Disaster and terrible experience. i booked suite two bed rooms but hotel provided me connecting room which is normal bed room and sofa bed room which has not been cleaned. Hotel said to me wait in the room but no one come to me more than one hour. I went to reception again but the reception guy worked for other guest just like normal. I requested to change room immediately but this time he provided me very dirty sofa bed room which has not been used very long time. Even there is no blanket, pillow, bed cover as well including disgusting smell. i have to visit 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor's house-keeper room to get those things and i have to get them from housekeeper room to my room myself. I had to regret to book this kind of terrible hotel with careless. Hotel said to me overbooked and no other rooms since one of the near hotel sent many guests to this hotel. Very unprofessional and hard to believe this is 4 star hotel. I had to feel guilty to my family since i booked this hotel for our valuable and important holiday. If you want to ruin your valuable vacation, this hotel is highly recommended

The most important thing you need to know about this hotel, that there stealing. And the reception staff assures that this is the first time in their practice. There is also no air conditioning, instead there is a fan. The ventilation in the bathroom does not work, but the reception assures that this is not the case and I simply do not notice. I would like to note the advantages - the mattress is comfortable, the bed is clean, cleaning is done daily, the breakfast is good. But theft eliminates all the advantages.

As fellow hoteliers, this hotel was definitely a disappointment. Upon check-in we had noticed that we mistakenly booked a twin bedroom instead of a double bed. We asked if we could get a topper and someone to help us move the beds together (since they could not offer us another room). We were told to move the beds ourselves as 'they are not that heavy' In the evening, we noticed that the safety box was not working and called reception to have some one fix it while we went out for dinner. We returned to our room and it was still broken (no batteries/electricity). The next day, we addressed the issue again with the reception team, before leaving for our tour of the city, only to come back to the room at the end of day, with the safety box still not working. Since it was our last evening in the city, we didn't bother to ask them again. On our last day, our flight was leaving in the late afternoon, so we asked to store our luggage after check-out, since we had a bit more of exploring to do around the city. Once we came back to pick up the luggage to go to the airport, we were told to take the luggage out of the luggage room ourselves, instead of being handed/delivered the luggage to us while we were waiting in the lobby. My partner and I work in hospitality and thought this was very unprofessional and unsafe for peoples belongings. Safe to say, we will not be booking this hotel again.

I enjoyed the visit. Was on a business trip. Rooms were spacious and clean. So was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. The fitness center was nice, and is opened with no limited time. The minus was that there were no towels and water there. You need to bring it. The visit was good, and the price was fair, so I extended it in two more days and already booked for next week another stay there.

The President in Brussels is a very nice hotel near downtown areas, but book early to take advantage of lower prices. At a higher price the value this offers may not be there. First note: the standard rooms DO NOT have A/C, some of the suites do (I've read), but a regular room does not. The hotel is only a short walk along well maintained sidewalks to the "Brussels-Noord" train station, but the neighborhood is "OK" so be cautious as the hotel is on the edge of worse neighborhoods. (It is right next to a police station though) The main downtown tourist areas are within walking distance if you don't mind getting your exercise. Overall the rooms are spacious for European cities and the bathrooms are in good condition. I did not try any of the on-site dining options.

A comfortable and nice hotel close to the train station and subway at a reasonable price. Friendly staff (including maids and lobby bar staff), clean rooms and other areas of the hotel, lifts with sufficient capacity. Good breakfast, enough tables in the breakfast restaurant. Good communication with the hotel when booking.

It’s a very nice and dissent hotel. It has been renovated and well maintained. The room is very nice and clean. Well located. Very close to the North Train Station and also walking distance to the center. The breakfast is good. The only problem was the receptionists are not always kind and patient, but I guess they were very busy… In general, I enjoyed my staying there

The hotel is well located slightly outside the city, but still easily reachable even by foot from the city center. The rooms are clean and they even cleaned during our stay. The ambience of the hotel nice and calm. The parking space was quite spacious as well. The only issue was the reception screwed our booking and double charged our friends. We had to call them a few days later to tackle it. And, there were no “do not disturb “ or “clean/don’t clean” door handle tags, and the staff had cleaned the room regardless. Even though nothing was missing, we felt a bit insecure.

