    Very old building. No latest fasilities. Air conditioning system totally stoped. No maintenance and staff is always in fatigue style. Not sincere to their job. Totally system running on temprarely basis. Even officers dont know the locations of PTCL troble shooting issues. Just rude staff and there presence is only for pay recieving. Nothinh here to watch or see
