Ordered a 4 piece meal. I got 1 tiny piece of chicken. The pic is a little side plate BTW. Other pieces were dry as Sahara rib cages. Also pluck the hairs off the skin 🤮 It was just nasty. Standards have gone.

Food is pretty hit & miss from here, this particular time it was very good but have been served cold chicken in the past

Unfortunately, the employees are very bad, of course not all, and they treat customers as if they are giving them food for free. Note to the store owner: You must take a good look at where the delivery workers are waiting. Is it suitable for waiting, especially during times of rain or snow? You are like a human being. Can you wait in this place for more than a quarter of an hour in the cold? And on top of that, the employees deal with the delivery person in a way that cannot be described as bad, but more than bad.

I came in and had a great meal. Nice fresh and hot. Omer was the manager on and was so friendly. He definitely needs a raise!

Fries were cold and soggy. Even the burger and the wings didn't seem fresh. Not the quality you expect. A local chicken shop would do better.

Avoid Avoid. Avoid service was shocking 19 minutes from ordering the food on a machine because they couldn’t take card payments at the till. After the ridiculous wait the food was cold the chicken was dry. Seriously, it’s a chicken shop. The staff haven’t got a clue. It was unbelievable I for one won’t be going there again.

I'm a delivery driver I was waiting 30 mins for my delivery and I was asking staff what happend with my delivery he said I'm packing up now and was still not ready and I wanted to talk to the manager and he didn't come out he is a racist and doesn't respect people and staff asked him to come out and was ignorant and didn't come out he shouldn't be a manager not only does he make drivers wait he makes customer wait with late deliveries I asked second time what happend with my delivery and the staff don't ask cause you'll be waiting a long time

The food itself was nice and fresh but the place was way too cold, the food got cold within few minutes.