North of Brussels. We went out to a festival and got very late at night so we stayed at the room until 12:30 pm. When we were on our way out again, we asked to the reception to kindly help us get the room cleaned and they denied it very rudely 🤷🏻‍♀️ and said it was not possible anymore until the day after which for us doesn’t make sense ad we are leaving the next day, so no clean room or clean towels for us anymore! For me this is unacceptable as it is a basic service you pay in a hotel, very uncomfortable stay. The worst part it was the rudeness to reply from the staff in the front desk, we were very offended as we asked very kindly and it was very out of place. It was also surprising and unexpected as the day before the other people there were quite attentive. The photos for booking seems good but when you get into the rooms they are old and not very well taken care of. Nevertheless this is not a deal breaker, the service is.

The hotel is way beyond its past glory: old hotel with old amenities, stained commode, not as comfortable as newer 4-star hotels feel, you pay 17 Euros (if ordered during check-in) or 20 Euros (if ordered in the morning) for a boring breakfast with extremely limited options, the coffee from the machine tasted particularly awful. Interesting experience: we checked in to this apparent 4-star hotel and found the telephone in the room not working due to having its wire torn. I had to request them 3 times and it took them more than 24 hours to fix the phone. It was difficult to wrap our heads around how could a 4-star hotel have a phone in the room that does not work: what is the point in having a phone in the room if that does not have a dial tone. At their price range, this is not excusable. Oh and, don't let the pictures of the entry floor fool you. It probably used to be a great hotel, but perhaps could not withstand the test of time. Not recommended!

A simple rundown hotel with basic simple facilities offers basic service. The restaurant is closed, the gym is closed due lack of maintenance, the grounds are in poor condition, grass has not been cut for a while, and in untidy state. The only food offered is basic breakfast buffet. The safe in the room did not work and there’s no power connection to it! Defo not a good value for money.

very central but too old and price-service level is not sufficient. Breakfast too bad, no options. Room was clean, but need urgent refurbishment. Toilet was smelling like a nightmare. bathroom not in a seperate room, was just open area next to the bed. Parking option was good. Surroundings are a mixture of „ghetto“ and skyscrapers. not recommended for families. Internet connection was medium-good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception was beautiful! Our room was clean with a big bed, fridge and coffee machine. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Bed was made daily and toiletries replaced. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Stayed one night, $300. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. All doors slammed and woke you up. (First floor) two twin beds were comfortable and the window was nice to let air in, but mosquitos came in at night. Only gave us one towel for showering. would not stay again.

The hotel was impeccable, modern but with quality materials and very well insulated. Service was quite slow, with queues for check-in at 3pm when we all arrived at different times and there were people waiting since early morning. Other than that, the hotel was a 10. I didn't get to try the breakfast, but next time I will do.

I have opted to leave a review having visited the property on two occasions and was met by professional, honest and quite pleasant individuals which ultimately ensured my experiences were positive. Great team with the drive for excellence to each person that arrives.

Overall the stay was comfortable. It was more premium 3star hotel than a 4 star. It was annoying that room temperature can't be adjusted. So if you travel on a very hot day or a snowy day, I wouldn't choose the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel lounge and garden and such were nice. However the location is horrible. Definitely not a right choice if you are a tourist. You have to walk a bit to a Metro. No free parking space. It passes through a shady area that really dint look safe.

