I was very disappointed with my massage and will not be going back. This was the opposite of a relaxing experience. 1. I was put in such a tiny room that the masseuse had to move the massage bed at least 50 times in my 1.5 hour massage. 2. It was also right next to the reception desk and I could hear everyone talking so loudly the whole time 3. I asked my masseuse to focus on my neck and shoulders and she didn't. I had to remind her at the end and she barely did a couple of minutes in the whole 1.5 hour massage. I left with the same pain in my neck as if I didn't get a massage. 4. She spent so much time doing things in this tiny room instead of massaging me. I don't know why we were pausing so much every few minutes. Preparing the hot stones doesn't take this much time. The 1.5 hour massage felt like less than a 45min massage. 5. When I mentioned these points as I was leaving, they just thanked me without saying anything else 🤣 great customer service!

My group was the victim of a scam here - please do not go to this spa. The 3 of us got massages and when it came time to pay, the receptionist claimed that none of our payment methods worked. We each tried our credit cards multiple times per person. It turns out that all of those charges were valid. Now I ended up getting charged $330 and am in the process of disputing with my bank.

Had a massage from Joanne today. WOW!!!!! Had some downtime and thought I would treat myself and she is amazing. Prices very fair and room and table were comfortable. Go here if you are looking for a great experience.

First time experiencing a four hands massage and OMG! Don't let the fact there is no AC scare you. I almost walked out because it was a super hot day. But, they closed shades and turned on fan and I was much more comfortable than expected. The girls who do this massage are so in sync, it feels more like one person with 4 hands versus 2 separate people. Excellent job! Yes, there are fancier spas, but what counts at the end of the day is the massage. Highly recommend.

If you are in Medillin and need a great massage I cannot recommend this place enough. The prices are reasonable and the quality of massage is superb! 10/10 would go there again.
