I didnt like the stay there. The room was not that clean and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, not more. The wifi connection was very low. The location is very good, and near the old city. The price was very high and had no good value. I am visiting Brussels on a regular bases and will not return to this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the friendly staff. The elevator is old and it is completely normal that it gets stuck between the floors. The hotel in general looks very worn off. The matress was so uncomfortable that I would have thought about sleeping on the floor if it hasn‘t been so dirty. It is extremely loud. You wake up several times when your room neighbors come home no matter how quiet and careful they are.

I am a frequent traveler and usually to 3-star hotels (check my other reviews, which are mostly 4/5 and 5/5). This should NOT be a 3-star hotel at all and probably many positive reviews are fake. The hotel and its rooms are incredibly old, tiles and wallpaper are torn off, my door has holes on it, there is no air conditioning (my family and me are sweating), and of course no safe, mini-bar... My room is 15m2 (being generous), and the faucet is next to my bed!!

Stancy is inexpensive, so you bassically get what you paid for. Staff is very friendly. However, all the furniture is old and cheap. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room is not too dirty. The room was cold and dark and you could easily ear your neighbors. It is very close to many tourist attractions, but the area is very dodgy.

Good location, quiet. Breakfast was good. The only negative point is the lack of air conditioning. Too hot for summer. Busy street, so opening the window at night to refresh the air is not an option.

Small but fairly modern room, bed sheets was clean and bathroom looked clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Walls are thin and door does not reduce any noise from the corridor and there are also outside noise including a few airplanes in the morning. -but it was not to bad during the night. Walk-in price is about six times higher then booking via the online booking service I used. Had I paid the walk-in price, then I would have been disappointed, it's so high that it almost feels like a scam?... Bathroom, found an electrical outlet when I stuck my hand in there to turn the lights on...

    1. The hotel created many troubles to me. They have stolen my time. At the moment, I am very busy. Especially, they charged my personal credit card while I already provided them with the credit card authorisation of my company. 2. They often do not reply email or very late response or only response after my call of reminder 3. The staff were very rude and not supportive. Every time I explained, they never understood at the beginning. When I tried to explain clearer via phone by saying a bit louder, the receptionists said “If you shout like that, I will stop the conversation!”. I wonder who is the client and who is the service provider in this case?! In my opinion, this rude behaviour is completely unacceptable! 4. One of my guests came and they said her room was cancelled eventhough I paid the full amount. And later they found out it was a mistake.

Staff were very friendly and kind so I hate rating poorly.... Although the sheets and towels were white and very clean, unfortunately the hotel is old, the carpet feels dirty due to age, space wasn't great, wifi was horrid for anything but email and with no AC in the room it was just very unpleasant, stuffy and stinky. I only stayed 1 night and would have left if I had booked additional days. For the price I paid which was around 75 Canadian it was worth it but not what I expected for a 3 star hotel. Location wise it's terrific. Easy walk to trains for airport transfer or to many sights, bars and attractions. Area never felt unsafe either. I loved Brussels and this area overall.

Very supportive and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice room service. 10 minute walk to most attractions in Brussels. Good place to stay. Beds are not so comfortable.

Do NOT go there. Very noisy at night. Staff arrogant. Area around the hotel full of Turks, muslims, migrants.

Nice Hotel in a slightly run-down area about 10 minutes walk from the historical center. Great breakfast and nice lobby. If you get a room facing the street it can be bit noisy. Several subway stations are nearby.

The unwelcoming experience. We reached there 1 hour before check in but they didn't allow us to get into my room till 3pm even though the room was not occupied. The only positive thing with the place is it's location which is near to grand palace. Rooms are too small and not comfortable at all. Not much variety in breakfast. Hotel is pretty outdated.

I lived in one of their apartments for several months while working there. Ace location.

Besides the fact we only stayed 1 night. The hotel was pretty lousy besides the comfortable beds it has a small smelly bathroom and the tv was old I didn't think anyone uses those kind anymore not even digital! And the staff were rude when we checked out calling our room 10 minutes before we even could. Spare of the moment place really.

Very nice and simple- perfect for an active trip! Staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment of arrival. Only slight criticism with the temperature- as we were in Brussels during a very hot period if was sometimes uncomfortable in the room at night, despite having been provided with a fan. Love the lift (adds character) 😂
