In my previous review I mentioned about the credit card fraud done by this hotel staff in multiple rooms. We did try to reach the manager regarding the issue , that the credit card company clearly told us that , our credit card chips were inserted in the machines , even though are cards were in our rooms , when we were out for dinner . But as per the managers logic , all the credit cards machines are hard wired and cannot reach the room , and the city which the credit card machine is registered is in Antioquia , and not Medellin where their hotel is , so it was not done at the hotel. Which is also nonsense as it’s a wireless device and can be carried anywhere. He says wireless machines are not a available in Colombia, which is a lie too , as they have a multiple ones in every restaurant, which they get to your table to charge the credit cards. The whole hotel is involved in this credit card fraud process as the manager himself is in denial mode and is more concerned about my previous review , than looking into the problem. Anyway , you have been WARNED. Do not stay here. I am 100% sure this is not a isolated incident and has happened before and will happen again. I had a American Express platinum with full fraud protection, so I did get reimbursed , but the next victim might not be lucky. Or put video camera’s in your rooms to monitor. Best is to Blacklist this property. I will be contacting all travel websites where this hotel advertises and let them know about my experience also PLEASE BE AWARE

Credit card was compromised at hotel. Only used card in Colombia to check in. Later in day credit alert for $753 in Bogota to minidatafono- credit card reader they use at hotel. Staff at front desk clueless as to why my card must have been compromised at this hotel. Never book here again, this happened to several guests at hotel this trip.

Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for 14 days. All we know both of our company credit cards was charged more than $3000. We honestly believe it was the hotel. If they want you to stay on 4th floor with actual key to enter instead of swipe , be ware. They will rob you high and dry. Our company card was in safe as well when it was used by miscellaneous fake electronic company. The other scam they have even though room is available online, they decline you and make you use your card to scam you or increase price. This place will definitely destroy your vacation. Owner need to let go managment and workers at front desk and back office before we plan to stay again.

No 4* hotel as Booking presents! Max 2*! Only thing from 4* was the hot water at shower! Very noisy place if u want to sleep! the room was no clean, no windows! Smell worst! The place is near the night life zone but u can hear all the music all night also the rain ! The breast fas nothing with somthing!

This hotel ripped me off. They can't speak in English and very unwilling to help. The housekeepers were very rude. They asked for cash payment from me for 15 days. The front desk worker told me that it was P250,000 a night, but upon checking out it was increased to P300,000. The hotel bathroom doors was very bad. Please stay away from this hotel. There are far better than this one at Lleras Park.

Worst experience ever, rooms are noisy, ride staff tried to scam us into paying hidden fees, I'll never ever book into this scam hotel again.

Worst experience in a hotel we ever had. The security and rules are beyond comprehension. This hotel is a massive cash grab. At the end of our stay when we were checking out. The front desk staff (2 men) were telling us we had to pay some fees that we were not told about when we made the reservation as we paid 50 percent before and the rest on check in. We showed proof of our itenenary and they locked us in the hotel as our plane was about to take off in an hour! They even agreed it wasn't on the original reservation but we're checking with their bosses. So incredibly furious we paid the fees as our missed flights would account to more than that. They charged us 680,000 cop on top of what we already paid in full! This hotel is a scam and I would never ever encourage anyone to stay here, plenty of other spots around. Management should be ashamed of themselves and their piss poor customer service. Without tourists, you don't have jobs! Trash hotel and avoid at all costs.

Staff steals from safes. Credit card fraud. You will be robbed.

When I got there to check-in, they told me rooms were damaged by previous guests even though rooms were given to other guests at higher price. They walked me to another run down hotel a few mins away. Heard they steal from safe, misuse customer credit cards. Liars. A bait and switch.

Service was great, check in was fast and easy. We got there around 0900 and thankfully they had a room available so we didn't have to wait until 1500 for check in. The hotel's communal space is beautifully decorated and cozy. Great space to work or read. I really enjoyed their breakfast! The potato soup was my favorite. Breakfast is from 0630-1030 (recommend getting down there by at least 0800/0830 as the hot food items go quick). They have a gym and a pool on the 7th floor. Our room was a little small (2 double beds) but it was great for us. The shower was incredible. Very hot water and excellent water pressure.

Good location but: Breakfast was disappointing , the room was good but needs improvements as the shower door didn't close well so every time you shower the water will come out, bathroom supplies are super limited, I thought they were kidding but they weren't. And dont even talk about the crib that I asked for. It was damaged and didn't say anything. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

The bed wasn't comfortable and it squeak when I was making love to my fiance it was so embarrassing and I felt so bad for the next door neighbor and we had to stop and bathroom towel were old ,breakfast was not good at all, lacks variety

Very clean and good hotel , located between all international food and clubs and bars . We see lots of travelers in this area . Hotel Staff is very helpful, specially front desk young man Mr Juan Gomez went all the way to print some FedEx paperwork . Breakfast on the Roof .
