I recently got a flat piercing with Katherin and the experience was more than incredible! She is so kind and informative of the entire process, ensuring that her station and tools are all cleaned properly. She checks in consistently to make sure you are comfortable and happy with placement, jewelry, etc. About 8 days following the piercing, she asks for a check-in (mine is virtual as I received the piercing on my last day of vacation) to monitor the healing process. I originally wanted a septum piercing but Katherine advised me that it was too risky due to my nose structure and recommended a nostril piercing instead. Her thoughtfulness on this was so appreciated and she was always very attentive and responsive during the aftercare process. When I left Medellin and developed a small bump she continued to offer advice via Whatsapp on how to get rid of it. Katherine is such a caring, sweetheart. You won't go wrong if you get a piercing from her!
