lovely people everywhere. However this hotel left a nasty taste in our mouth. We were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed as Africans I would not spend a penny at this place. To add, the shower was broken and we had to request a change of sheets due to stains - the men who changed our beds were very kind as well as the person who assisted with our luggage. It is unfortunate the majority of staff are racist. If you are unhappy with black people in Africa I suggest the staff should relocate to a country where they only see themselves.

Horrible hotel. Old rooms. There is no hot water and the water that comes from the taps is very dirty! Bad service, I don't understand how it is rated so high. Just a disappointment!

The worst hotel I've ever been in. It does not deserve one star and not 5. When I checked into the hotel, I felt like a criminal. they checked my passport ten times, I guess an underestimation because I am female. After three days in the desert, I booked this hotel to rest, and I experienced terrible discourtesy from the reception staff.

I stayed at Palm Plaza recently and I recommend it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are good quality. The staff is extremely courteous and nice. The pool is big. The food was probably my favorite. Very close to homemade food, diversified and tasty. Even the live band in the evenings was very cool.

Been here during the 2023 earthquake. The hotel manager and staff were VERY helpful and caring at that difficult time, supplying us with whatever we might need, from blankets to sleep outside to breakfast and sandwiches. Besides that - the rooms are great and *very* clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is big and fun. Highly recommended.

Went for work conference. The rooms are ok BUT one big issue the tubs are too high up easy to slip and fall. I hit my shin one day climbing out and a work colleague fell and hit her head. The food was abundant and was ok though. After a while you know what you like and take that alone. Nice safe location though. No in room iron had to pay to get it done didn't like that. Beautiful property though.

Overall great and nice location near the mall. Breakfast and pool 10/10. Gym was sufficient for workouts. Had some AC issues, but they changed the room for us. Kind staff.

Had a pleasant stay here for a week. Ambience was great. Cosy and apparently this hotel is officially a smoking hotel although I am not a smoker. A shopping mall nearby with the french hypermarket. Frequent language spoken here is French.

We had an easyJet flight cancelled and placed at this hotel for a night ; there was no possibility of even getting some water from Tuesday 6pm(checkin time) until Wednesday 3am(until rooms were allocated); we had to pass throughout seven securities and get the buses ; we were just stranded outside airport. No possibility to buy even basic water. When I asked for bottle at reception while checkin hotel ; they said “sorry no water until morning breakfast”. morning breakfast time manager saleem; says I cannot buy anything less then 100dirhm. He was rude, unprofessional, not so helpful; refusing to listen and understand the problem; I mentioned I cannot draw money as the withdrawal limit is over ; I can pay by card ; he said anything less then 100dir his card machine will charge him; I donno if this is what they call customer service; He rather asked me to walk outside the hotel premises and go buy water at nearest store ; the apartment they provided us had no power the complete floor, many were locked outside room’s between 1am-2 struggling with key cards ; Extremely bad experience and probably would never come back or recommend anyone.

Stayed here for five nights. Buffet was great for morning and dinner. TV didn't work in our room but that's fine since the wifi is good. Walk across the street to the supermarket in the mall to buy large water bottles for much cheaper than the hotel or street stalls or for a pharmacy. The gym is also decent (a few treadmills, bicycle machine, lat pull down, chest and shoulder press, some weights, mats and lots of mirrors). Staff was overall really nice and things felt clean. My room also had a large working lock box.

It was a desaster when we discovered in the morning that we lost 2600 MAD from our room, they stole our money and when we called the manager he said that we r not responsible for your lost ,you got to go to the police !! Seriously we were shocked from the service and the way they wore so cool about it. It was the worst hôtel choice I've ever made. I totaly don't recommend it . Ils sont des voleurs, attention à vos object précieux. Ils nous ont volé 2600 dh de notre chambre.

Popular with tour companies and locals. May have 5-star amenities and service levels, but design and furnishings older and a bit worn. Good local cuisine in buffet restaurant. Loud music throughout the day from pool area, but lots of people there. Close to airport, under takeoff runway; 5-min, $100 dirham ride. But rooms quiet and dark with doors and curtains closed. Modern Carrefour mall 1 block away. Hallway lights out, phone not ringing, European style bathtub and shower. English, passing at front desk, minimal with others, but staff is polite enough. But don’t try to carry a coffee cup out the front door. I was going out to chat with my tour guide and was called out, just outside the door! Damn! That guy must have low opinion of Americans, thinking we’re thieves!

Been there for a three day conference for which we paid lots of money but couldn't even get a meal served in my room despite my illness. Bad quality buffet compared to what we paid for it. Good coffee break overall, despite the abused quantity of fried foods (nuggets, chicken, briouates...).

We had a horrible experience. We waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half to get our room. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting in our room and front desk did not answer a single call. After physically going to the front desk and complaining a couple of times we finally give up and stopped complaining as it didn’t get us anywhere. Miserable stay and Far from being a 5 star hotel. Just a hyped up motel 6. Horrible customer service and extremely overpriced. We would never ever stay here again neither should you.

Spent a week here. Our booking was not on the system on arrival, staff were polite and friendly, rooms were dirty with hairs being found all of the bathroom and shower. Staff struggle to keep track of requests for things when phoned like extra towels so more often than not need re-ordering. Very large echo chamber corridors which doesn't help when trying to sleep as noise is bouncing around outside. If we had to redo this trip we would stay closer to Medina.