My wife and I recently stayed for two nights at The President Brussels Hotel during our visit to Brussels. While we had high hopes for our stay, we found several aspects of the hotel to be disappointing and not up to the standard expected from a 4-star establishment. Upon our arrival at Nord station, we were disheartened by the unappealing surroundings. Although the hotel was within walking distance, the area left much to be desired. We were greeted by receptionists who appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm, resulting in a slow and inefficient check-in process. In this day and age, we expected a quicker and more streamlined procedure. While the reception and restaurant areas had been nicely refurbished, we were disappointed by the outdated and poorly maintained hallways and rooms. The walls showed signs of dirt and damage, creating a less than favorable impression. The room itself had a dated Soviet Union vibe, with furniture that desperately needed an update. However, it must be noted that the room was spacious, providing ample space for our needs. One significant discomfort we experienced was the absence of air conditioning. In the modern era, the lack of such a basic amenity was surprising and inconvenient. It greatly affected our comfort, especially given the warm weather during our stay. The service provided by the hotel staff further contributed to our disappointment. We requested an additional blanket, which never arrived despite our inquiry. The following day, when we brought it up to the receptionist, they apologized for forgetting our room number, even though they had taken note of it in front of us. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and showcased a lack of professionalism. Breakfast at the hotel was average, with one notable exception—the orange juice. As mentioned in several other reviews we found online, the orange juice was of poor quality, resembling a strange watery liquid. It was definitely not up to the standards expected from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, we were disappointed to discover that the hotel's restaurant was not operational on Sunday. As a result, we had to rely on food delivery services for our evening meal, which was an inconvenience we did not anticipate. In conclusion, our stay at The President Brussels Hotel fell short of our expectations. The outdated rooms, lack of air conditioning, inattentive service, and subpar breakfast left us with a negative impression. We would not choose to stay at this hotel again, as it did not meet the standards we anticipated from a 4-star establishment.

The hotel is not that nice. Check in was confusing, we couldn’t pay the tax with debit cards without paying 100 euro in deposit. It felt shady and we ended up borrowing the credit card of a family member. Staff members were not friendly. The room was alright , big tv. The bathroom was really moldy. We had weed smoking neighbors and we could smell it. Also lot of noice in the night. Station nord is close by but we got out on the wrong site. And it was certainly not family friendly. There were people drunk and stoned on the streets dealing drugs (we saw it happen) also laughing gas tanks laying on the street. It felt very unsafe. The other site were the hotel is , felt a bit safer but still we saw laughing gas tanks between the buildings. Staying alone here I wouldn’t recommend because of this happening in the neighborhood.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Staff and False Amenities Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at The President Hotel, and I must say it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The most significant problem was the absence of air conditioning in the room, despite it being advertised in our booking and the booking site. The scorching heat made our stay unbearable, and there was no ceiling fan to provide any relief. We had to resort to using a mobile fan, but it only reached one person, leaving the rest of us sweating throughout the night. Despite booking air-conditioned rooms and bringing up the issue with the shift manager, no changes were made to rectify the situation. The shift manager, a old lady whose name I dint get but she was the shift manager on the 24th of June 2023, was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and disrespectful. She continuously ignored our concerns and refused to answer our simple questions. It was evident that she lacked basic customer service skills and didn't have the courtesy to address our discomfort. Furthermore, the incompetence of the management became apparent when we discovered that we were charged for the hotel city tax twice. The first charge was supposedly on hold, but it was deducted from my bank account, and no refund has been processed even after 8 days since our check-out. The shift manager on the day of check out, a man whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was equally uncooperative. Instead of explaining the issue and resolving it promptly, he rushed us and insisted on taking the same charges again. Due to time constraints, I reluctantly paid for it again, but I am now left with the burden of contacting them via email to rectify this double charge. Their unprofessionalism and condescending behavior during this incident were utterly unacceptable. Aside from the lack of air conditioning and the billing mishap, we encountered several other issues throughout our stay. The room had faulty lighting, with two lamps not functioning at all, creating an unpleasantly dim environment. The basin constantly flooded and clogged, and to our disgust, the toilet had visible stains that were not cleaned properly. These hygiene issues were utterly repulsive and made our stay even more unpleasant. Moreover, the hotel management conveniently shifted blame onto the booking system, refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. While I can understand that availability might be limited on a Saturday night, we were staying for three nights, and there were empty rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors, which were supposed to be air-conditioned. However, my colleague was given a room on the 3rd floor, while the rest of us suffered on the 1st floor with no AC. Surprisingly with the same booking one of the 3 rooms booked got a 3rd Floor while the remaining 2 dint. We had a done a non refundable bookings 1 month in advance. Despite our advance payment and constant requests, they failed to accommodate any of them. In conclusion, my experience at The President Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of air conditioning, unprofessional and rude shift managers, double charges, maintenance issues, and overall poor management made our stay highly uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value basic amenities, professional conduct, and a pleasant experience.

