The room is really small, tabac smell, decoration is ugly. The train is just close to the room and the noise is really high from 5 or 6 in the morning. No soundproofing at all, with train, aerport and other rooms. Only positive points are that the bed is confortable.

Family run, great price. Turn the room fan on to drown out the train and planes. Rooms get hot even with heat off 🤷 not an option to sleep with windows open due to train/plane noise. Might just be me.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! Just yesterday. I was trying to cancel the reservation less than 3 hours after I made it!!! Because I was quite sick and I decided not to check In putting at risk personel of this hotel and other guests, as I think should be normal practice, specialy in COVID times. Well the owner (I presume) In quite arogant way said that he doesn't care. He'd rather have me there sick than cancel the reservation accepting some cancellation fee that I offer. EXTREMELY IRRESPONSABLE. Well just shows how much this establishment cares for safety of the customers and their staff.

A great small hotel that is close to a railway station and airport. There is a breakfast for 15 euro. The hotel room is tidy and clean. You can reach the Brussels city center for 30 min from here. Downside is a noise from a railway station and taking off planes.

We needed to stay close to BRU airport due to an early flight and Fly Inn had perfect location and ended up being a great value for money. Price for shuttle to the airport (during the night) was 15 eur (Sep 2021), which was a great price from our view. Bus station connecting to airport is literally a few steps away. Train station is also not far away.

Kind staff, tidy rooms. However the train went under my room quite often, I slept well.

Family run hotel and restaurant very nice and very friendly staff clean towels and toilet very close to the airport and to the train station. They charge €15 for airport run which is like €10 cheaper than the local taxis. The only downside is that being close to airport and railway it can be extremely noisy at times. Quieter after 11pm. Nice selection of food. Nice decent Pool!!!

I booked through a travel agency and paid the full price through them - including city tax. The city tax was then charged again by the hotel. Still waiting for one of them to pay it back.. The bed sheets were dirty and had stains... I was moved to another room. Both were outdated and not really clean. I didn't dare trying breakfast here. About the noise: Yes, this hotel is in the middle of a bus route, train station and directly underneath the approach/departure route of the airport. Hence, it is partly really really loud. However, you see that when you book it. You could install better windows for noise reduction, but I am not deducting stars for that.

The hotel double charged me over my stay in May. I have asked through Booking a refund and hotel agreed to pay me back but I have never seen the money on my account. That is not a nice way to run the business.

Brilliant staff. The room was comfortable and clean enough for a quick overnight before flying the next day at the airport. The airport is only 4 minutes by taxi/car. We even witnessed the night porter pick up a guy who was waiting on a bus and he took him to the airport free of charge in our mini bus shuttle to the airport which I thought was very kind. Thanks again we would recommend your Hotel, well priced and great location to the airport.

It is in a great place in terms of location, transportation and shopping. The rooms are very clean. Good service and attention.

Very bad service. I stayed at the hotel last week for one night because I had a flight from Brussel AirPort. The room was ok. The shower was not the best and the bed was also ok. The breakfast was also bad, and the ladies who made the coffee didn’t even know how to make a cappuccino. I guess they were just housekeepers but I think it’s pretty normal that when they are also doing the breakfast that they know how to make a simple cappuccino. We agreed that the owner would pick us up as soon as we would arrive back to Brussel. We called the hotel but they said that we had to take the bus. I would not recommend.

Clean, comfortable hotel near Brussels Airport and Diegem station. Friendly and helpful hotel owner and staff. Coffee making facilities and bar fridge in room. Short taxi trip of about 3km (15 Euro) takes you between the airport and the hotel.

Was a pleasure to come back after one year for a weekend at Bruxelles. Even if it is close to the train and airport, the noise is inexistent. Cozy rooms, nice and kind people, perfect services. Five big stars from us❤️

Room was small but clean, with tiny separate bath room. Breakfast was not available (although included in the reservation) and I got reimbursed with the message that a supermarket is at 100m and they have everything I wanted. The hotel could only serve coffee with the sandwiches I had bought there. In the room the TV usage remained a mystery (no cable input, only LAN with e.g. Netflix that asks for a registration). I asked for some assistance but the restaurant waiter had no time at that moment and said he would come in a few minutes, but he never did. In the bathroom finishing is peculiar: only one half a shower corner screen that even slides open by it self, the other half cannot be installed due to the toilet seat obstructing that space. So although I appreciate the ingenuity, this is not professional. And, as said by many others, if you are a light sleeper, the trains will keep you awake. I'm a heavy sleeper and had no real issues with this.

High standard in very good price. Room was comfortable. Of course clean and in the bathroom nice hot water. Close to train station and bus stop. Good and quick connection to airport (bus 272, 282 and S metro line). On place you can eat and drink.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Made the reservation weeks in advance through a booking website, received confirmation, and never heard about any issues. Day finally comes for our stay, we get into Brussels after midnight, get to this hotel, and find out they gave our room away because they sent a message through the booking site less than 12 hours before saying that they couldn't process payment. They didn't try to reach out to us through phone or email (both provided for reservation), just one quick message and then gave our room away. They told us they could accommodate us for the next night, but at an increased rate because we were booking last-minute. Yeah right... This place can get effed. One star for the toilet paper, it was pretty decent toilet paper.

I stayed there for a Cisco Exam. Hotel is near to Cisco Building (15 min walk max.) Location is 30 min to Brussels city center by train. It was winter and in my first night, the room was cold, heating system didn't work. It was ok for the second night. There were some problematic points about cleaning.

Rooms were basic but perfectly fine for the price, which was very good. The hotel is very close to Diegem station and only a short drive from the airport, so accessible to foot travelers, and they offer a great taxi service.
