Great if you're Belgian as there isn't much better around sadly. Trash if you're used to international standards. Way overpriced, too many people. Amenities not nice, the most basic sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and pool that needs to be reserved. We paid to enter at 21.00, as they told us the closing time is at 22.00. But they kicked us out at 21.45 to close the spa area. Still paid 30 euro as a hotel guest. Should have been clear.

In my experience it’s super expensive totally not worth it. It’s has a spa , pool , Pilates station You can get a golf club membership for less. The amenities are nice , the pool is nice. It has some classes. They do light personal training. The gym Is small like a hotel workout center. Staff ok kind but snobby. When you sign up they make you pay a year after which you may get to do monthly. 2700 euros or so. Over all it’s not worth the money however if you want a small gym crowded stations but pretty it’s the place for you.

Superb staff. Decent pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc....but as for the gym itself, it's small, under-equipped and only offers very basic machines and weights (e.g. no lat pull). Lots of space is wasted by the lounge area. I know people like to lounge, but it should be gym first, really.

I had a massage of 60 minutes but was an uncomfortable situation. The room was cold and got headache because of it. This made the whole experience not relaxing at all. I told the lady that I was feeling cold but she mentioned that she needs to keep the AC open because of corona, with 13C degrees outside. If they can't keep the rooms warm why they sall "inner pace massage", for sure I didn't get any pace with the massage.

Such a good gym! The facilities are very good. I tried most classes and by the far the best is the functional training sessions. They run twice (at lunch and again around 5pm) most days and the trainers are all totally formidable - Thomas is super great especially!

Went there for a year. I think the positive reviews come mostly from people joining for a workout session or pool session from the hotel. The service and team are nice and polite, but the facilities old (pieces are falling of in the hamam), it is definitely too expensive for what it offers (the only reason I kept my membership is convenience of location). The worst part is now that I am trying to quit, the club is not making it easy, they are being not responsive and sticking to strict Terms and Conditions that would not exist in other countries.

Confused because a review further down someone said there is no day passes, and it was replied to stating there was. I rang to enquire the price of a day pass and was told there is no day pass and you must book a spa service starting at 99euro to use the facilities, just as the last review stated.

I must withdraw the negative review that I wrote a few months ago. Aspria does everything possible to offer a premium service. As soon as the work is completed in your 3 clubs, I will give you your fifth star if you continue on your path.

I'm not a member yet but I want to be. The club is absolutely First Class. Beautiful indoor swimming pool and great work out facilities. I can't yet afford it but as soon as I can I will definitely be joining!

Not recommended, the whole setup is in disrepair, no natural light. The air-condition has been broken for over 2 years, there is mould over the jacuzzi... The stairs at the entrance has not been repaired for over 2 years, instead you will find a blue tape covering it... Don't even want to talk about the hammam... The list goes on. Just go to basic fit.

Very desirable fitness club for those seeking a small-format club with a serene environment while having access to all of the necessary fitness as well as wellness features such as swimming pool, Finnish sauna, & hammam (steam room). Additionally, there are workspaces, a library (quiet zones), and a Wellness Center for personal services available. It makes for a productive fitness day and plenty of relaxation one needs.

I'm member for some years now and it's a great experience. Perhaps not the most complete facilities in town, but enough for my needs. The wellbeing coaches are of 10/10, great professionals, great people. Workout in a nice atmosphere.

Correct facilities (although too narrow in places, especially for weight training, where you quickly find yourself on top of each other), generally competent staff. Unfortunately, on the administrative side, nothing is going well. The subscription cancellation procedure is catastrophic. I moved far from Brussels, and the club is asking me to pay not one but TWO additional months even though I sent my supporting documents on time (and waited over 2 weeks for a response from them). Too bad, but the outcome is: TO FLEE. You will find better (and cheaper) elsewhere.

I was expecting a typical, relaxing day spa experience, but my visit fell far short of that. Maybe it is better if you are a full-time member? The health club appears to be under construction. Reception was non-existant; I was never offered use of the locker room, pool, or other club services; my appointment started late, and the technician had no idea what services I had made appointments for (60 min massage/90 min facial). She thought I had a 30 min massage and 30 min facial, and due to technical issues she wasn't able to see my reservation - the services had to be stopped and started, and she finished at 3:10 (appointment was until 3:30). No pre-service consultation. Massage wasn't particularly good or helpful. Side note - the protocol used for the facial, developed by Sisley, does not include extraction. Just something to be aware of, if you are expecting that as part of your service.

It is the best gym in town and very clean which is important to me. Unfortunatly because of the limited gym options in Brussels they do charge very high monthly fees if I compare this to Paris and London for similar clubs. Also tip to the Management it is a bit annoying having to listen to only 2 more days for special price bla bla bla(its always the same price) . I think at this price point drop the Ibiza Propper strategy and just make a fixed price book

Member for 2 years, I love it. The club is clean and there are so many classes and opportunities. You can go there every day and even work there. The staff is friendly and respectful and members demonstrate courteous manners. I signed up for the swimming pool, sauna, hammam and now I love the group yoga classes. Every day there are varied gentle gym classes with a mainly female audience. The service is great: you arrive, take towels and your bathrobe and go to relax. I have access to other Aspria clubs in Brussels and I like to go there from time to time because each one has its own identity. In addition, the club is making efforts to renew its infrastructure and services and I like this dynamic vision with regularly organized events, around meetings and personal development, for members which also give it a social and educational aspect. community. We feel safe and it is also always warm there even during this freezing winter. Top club, top service, thank you.