Retro style hotel..... very very spacious with huge ground floor and vast rooms. Sadly no air-conditioning in the room and a thick duvet lead to very hot nights during heatwaves. 10 minute walk to trams and a short trip to the city centre . Nearby is Sel and Miel excellent restaurant, and 2 minute walk to Brussels Market supermarket.

I was travelling with friends when I stayed at The President Hotel for 2 nights. In general I have enjoyed the stay and the hotel conditions (room, bathroom, hotel lobby, etc.) however I can't help but mention that I didn't like the hotel's policy of asking for a 100€ deposit upon arrival/check-in. I have stayed in many hotels all over Europe and never, ever, had to pay a deposit anywhere to be able to stay in a hotel. Seems like the hotel guests are totally untrusted and somehow need to prove they deserve to stay at The President Hotel. This policy doesn't make sense for a 4 stars hotel! At check-in the member of staff asked for a deposit in a very unfriendly manner, adding that I should pay for the room plus the deposit, without even checking that the room was already paid in advance. It's not the kind of reception you want to get nor the one you expect when you arrive at a 4 stars hotel. The check-out was made by a member of staff with the same nationality as mine (I was lucky on that, as it made the commnication more fluid and easy). Miguel was effective and friendly during the check out, and did the refund of the deposit paid upon arrival. However he forgot to tell us that the city tax (turistic tax) would be deducted from the deposit. Therefore I was surprised when I checked my bank statement, and found that 8,48€ were missing from the 100€ deposit. I have emailed the hotel asking for an explanation and I was then informed about the reason for that. In the future you should inform your customers about these tax upon arrival/check in, or include this tax on the reservation price.

Really nice hotel compared to 4 years ago. I enjoy staying at the hotel this time. Recommend the hotel to everyone. But be noted: rooms on 1st and 2nd floor have no air conditioner. Remember this for summer time. Book rooms with aircon on 3rd or 4th floor.

If you are looking for a quite place this is not your hotel . In front of the Hotel There is a bar open at night, very noisy and People speaking out loud outside making impossible sleep early. Besides it was a very hot hay, there is not air conditioned and not all the rooms have fans and you can't open the window more than 5 cm. It was an unforgettable and awfull night. We won't repeat.

Big room. House keeping was outstanding. Really classic spacious in-house restaurant. Really enjoyed hot breakfast every morning. If you are a fan of bacon 🥓 then this is the hotel for you; fried bacon melts in your mouth, mmmmmmm.

Gefallen: Zimmer modern, Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Zudem waren fremde Haare in unserem Bett.

Meins hatte keine. Die Badewanne war nicht gut gereinigt.

I had to switch rooms two times, because the toilets were FILTHY. The third room wasn’t great, but much better than the others. This place certainly isn’t doing proper cleaning and maintenance. The shower heads and floors were also gross. They might have some issues with the water quality, but that just means you have to maintain more often. Things look like they hadn’t had proper scrub in months, maybe years. The beds were actually great. Surprisingly one of the best I’ve slept on. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is the better side of Schaerbeek (which is generally trashy), with a large playground park across the road, and a couple walking parks near by. 15 minute walk to Noord Station. If you ARE going to stay here, it seems that the 4th floor is at least better maintained.

It’s fine if you’re okay with no AC. Hotel tonight or their website doesn’t list that information on it. Also don’t be fooled by the renovated lobby, rooms are dated and the windows have no screen. So if it’s hot in the room and you want to open the window you have to think about bugs flying in. Also they have an earlier check out time than most of the hotels I’ve stayed at, 11am. Staff is friendly enough.

  • 4/5 Mattias W. 5 months ago on Google
In the somewhat ”rough” neighborhood (I was advised not to go walking alone at night) this hotel is clearly a quality offering an 8 minute walk from the “Noord” station (where the airport is a 10 minute ride away) at what mostly would seem a reasonable price (unless of course when “dynamic pricing” elevates the rates to ridiculous levels for the last few rooms. Nice and approachable staff, clean rooms, sufficient elevators are not always a given these days. breakfast might open somewhat late at 7 AM and will quickly fill to capacity, but if your early (or presumably very late) this is a generous offering of an “included in most rates” breakfast - at a “Scandinavian level”.

