Gorgeous little studio with multiple classes each day. The owner teaches each class and she’s wonderful. For those traveling, all classes are in Spanish but the owner does speak English and is very helpful. The classic yoga class is a nice stretching/slower class and the Vinyasa is more of a workout. The building is located off of a busy street and is safe to walk at night if you’re considering a later class.

Amazing yoga studio! Manuela (the owner & teacher) has a lot of experience and really cares about the learning process of every student (and she's very good looking as well!). The atmosphere of the studio is very intimate and relaxing, and the groups are usually small. I've been to several Yoga studios in Medellin, and this is definitely the best one, must visit!

I absolutely LOVE Unity Yoga and Manuela (our teacher). The classes are so relaxed and Manuela knows exactly how to manage the movements to push each person just enough. You can currently choose between classic yoga, vinyasa yoga, morning flow, and meditation classes. You can pay per class, per week, or per month (unlimited). Manuela speaks fluent English as well as Spanish in case anyone in the class needs translations. It is a really beautiful building- peaceful, clean, comfortable and with beautiful decoration. Highly recommended.

I dropped in from out of town and found unity through a local recommendation and it was one of the BEST decisions I made during my trip. Manuela knew I only spoke English and greeted me at the door to assure me in English and led me to a spot at the front of the class. She paid special attention to me (a yoga newbie!) to correct my form and give me tips in English. The class was paced great and a good mix of workout and relaxation at the end. I know there are more classic meditative offerings as well as harder vinyasa classes. The vibe and atmosphere is also soooooo nice! Fabric ceilings, indirect lighting, candles, and mats provided for you. Will be back!

Unity Yoga is a great place to get your yoga fix. The studio has wonderful ambience, placed in a renovated Colombian home. Manuela is brilliant teacher with a wealth of experience and a lovely smile. She is very patience and willing to help students of all levels. I would definitely recommend unity yoga for all levels of yogis.

A very cozy and calm place. Manuela, the yoga instructor, is a kind, serene and nice person that takes you into relaxation and helps you develop your spirituality. Highly recommended.

Unity is the best Yoga Studio in town! You should definitely try it out. The ambiance is so calm and peaceful! My personal favorite is the vinyasa class, every Monday and Wednesday at 8 pm. I've been practicing it for 6 years and I can see the results in my muscle strength and my flexibility. The meditations are great too!

Manu is a great yoga instructor. I dropped in while visiting Medellin and she made me feel very welcome- I don't speak Spanish but she took the time to repeat the poses in English just for me. The poses were challenging but she was extra patient and helpful throughout the practice. Her studio is very relaxing and spacious and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Medellin!

The place is just great, super quiet and very comfortable to practice yoga and meditate. Manu is UNIQUE, with an incredible energy and you can see the love she feels for what she does. She is very professional and sweet guiding all of us in her classes. I have attended other places in the city, but in none have I felt so much peace, love and armony as in Unity Yoga. I definitely recommend it 100%.

The best yoga & meditation studio in Medellin. Manuela is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about her practice. She is caring and will guide you individually as needed. She also creates a relaxing ambiance with the décor, the music and scented candles. She has a gift with her voice - you will be transported and relaxed and come out refreshed after every session. And she also speaks English, so it's great for foreigners too. Highly, highly recommended.
