Let me start by saying that my experience here was extremely positive starting with how accommodating the staff is!!! Next let me talk about how beautiful the restaurant is... not only is the atmosphere perfectly intimate, cozy and beautiful, but the views of the city are just breath taking.... and lastly the FOOD... WOW!!! it was all delicious, exquisite, perfectly cooked, and unique!!! This place is a must!!!

I wish there was a way to give half a star to make it 3.5. Colosal has amazing views, great ambiance, wonderful music and service. In fact on that alone I would give them 7 stars. BUT the food is mediocre to say the least, which could be balanced out by other positive factors but when you consider the cost, it's just really disappointing. It's a 1-time-must for sure, just don't expect the food to be half as good as at let's say BaoBei. Just go for all the other things

Amazing view!!! Literally a view that will take your breath away. Food was cooked to perfection. We had pretty much every cut of steak and it came out perfectly. Highly recommended. Book a month in advance. Service was fantastic. A table didn’t make their reservation and they moved us to a table with a beautiful view upon request. Heaters outside kept us all warm.

Let me start by saying the place and the service is nice but the view is AMAZING . The food is good, the only big deal for us was that we left super fast due to the strong smell of cigarettes even tho the restaurant claims to be smoke free! We even asked to be moved to a different table thinking the smell came from the outside but it got even stronger on the other table.

This place has a beautiful view of the city and a really nice atmosphere/decor. The service and the presentation of the food and drinks were amazing. The cocktails and sangria were delicious. The food, however, was mediocre and completely overpriced for what it is. For example, I ordered the garlic shrimp, which is a main dish (priced at 84,000 COP), and got a plate with a tiny green salad with exactly 7 shrimps inside. This could barely be an appetizer. The rest of the food was just ok, including the grilled salmon and the fettucine. Really wanted to like this restaurant because the vibe is great but wouldn't return because of the food combined with how much it's overpriced for no reason.

Always a great experience when visiting Medellin, every time I go I love the food and the service even more. Everyone needs to try this place is magic and the food is delicious.

The view from the restaurant is incredible, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service is excellent. However, the food needs to reach a higher level; it is quite average.

It was the most delicious food I've ever tasted. This restaurant is not that pricy if you come from abroad. The unfortunate thing was however that we got a red wine that was the same price as our whole bill... This was probably a miscommunication, but mostly due to the fact that the staff didn't speak English. There was a live band and salsa dancer, which was nice, though the volume was obnoxiously high and didn't get turned down when asked. The view of medelin was very nice. The menu was on a qr code and the Spanish version wasn't consistent with the English version.

Very beautiful place, all the way up in the hills. So exclusive. You will have an amazing view of the whole city of Medellin. I suppose it is better to be there at sunset to see the city with all the lights, but the day view is also breathtaking. Portions are served like in any bougie restaurant, but you do get completely full. Very tasteful, beautifully served, and the kindness and hospitality is top notch!

Without a doubt, THE BEST steak 🥩 I’ve ever had in my entire life. So so so highly recommended. Gorgeous location with a stunning view of the city😮‍💨 it is a little bit chilly at night, so the heaters were such a nice luxurious touch. You owe it to yourself to come here at least once, don’t miss out

Went for dinner with a group of friends. The view here is spectacular. Very upscale. The drinks were awesome & so was the food. Steak was cooked to perfection. They also had a live band which was an added feature. They do have valet & taxi service.

Very special place, great for important occasions/celebrations. Prices attract higher end individuals. Book weeks in advance to get good seating. Try the tomahawk steak, it’s one of their bests and my favorite on the menu. Fantastic and diverse selections of wines from $50-500usd. Also try their cocktails, some of them come with unique experiences. I’ve been many times and will keep coming back. 5 stars, one of the best in Medellin.

Absolutely amazing experience from arrival to departure. Perfect service from friendly staff. Menu is epic and the food is of the best in Medellín. It was a rare, foggy day so the view wasn’t available but the atmosphere made up for it. I highly recommend for couples or groups or any fun occasion.

Excellent choice for a memorable dinner with your loved one or group of friends. The menu has plenty of options to choose from. Drinks Menu also has plenty of options. The music, decor and the view is breathtaking! Overall, I gave it 5 stars, despite there were only a few drawbacks from our experience (a table that was not steady and bathroom that was not clean due to staff break). Overall, it is worth the visit.

Overlooking the city of Medellín with amazing hill view. This restaurant screams style. We had a business dinner and it was hard to conduct conversation with all the noise around us. Service was slow and the food was just okay. We thought it was too much hype for the price.

We had an amazing dinner at Colossal. We booked for 5:30 pm to see the sunset. The food was excellent and the service as well.

This by far one of the best restaurants I've been to ANYWHERE! From the food, to the the service to the views! I highly recommend coming to this restaurant. The view at night is one of the best views of the beautiful city you are going to find. My picanha was cooked to perfection. Seasoned, medium as I asked. Everything was great!

My 1st stop when I landed in Medellin Colombia, and I was hungry and the food was great. The taxi driver recommended and took me there and my friend Armando who was my dive master I met in Coron Philippines, came and joined us.

The food is ok, not bad. The view is amazing and is the only thing that is worth to visit it, is a pricey place with really really bad service, they took me the order twice and even with that, made mistakes and missing items, the menu has different categories that mix between each other mainly in the beverages, and the cocktails are not good

We visit every time we’re in Medellin. It really is a beautiful restaurant sitting at the top of the mountain overlooking the city of Medellin. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. Alexandra went above and beyond to make sure our family was very well taken care of. Make sure to visit they are and over all 10/10!

Bad service, not worth your time and money! The food was fine, but that's about all. We literally stood outside again after less than 40 minutes, the starter and main course were served that quickly. The food tasted good, but not very special. On the one hand we were happy that the food came so quickly because we were placed at a table where it was very drafty and cold. We asked twice if we could sit somewhere else, but this was not possible while at least half of the restaurant was still empty for an hour. A little later locals came to sit at a table next to us, after less than 5 minutes they asked another table which they got immediately. Perhaps tourists have less right to another table at Colosal? Colosal is not worth it which is really a shame because the location and the restaurant itself look beautiful and have so much potential. So two stars, 1 for the food which is fine and 1 for the location, but absolutely not recommended. There are much better and more welcoming restaurants in Medellin.

Great experience! Staff were super friendly food was delicious. Wait staff had a cab arranged for us to back in already as well. Spectacular views and delicious food. I would recommend getting a reservation ahead of time. Very popular place.
