I was let down a bit; too little attention's been paid to rooms (e.g., broken window locks, curtains), rooms also somewhat old-fashioned, breakfast wasn't that great. Also no USB charging port, just local sockets. On the positive side - the location is good and relatively safe. There are some great restaurants nearby as well as shops, casino, etc. And the views from the hotel are stunning! While the breakfast didn't really do it for me, you still got to have it on the top floor with a view over the city.

The hotel was great. The room was very big and spending a night there was a great idea. All facilities are clean. The choice of restaurant around the hotel are many and the staff is very friendly and willing to help.

I completely agree with the guest Jacob, this girl "LAURA GONZALEZ" is seriously discriminating, I was the only black person waiting (for my husband) in the lobby and she ask me if I was belonging to the hotel and ask me for my key room and identification... I am from Virginia (US) and I really feel harassed, I guess they are not used to see black people in their hotel! We will definitely never go back there!

Great hotel! The rooms are great. Big, comfy, well decorated and nice amenities. The breakfast has a great view on the 21st floor. The hotel is located in an amazing area for bars, restaurants. Very safe and beautiful to walk around. Consider this is a Holiday Inn Express not a 5 stars hotel but if you are visiting Medellín for work or fun, you won't regret it.

Big nice studio type room with a great set up. Bigger than studio airbnb's I've stayed at. I would only stay here if it wasn't so expensive.

BEWARE!! Have been at San Fernando hotel, Dann Carlton hotel, Novelty, and city express hotel all for less than here the last 15 days. Holiday Inn express by far is the worst where there was no hot water, dirty furniture, the breakfast had far less, bad lighting, AC does not work well, etc. I have been to many holiday inn expresses throughout the world, especially the States, and this is by far the worst.

Loved this hotel location! The staff was super friendly and professional! It was right in the heart of El Poblado Avenue! The rooms were so big and they had an amazing view!! I loved their breakfast buffet. Many good restaurants and cafe bars just a few feet away. Excellent hotel to stay and explore Medellin!

large room with spacious office, living room and bedroom. wifi was alright around 10-15 mbps. the views from the room and roof was excellent. there are plenty of great food options in the shopping center. walkable to poblado, shopping centers and there's a 24 hour pharmacy/grocery about 5 min away. you can also buy drinks from the front desk.

They completely don't respect your privacy and go in your room even when you have the do not disturb sign. They had nothing to say when I caught them in my room. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.