It is great, for this level of private wellbeing club it would be excellent if they employ highly specialised people that would make your membership money worth instead of paying basic salaries to keep expenses down. This would explode the whole vibe and the numbers of their business plan and their members. Cause you attract people depending on the quality of energy you put in your work and your finance ⚑

Exclusive club with gym and swimming pool, many exercise classes conducted by professionals including exercise classes in the pool. The interiors are classy. There is a small cafΓ© in the lobby where one can have breakfast /lunch. The swimming pool area has deck chairs where you can relax, read, snooze. They have jacuzzi, hamam and sauna facilities. There's a spa where one can have massages, facials etc.

Very fancy , very nice , but extremely small. Very select, but then I'd say a bit too much: not enough machines and diversity. Swimming pool is also quite small. I prefer the aspria at arts loi

Sad! This club used to be top notch and well deserved its 5-star rating. Alas this is no longer the case - it’s beginning to show signs of being run-down due to overbooking with the aim of attracting even more new members in spite of management claiming limited membership for this club on this forum e.g. lockers, spin dryer for swimwear, lift are more noticeably out of order due to over usage, swimming pool dirtier than before refurbishment, hamam taps broken, sauna and jacuzzi often over occupied. Basic capacity and hygiene rules no longer being respected by interim guests. When you want to increase membership then maintenance as well as strict observance of house rules to maintain standards are your priority as is quality control. The club used to be a select one and members enjoyed a calm environment. It is beginning to lose its star quality by too actively promoting increased membership thus putting it on a par with Art-Lois and La Rasante. However being a much smaller club it has much less space and capacity and can no longer expect to be considered more exclusive than the 2 other clubs. The 24h before collective class booking system as from 17/4 could have been avoided were places not handed out to next door hotel guests who book but don’t attend classes and no-show members should automatically be penalised for their next activity. So now the club has adopted the stressful method of its other 2 sister clubs. If you aren’t an early bird you can forget booking a collective class late in the day for the next day. Early hour triggering on Aspria app is not my idea of starting the day to have maybe a chance of attending a class in my β€œexclusive” club the next day. Apart from reasons mentioned above maybe classes that are not regularly booked to full capacity are for another reason. I suspect the new system will not change matters. In-house consultation would surely have been a wiser approach rather than adopting this 24h booking system which when reading accounts re the other 2 clubs reports great frustration and dissatisfaction.

An Appeal for Justice, Integrity, and Accountability: My Unjust Expulsion from Aspria Louise, Brussels I am compelled to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident at Aspria Louise, Brussels, which has left me deeply distressed and questioning the integrity of the institution I once held in high regard. Until recently, I was a proud and committed member of Aspria Louise, actively participating in club activities, regularly utilizing its facilities for my physical and mental well-being, and consistently recommending it to friends, family, and professional associates. However, my membership was abruptly and inexplicably terminated by the General Manager, Arnaud Micheels, without any prior warning, explanation, or opportunity for me to defend myself. This unexpected action has caused significant distress to both my personal and professional life, impacting my hard-earned reputation and causing unnecessary strain on my mental health. It is deeply concerning that a single individual, particularly one in a position of authority, can wield such power without any accountability or due process. This incident raises serious questions about the club's management practices, its commitment to fair treatment of its members, and its overall integrity. Lack of Due Process: It is a fundamental principle of justice that individuals are given the opportunity to defend themselves against accusations. The abrupt termination of my membership, without any explanation or opportunity to address any concerns, is a clear violation of this principle. This lack of due process suggests a disregard for the rights of members and raises concerns about the club's commitment to fair and equitable treatment. Impact on Mental Health: The sudden termination of my membership, coupled with the lack of explanation or opportunity to address any concerns, has caused significant stress and anxiety. Aspria Louise positions itself as a promoter of health and well-being, yet this action has had a detrimental impact on my mental health, contrary to the club's stated values. Damage to Reputation: My abrupt and unexplained expulsion from the club has raised questions among my personal and professional networks, causing unnecessary speculation and damage to my reputation. This action by the club's management has had far-reaching implications beyond my membership, affecting my personal and professional relationships. Lack of Accountability: The decision to terminate my membership was made unilaterally by Arnaud Micheels, without any apparent oversight or accountability. This lack of checks and balances raises concerns about the potential for abuse of power and highlights the need for greater oversight and accountability in the club's management practices. In light of the above concerns, I urge the management of Aspria Louise to conduct a thorough and transparent review of this incident and the decision-making process that led to my membership termination. If it is found that the actions of Arnaud Micheels were unjustified, inappropriate, or reflective of a lack of experience or judgment required for his position, I respectfully request that appropriate actions be taken, which may include his immediate dismissal. It is my sincere hope that this incident can serve as an opportunity for Aspria Louise to reaffirm its commitment to fairness, integrity, and the well-being of its members. Thank you for your attention to this critical matter.
