Good burger! Not as good as I would expect from the self-claimed “best burger in town” but certainly not bad. Yet, it was the first burger place I’ve visited here in Medellin, and I clearly lack comparison, but I’ve been to much better burger places around the world, and I simply hope at least one here in town will match these. Chef Burger didn’t. Nevertheless, the ingredients were fresh, and the meat was juicy and cooked to my order. Also, the burger didn’t take too long to be served despite the place being crowded. After all, a clear 4-star experience! I would go again, but for now, I’m more eager to try their competitors, since their claim is still in the stands…

I came to order the gringa burger. The food and delivery was fast enough. I asked for medium well. The burger looked raw. He interrupts me multiple times to explain that it is not. I had to tell him just cook it more please. 10 minutes later. I receive the same burger with the same cold fries. I don't know if he cooked a new one but it looked the same Degree of doneness. I walked out and the manager followed me to explain that the beef is mixed with bacon and the more u cook it the more pink it becomes. The menu didn't mention it was mixed. That looks to me that it is pure bacon. I wanted a burger with beef. Not bacon. You should really tell costumers what it is and explain it. I read the menu in English. I don't remember it being mixed or anything like that. You couldn't figure out that i don't like pink the first time and suggest a different burger. Rude service. I asked for the check. He brought it to me. If a customer is not happy. You do your best to help or offer something else not pink. Without pork. Not put it on the check. I informed him about this 1 star review. All he did was ask if my card is credit. Sure. If you know my profile. Am a big fan of objective reviews. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away.

had a good quick lunch here. nice looking place. had a cheeseburger with bacon. burger was ok; I think the meat was under seasoned. fries were the star for me really; typically I don't finish mine, but had every one of these. cooked and salted perfectly.

Good burgers, good atmosphere, good music... Was able to get a simple bacon cheeseburger without a ton of sauces and actually cooked to medium as requested and real onion rings! Everyone else loved their burgers too. We also got a Sailor Jerry and a Tropical.

The restaurant had a good vibe with live music on this particular night. The food was average. The beef burger lacked flavour and was dry. Would recommend the chicken burger as it had more flavour, was crispy and tasted better. Overall the experience was okay.

Came during a Saturday afternoon, even tho the place was at capacity, we still got a table fairly quickly. There was live music giving the place the right vibe, order a argentina burger which was great. Meat was cooked on point, the chimichurri was pretty good. Would like to come back and try other burgers; the fries were very crispy and tasty.

I have been going to Chef Burger for years. Laureles is my local restaurant. It has always been the BEST burger in Medellin. Today I went for lunch, and they changed their burgers. The one today looked as though it was frozen meat and premade by a machine. It was almost larger than the bun and thin. I have never had a bad burger at Chef Burger until today. To the owners: if you changed your burgers, you will lose a lot of customers. I will go back one more time and hopefully it will be back to normal.

One of the best Chef Burgers in Medellin, and there are lots of plants around for a jungle like settling. We were there on a Thursday evening, and there was live music.

My burger was cooked to perfection, contained a unique combination of flavors and textures, was complimented by tasty fries and sauces. The staff was kind and competent. Loved being surrounded by tropical plants and trees.

The burgers here are amazing! I didn't get what I ordered, but I still loved my meal lol. The ambiance is beautiful, the outside seating and plants give it a great feel. Also there's good speration from beggars and street salesmen.

The burgers I give a 7 out of ten. They were ok. The French fries were delicious along with the sauces. The service was absolutely terrible, the young men serving tables could care less about their guests. I had to ask for everything. They left the plates on the table and had zero experience waiting tables.

One of my favorite burger spots. Exquisite taste, good drink options, and the service was quick. Waiters (because they all seem to help each other out) were all great; very friendly and super attentive. The food alone makes this a five star place but the excellent service is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

Perfect preparation and presentation with good taste. Atmosphere is calm and comfortable to enjoy a perfect meal with a good companion. Friendly staff with fast service. No place to park nearby and most of the places are restricted if you are going on your own vehicle.

My Argentina burger and salad that went with the burger were so delicious! My husband makes incredible burgers that are really hard to beat, but my burger from Chef Burger was just as good as his, and that is high praise - as my son mentioned. Plus, my waitress, Valentina, was just great and even spoke English to me, which was nice as my Spanish is not great. I definitely plan to return often to Chef Burger whenever I am in Medellin.
