Unprofessional reception staff.Breached privacy by discussing confidential notes on referral with each other and questioning as to why a test was needed, loud enough for other patients to hear. It's not your job to question why a patient is having a test done when they aren't party to that conversation. Staff reported to Head Office. The most uncomfortable experience, will never attend or recommend this clinic. With that said, 5 stars goes to the radiologist.

I will never recommend I- Med Radiology. I went there twice first at i- Med Dandenong and second was today at I- Med Cranbourne at High Street, as I had my 20 week scan. The customer servive at desk is so so unwelcoming and rude. My Radiologist was just busy finishing her job, she didnt talk to me, explained me any thing , when I asked questions, she was so rude , and told me to let her finish her work first. This is my first pregnancy, and I hated my experience.. I was so excited as I thought today is the day when I will get to know my baby's gender, but my Radiologist MUSHKA,( thats what she told me her name, may be, the spelling can be wrong) WAS SO ANNOYING AS SHE NEVER showed any convern towards my request . I am kind of in a state of depression, as this is not what I was expecting at my ultrasound scan. Also , not to forget, the lady at the desk was so rude , I was told to take 30 mins break and have water and walk as ,to let my baby change the body position, but I asked her if I can leave the building and come back she said anyways radiologist is super busy she wont be free before 45 mins, I left and after 15-20 mins she called me, I was driving and I could not answer her call, when I returned, she was literally so rude , with such a bad expressions on her face as if she is doing some kind of favor on me,and said, our radiologist got free and we tried calling u back. I literally took permission from her to leave as I was starving, I was in the centre from 2 hrs, and she showed no empathy . I really wish to write lot more but I am really not in a state, as this was my precious moment and it was ruined by my radiologist as well as the person at the desk. They dont even share the 3D scan of the baby, and I asked if I can atleast have a profile picture of my baby she very rudely said, you can click it from the screen. Like seriously? Please do not visit I Med Radiologist . First experience was also noy great, but this one was worst. I am in Depression because of this experience!!!!! I visited as Neha Keswani, actual name on ID.

Amazing Center with wonderful staff. At the reception I was served by Jan who was such a delight. She was so active, switched on and full of energy. She was kind and quick with the waiting patients. My X-ray was down by a lovely lady who’s name I forgot but who I mistook for a young mum and she said she was 60. She was so lovely, so patient and gentle. She kept making sure I was ok and not feeling any discomfort. I definitely give this place a 10/10 and would certainly be asking my GP to refer me here for any further X-rays.

Tried to attend my appointment for ultrasound at the Cranbourne branch on high street and was told I couldn’t be seen as my referral was in my email and not paper form. This women had no ideas what my appointment was in relation to other than where the ultrasound would take place in my body. I left in tears! People like her with nil respect for patients or the potential stressful a person may be feeling when having testing done should be stood down. This is not a quality provider. This is not a quality service. These are not quality staff. I have so many tests I need done which is incredibly overwhelming, the last thing I needed was a rude and stubborn women who isn’t interested in doing her job. Considering the times we are in, surly services like these can be flexible and understanding of individual needs!

Had a pregnancy scan last Monday at the cranbourne branch and the whole appointment was rushed and I was made to feel so awkward by the radiologist. Considering you are paying $250 for 15 mins of their time you would expect the service to be nice and welcoming especially for someone experiencing their first pregnancy and scans are such an exciting thing. I left feeling so upset and unsatisfied and did not get to enjoy the scan at all. The lady also pushed down my stomach with the machinery so hard that it was so uncomfortable, I’ve had two scans beforehand and non of them were putting so much pressure. Overall a really bad experience and I would not recommend using this place.

I brought my 4y/o daughter on June 17 after an xray on June 16; not knowing that an appointment was needed. The receptionist was helpful enough to book us an appointment later in the day but was told that she needs to fast. Not even water is allowed. So we came back in the afternoon, checked in at 2:15pm for her 2:40pm appointment. Come 2:50pm and my daughter is still not called. I approached the desk as my daughter has been wanting to drink water and I just want to have the scan done by then. I was then told the doctor still has 1 more patient to see and that they are technically just 5min behind the appointment. That would have been ok if it was me that was fasting. But it was my 4 year old little kid who has been such a good girl the entire day. Then the lady at the desk said that she will have a look what the doctor is up to, which took another 10min I think. She then comes back to me with a printed letter that states that they do not perform ultrasound scans on kids below 5y/o. This is after personally booking an appointment in the clinic, they see my daughter and I am quite certain that they have my daughter's date of birth on file as I was asked for it in the morning and in the afternoon when we came back. She was telling me that they cannot scan my daughter after I deliberately deprived her of food and water for the entire day! Just imagine how you can say no to your child asking for a sip of water and at the end of the day it was all for nothing. My daughter was hungry and thirsty unnecessarily because of the receptionist's negligence. She was even suggesting that I take my daughter all the way to Frankston and book another appointment and fast her again another day! (which I was told by another clinic is not necessary for her age as she is too young to fast)

I had an awful experience at the Cranbourne branch. My doctor suspected that I had appendicitis so I had the ultrasound done at the Cranbourne branch. The radiologist told me that my appendix looked inflamed and that I most likely have appendicitis. I was then told to have surgery for my appendix to be removed. It turns out that I was incorrectly diagnosed a few weeks later when the doctors at the hospital told me that I actually had an ovarian cyst and not appendicitis. I had surgery for nothing because the radiologist could not interpret the ultrasound properly. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this clinic.

Had a lovely experience with this radiology. They accommodate me on the same day for testing and the customer service ( Carmel)was exceptional. I saw Phillip and he was so friendly and did his job superbly. Would highly recommend them.

I came in for a CT scan and the receptionist was very calm and friendly, the wait wasn't too long and the person who did my scan was very professional and friendly. It was my first CT scan so having a skilled and professional person do the scan made it a much more pleasant experience.

I visited here to get some tests done last month and found the clinical staff to be professional and quick. I was unhappy with the behaviour of one of the staff and let the business know the next day. The manager I spoke with was thoughtful, responsive and genuinely apologetic. I felt he really understood the importance of providing a culturally safe service to their customers and that my feedback was listened to. Really appreciated the great customer service as I know not everything always goes smoothly and it definitely made me confident to return here in future.

Very friendly staff and quick service. Great carpark out the front with one extra large disabled spot. Access to #201 is via the service road.

i gave our gp details for the mri results to forward to. They said it is all good. But it is so disappointing they didn't even note down the details, cost us 2 hours of our time. So careless. Doesnt have any compassion for the patients.

Alex is extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understood all the details of the procedure as well as sent a text to my phone to remind me and his phone manner is impeccable whilst also giving you a laugh - it's always helps when staff are willing to go the extra mile.

Upon entering, my son and I were greeted by a receptionist who came across as slightly abrasive and overworked. We were seen to shortly after arriving and processed smoothly, then awaited for a short period prior to being called in for our procedure. The radiographer, Leanne, was amazing with my 14 month old son during a challenging presentation who required an xray to investigate for Adenitis. He was asleep throughout the procedure, however easily rousable. He required some repositioning but Leanne remained calm whilst also providing and her student, Abisha, with advice and guidance on this imaging presentation. Thank you again

Went to have a cortisone injection today and the two gentlemen were so friendly and made me feel so at ease. They explained every part of the procedure to me and I even got to watch the screen. It was over before I knew it.👍
