I got there over 2 hours before they closed and they were already out of many ingredients to make the sandwiches with, including lettuce. They just don't care if they sell sandwiches or not, and seem to expect customers to accept whatever they happen to have available rather than what they *should* have available.

I've been to different subways about 25 times in Colombia. But this is always the worse one. Customer service is always bad unless I get the same woman, then it's good. My last visit the pickles looked disgusting, like someone had sucked all of them and put them in the bin. She said they had been in water. I guess water effects them differently than pickle juice, really! You can request all off the 8 plus condiments. But, you can only have 4 squirts of 1 individual condiment even if you only want just the one condiment. Well give me 4 squirts of all 10 instead of the 6 squirts of the 1 that I want. Make it make sense.

Visited this location on two occasions within the last week. Mismanaged out of just about every ingredient you would normally find at a subway including sauces...

El peor subway que he ido,el baño no servia no hay donde lavarse la manos,habia una sola persona atendiendo y no hay productos para hacer los sandwichs,las mesas sucias sinceramente no lo recomiendo y no entiendo como un local funciona asi.

El lugar es desagradable… ademas tienen publicidad engañosa, venden un combo con bebidas $35.900 y dicen que no tienen las bebidas que hay que escoger otras dos y por eso cobran el valor de las dos bebidas $ 11.000 adicional… total combo 47.900, cuando ellos deben de responder por el combo y las bebidas. No son formales las trabajadoras, habia una chateando cuando en la fila habian mas de 8 personas esperando, el baño sucio sin agua y sin papel.

Fui a comer ayer, pésima experiencia me dieron el pan quemado con el salami quemado por los bordes, y pece a que estaba vacío me demoraron. Mucho en facturarme mi pedido

Han desmejorado muchísimo en todos los aspectos, aunque han tratado de innovador en los productos, la calidad de los ingredientes ha bajado, y siempre hay escasez en vegetales, salsas o algun ingrediente.
