The location is in the center of Medan which is good. Also they wants to charge me 500000 for the deposit.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a pool view. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. They also provided a baby bed and baby chair for our 16 months old daughter. The internet connection (free wifi) is good (~20 MBit) and stable. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of different delicious and healthy food choices everyday and we never got bored. THE HIGHLIGHT of this hotel is the people who work here (the staff). They provided outstanding service and were all very friendly and helpful. We travel a lot around the world and stayed in a lot of hotels but the staff here is definitely the best so far. We especially want to mention the best of them that made our stay unforgettable (no special order): Dhea, Laylan, Silvi, Desi, Arifin, Balqis, Ori, Dea, Lisa, Fauziah, Indah, bang Ginting, pak Andri, front desk staff, all the housekeeping staff and all the security staff (also in the basement). This Hotel is awesome.. even though we live in Medan city, but some time we spent 2 nights at the weekend to have a good quality of family time in this hotel.. And we always get parking space..that is another convenient factor..especially if we visit this hotel for another occassion (e.g.attending a meeting or wedding party).
