I've waited 6 weeks for my scheduled appointment and it has been cancelled 2 times and rescheduled once for 1 week later and then for 2 weeks later still. So, you expect clients to wait 9 weeks for a simple follow up visit with a doctor? Patients could die before being seen at Aúna.

Nice clinic with lots of services available staff are always friendly, and the doctors very professional. Plenty of parking available and several areas to get something to eat or drink.

This clinic offers PCR tests and antigen test on site. Testing is done on side of hospital under white tents. Antigen test was $130,000 Colombian pesos. The antigen test is acceptable to enter back into the US. The results are available in six hours and are emailed to you.

Planned a medical check up and second opinion in this clinic and was referred to by friends. I can not emphasize enough how professional and courteous and impeccable service we received. I would recommend this to anyone. Their international office is amazing and the are attentive to all your needs and questions. In one word Amazing!

I brought my friend here with pre-cardiac arrest. They were not too distracted by COVID-19 and attended his actual problem. They lose ratings because of the fees. Initial assessment was $12,000,000COP. The staff skill was fairly good. After going to the General Hospital, St Vincent's, San Maria and Metrosalud, it is comparably much better.

A disaster. I hurt my knee and came to this clinic as a foreigner, got registered, paid 800.000 pesos. Got seen in a few hours then waited for an X-ray & was told I had to do an MRI in another clinic at 10pm. That was long but ok. Then I was told I had to was going to stay as an in-patient and be brought to the other clinic by ambulance then I was told I was discharged from this clinic but would do the MRI at the other clinic at 10pm. Got to the other clinic where they said they didn’t have an appointment for me and that my case had been closed. They asked me to wait for another hour (11pm by that point) to be told nothing could be done, there was no appointment possible at that time it was too late & they couldn’t give me another time until the morning. I went home with no answer, and they didn’t give me an invoice to claim my insurance. The staff who attended was good. The admin an absolute disaster.

Dra. Camilo Sierra Delgado ordered the wrong tests for me. I lost 600,000 pesos due to his error. After I asked why he didn't order the correct tests, he sent insults and ghosted me.