I booked this hotel without cancellation option. After a few minutes I realized that I made a mistake with the booking and contacted the hotel. They showed zero empathy and I had to pay the full amount. I know that I booked without cancellation option, so they are fully in their right. However, I would have expected a different reaction in this specific situation. The company I work for decided to not use this hotel anymore for the business trips to Brussels

On October 2023, I had a booking at Hotel President which was non-refundable. Due to the emerging war in the middle east (obvious force majeure), most flights were cancelled, and it was impossible to leave the country. I've contacted the hotel and originally, they were willing to postpone my stay for future date. When trying to use this option, I understood it will be limited for 6 months and require additional fee and approvals which ultimately made it impossible to use. I am deeply disappointed from the approach and lack of empathy during these difficult times of war situation. I really hope the hotel management will improve the hotel's customer experience.

I have spent 5 nights in this hotel. The location is the best as it is only few minutes away from one of the main stations which means that there is metro, train, tram less than 5 minutes away and it even took us only 20 minutes walking to the center. The room was big with two big windows and very clean. The hotel is 4 stars with an unbeatable price. I mean 300 euros for a standard room and for 5nights is epic. If I ever return to Brussels, I would stay there again because You get what you pay for. The reason why I gave 4 stars was just because of some small details like one of the sockets in the room was not working, the fridge is not really cold, the TV had few channels. Apart from that everything else was good

  • 5/5 Sonia S. 3 years ago on Google
Such an amazing hotel. The lobby was spacious, had many places to sit, and had a pool table. I don’t have any pictures of the rooms, but they were very open and clean. The staff was very kind and treated us well. They helped map out the nearby tram stations, city center, and the Atomium. Another plus is that the location isn’t bad at all. It’s a less than ten minute walk to the main station and there are other smaller tram stations nearby. Walking to the city center is possible, and not too far. This makes the hotel an amazing deal. Many other hotels in the area cost much more for smaller rooms and beds. My family and I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would stay here again.

I was one of the 4 ladies who chose your hotel in order to have a fun filled trip with my friends. However, I and my friends had a very bad experience due to the extremely unfriendly hotel staff and lack of facilities at the hotel. Basic friendliness and simple requests such as a clean water kettle shouldn’t have been such a big ask. Moreover, when mentioned to the reception staff all that we were told was ‘ we can’t help you’. I also did ask if there was anyone else senior from the staff team but was denied any positive response. The room did not have a window that could open, not enough pillows for the guests, coffee sachets were not provided, toilets were not clean. These are only but a few (very basic) complaints. The hotel management stating that we are looking into the matter is really not going to improve our experience that has been ruined. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. There is no option to give zero stars hence choosing the ‘one’ star

When checking in we were charged an additional €180 for deposit with the explanation being that we hadn't booked with a credit card and this was a mandatory charge. Very strange. Have stayed in hotels all over the world an have never seen this. No mini bar and basic rooms so not really sure what the charge would cover. Charge was taken from Debit card and given back when leaving or so we thought. What if that was all the money we had with us... Charge only returned 4 days later through bank transfer. Made feel unwelcome as soon as we arrived and the extra charged seemed to be racially motivated because of the colour of my girlfriends skin. Would never return to this hotel even if you paid me and would urge other people to steer clear. Very rude staff, basic rooms and amenities. Truly awful. The breakfast was decent though.

Little dated but worth the money for Brussels. Nice renovated lobby. Garden is beautiful. Check in staff was nice a polite but not outstanding 5 star quality. Staff were well presented. Overall a pleasant staying experience, unfortunately cant say same thing about the surrounding area. Definitely dont walk after dark and if you not in a big group. Saying that I still recommend the hotel. Check my honest travel guides in my upcoming YouTube channel. 'Honest Travel Guide'

I've stayed here for two weeks, really quiet rooms and I slept good. Good size rooms, I prefer the two bed with a seating area rather then the three bed room. The shower glass did not seal well in my second room, I left for work with wet socks every morning... Wrote a note asking for regular coffee rather then decaf, the note was still in it's place but the pad under had moved back to it's original position. And they keept stocking me with decaf coffee every day... :)

We was 20 people with 11 rooms and everything was great. First, the lobby and the room was really clean! It was organized and we had everything we needed. The staff were super nice and courteous and responded to our every request. We enjoyed a lot from this hotel and if we’re gonna be in Brussels again we definitely gonna stay there!!

