If you are a foreigner that is used to higher quality fast food (i know fast food in unhealthy) then stay away. Colombians do not seemed to be bothered by warm sodas, cold nuggets, cold fries that do not fill up the box and just honey or ketchup for sauces. Why is the quality so low?

Open 24 hours. It was our only option when we got into Medellin past 11pm. It is located in a safe area, service is good, and restaurant is clean even if it gets busy. The double cheeseburger was shockingly good.

My fries had to be from the day before and my burger was old and stale . Don't order delivery because you get leftovers . The second star is because the food is good in person .

I got charged for a slice of tomato and a slice of onion in my Big Mac, I didn't get the slice of onion and just half of a slice of tomato. I let them know and ask for the slice of onion, they said they are not authorized, that I needed to bring my burguer to the counter so the Manager could check it. About 3-4 people were on top of my big Mac exploring, only 1 person touch it but with out gloves. Dx: no onion. Solution: add it Result: cold Big Mac, cold fries, annoyed customer! This is unacceptable! Thanks God GM came alone and put a side the burger and told the manager in shift to get me a fresh order. 25 /05/23 noon. It was my bd, bad experience!

Open late and friendly staff. Clean and modern McDonald’s.

Good Big Mac combo. Coffee was made fresh. French fries 🍟 where warm, otherwise I would give another Star ⭐.

Ok first this is not a regular American McDonald's, this is a restaurant/ coffee house and it is clean and the food is cooked after you order it , they dont go grab some Lukewarm food they actually start cooking the meal! It's also quiet and comfy for a McDonald's. The only drawback was nobody speaks English. And look at these photos of pancakes compared to the ones in the states
