Estoy cansada de llegar allí y ni un buenos dias,ni un te puedo ayudar...aún encima hablas con ellas y la soberbia que tienen no es ni medio normal..les cuentas algo y se ríen de ti..no entiendo como podéis tener a gente asi trabajando,con el trato que Dan a los pacientes..en cuanto acabe mi tratamiento jamás volveré..y por seguro está el que jamás recomendaría a alguien ir a este centro. Será por clínicas quiron..en esta vida hay que ser humilde. Doy 1 estrella porque no deja dar menos

Ya he estado otras veces en este Hospital, así como algunos de mi familia, lo he encontrado muy bién aunque con algo a corregir, pero sin demasiada importancia. Me operó el doctor Somoza de la espalda el 9 de marzo (10 horas de operación,) actualmente me estoy recuperando, ya que la operación fué, bastante importante. El trato por parte de todo el personal, extraordinario, en todas sus facetas, quedamos muy contentos. En cuanto a quejas ninguna, pero si apreciaciones por si tengo que volver algún día, como mi formación es profesional, soy Jefe de Máquinas de La Marina Mercante( ya jubilado) encontré algunos fallos...... en camas, colocación de barandillas de apoyo en Aseos( barandillas colocadas en sentido contrario), ya que al apoyarse para levantarse en lugar de ayudar perjudican, ya que la mano resbala al estar colocada hacia abajo, mejor horizontal,tal como está no se puede uno levantar del inodoro,.....las almohadas horrible hay que cambiarlas, los colchones no hay queja, Me operaron el 9 de Febrero desde las 9 a las 22h, luego me trasladaron a otra sala donde había mas enfermos , pero uno de ellos en especial, una señora mayor que yo que no dejo dormir a nadie en toda la noche. con sus gritos. Las vistas desde el Sanatorio por algún sitio preciosas, convendria una limpieza de los canalones llenos de musgo y demás.... De todas formas quedamos tanto mi esposa como yo, muy contentos..

La pediatra es muy buena y cariñosa, y sus compañeras también. Las trato desde hace más de 9 años, no las cambiaría.

Lo de la consulta de endocrinología de la doctora M.G.V. es preocupante. 2 citas y de media 1.5 horas de retraso, falta de respeto total por el tiempo del paciente.

EL LABORATORIO OFRECE UN SERVICIO COMPLETO EN ANALISIS, LLEVABA VARIAS SEMANAS INTENTANDO HACERLOS CERCA DE CASA (SANTIAGO EN OTROS LABORATORIOS) PERO FUE IMPOSIBLE CONSEGUIR QUE REALIZARAN LOS ANALISIS AL COMPLETO, UN 10 PARA TODO SU SERVICIO

Consulta en Cardiologia. La atención recibida por la secretaria del médico fue de 10, amable y empática. La entrevista con el Doctor fue adecuada, ya que me facilitó información para el manejo de mi enfermedad y utilizó un lenguaje sencillo (no se escudó utilizando terminología clínica).
