Taste of the parotta & salna was excellent. Cleanliness could be improved .

A great place for the budget eaters, they serve really good non veg dishes, We (me and my cousin big brother Mr. T. Dennis from Unnamalakaddai) were travelling to Tirunelveli, and we were feeling hungry were looking for a place where we could have Parothas, bingo we discovered the Jewel in Tirunelveli's crown, I had Parothas with Beef, and my cousin had Lunch, the place is extremely friendly and the waiter mr. Senthil Kumar is a genuine person, who loves to serve people, there are no menu card, and the prices of items comes directly from the lips of Mr. Senthil Kumar. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill,we paid around ₹180/- that was great for two people, they serve good Tandoori dishes, price of full Tandoori Chicken is ₹320/- as on Jan 2019. I have giving the price of Tandoori Chicken for random comparisons. The Parothas were a bit small in size but worth every penny. You should definitely try their Naatu Kozhi(Country Chicken). Would recommend to every meat lover to visit New Ruchi HNR, whenever you you visit Tirunelveli.

Worst food. Don't buy biryani after 6 PM in the evening it's almost spoiled and the smell is also very bad.

Favourite spot for parotta lovers in tirunelveli. Their parotta is so tasty.. Also their boneless chicken 65 is so yummy. Their speciality is maasi fish which they provide as complement along with parotta. But recently their service doesn't live up to the mark. Service in ac section should be improved. Also they have a jigarthanda counter outside the restaurant. Ample parking space is available outside the restaurant.

Ordered Fried rice, parrota and tandoori chicken. Fried rice looked like biryani.. taste is ok. Didn't experience the feel of eating fried rice. Parotta and Tandoori not bad. Price is reasonable

Horrible place , no clean, everyone sweating and packing in sweat hands , changes prices based on customer . Since most of customers are floating population and near to bus pickup point they don’t care whether they pack the right thing Ordered chicken kothu porotta and instead got egg kothu when opened on the way back to work in bus and the taste was bland and they changed priced from 150 to 170 , one person said 150 and the father guy said it is 170 Avoid if possible

Worst experience, I asked half tandoori chicken and they gave half cooked tandoori chicken, my street dogs enjoyed it. Parotta is cold and saalna worst saalna in tirunelveli for parcel. But if you sit and eat there they will serve you hot and tasty two different saalna. I will never go to this place again.

They just renovated this place and I ate for a couple of times here. Both of the times, biryani was pathetic, masala was on high, no salt and it was more of a hard to digest and hard of tongue type masala rice. I have a long time food consuming with Ruchi hotel which started 25+ years ago in Palay market and its very sad to see their franchises and their taste have gone this downhill. If they take customers as taken for granted, they will perish