The place looks good but the rooms need to be regular checked. 2 out of 3 rooms had a broken safe. 1 with no AC. Beds differ in quality. The breakfast was low budget. Bar was closed most of the time but they have a mini-market.

I booked 5 nights & regretted. * This is not a 4 star hotel, it's hardly a 2 star. * Rooms are old and not clean. * Bathroom needs refurbishing. * Drinking Water is only provided 1st day. * For reception and house keeping staff, some are nice and some are rude.

We booked the hotel room through Hotels.com and in the images we saw that the room has air conditioning, event though the text didn't define it (nor that it wouldn't have). We were a bit disappointed to find out that all of the rooms of that type do not have air-conditioning. Other than that, 3 person room was decent size, and beds were comfy. Quite 80s/90s fibe, maybe slight update could be in place soon. Also for some reason the room safe didn't open and room's minibar wasn't on. Breakfast was quite good, definitely better than average. Happy to pay 17€/adult/day for this. Hotel's private backyard garden was also slightly 'forgotten' and not that well maintained. The small statue was broken, grass was not in good shape and maybe there could be something interesting for kids as well, pathways through the lawn/grass, bushes and maybe even things to play with. But the terrace benches, chairs, etc were good enough to sit down after long day.

The room was clean and spacious. There were a good coffee machine, 4 capsules, a water boiler and teas. The location was very nice - both to reach the city center and public transportation. The lobby is well designed and comfy. My only concern was the reception staff, the communication was weak.

We had a great stay at the President Hotel. Spacious room, water every day. Very welcoming reception and bar staff. Breakfast has a great choice, a buffet with warm and cold items. It's just 5 min walk from North station, which connects fast to the airport, center or Midi. I walked to the center, it's a nice walk through the shopping street from Rogier.

A little bit further from the popular tourist areas than we would of liked, it's was around a 20min walk into the city however there's a tube stop 5mins from the hotel if you didn't want to walk. It's set in more of a business district than a tourist area & a couple of the streets around the hotel were a little bit sketchy. The hotel itself is very luxurious inside & had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. There was a fantastic cafe/restaurant across the road which came in handy.

Once upon a time, the hotel was probably top-notch. Now it needs renovation of furniture in the rooms a d bathroom. Still, the hotel is rather suitable for business trips. Rooms are rather big with comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is ok. The hotel has no restaurant service.

Hotel is fine but reaching it during evening time feels a bit dangerous due to environment. Room is avarage level, light is not enough and having in mind the view (the dark inside yard with other hotel room windows), it is a bit claustrophobic. The staff at reception was nice and helping as well as housekeepers

Very quiet area in the evening as it is an office district, but close to Tour&Taxis. Very nice and enthusiastic team for meetings. Meals and zakouskis prepared on site and very tasty. Rooms are being refurbished. No particular opinion on that subject.

The staff is very friendly. But the rooms themselves were underwhelming. There was no way to set the temperature other than opening a window because it was to hot inside. The furniture needs an update. Bathroom did not feel clean. And the bed was very firm and every move of the other half could be felt because everything was moving. Breakfast was descent and the lobby looks pretty neat. There is a small self scan market, which ofcourse was defective during our visit.

Clean, cozy, quiet, spacious and beautiful place. Delicious food in restaurant and free pool was nice extra, TV in the room with many international channels, bathroom clean and nice. Great price and awesome comfort. Friendly team. Kept everything in great order. No problems at all.

Do not book for the price. Check quality -price first. The location is not good. It is few minutes away of garu nord. The district is very residential, I did not feel safe coming back from the centre. The room was just awful. First floor, my window was facing some patio. The windows could be opened from outside. The rooms are so Soviet Union. Bathroom had opened circuit. Plus to the safety. Bed is against the wall, but a fake one, there is distance between the wall and fake wall, which you can see is full of trash. Decided not to breakfast in the place like that. The staff could not care less, and obviously you need to speak Dutch of French. Better not going for the price in this scenario

Overall we had a good experience while staying here. Staff is friendly. 20 mins walk will get you into the city center. Close by also metro station and few markets. Table pool is available for guests in the lobby, this was a nice perk as we had to wait for our flights for a while after checkout.
