I have been all over the world but never seen waiters with such an attitude. Unless you have low standards, this place is a no go. In case you purchase food from somewhere else, They will accuse you of wanting to eat it at their table even when it is in a bag. Speaks a lot of how low the owner is. This is a cafe/restaurant in the heart of Meknes, Hamria. The food and customer service is excellent. The atmosphere is great with lots of food options. You must try the Turkey panini with fries, it's fantastic. We were greeted by Mr Ali The waiter who was very helpful and polite throughout our experience. The restaurant is clean and the food is prepared to a high standard. Very good prices and great value for money. The only downside is that it's quite warm in the family seating area as I think the air conditioning was switched off, the toilets need toilet paper and regular cleaning but is usable, the mint tea I ordered was very bitter as I believe the mint leaves were not fresh so best to avoid. Other than that it is an excellent place and has a wide range of desserts. I will definitely visit again 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

waiters were rude and unprofessional, particularly the bald waiter. Avoid sitting in this cafe.

I've had both good and bad experiences in this place, but overall it's a nice restaurant/café. The staff is nice and friendly. Food and drinks taste good. However, if you're a young woman and you don't wanna be harassed by other men there try to sit in the non-smoking area of the restaurant. It's safer there.

It's a nice place if you want to relax and drink something.

We placed an order for an orange juice and coffee and 2 Verveine (teas) which we complained about to the waiter. The taste was so bitter. The waiter didn’t even bother to exchange anything and we were charged full price.
